Description
[ファントムモデルにおける試験]
人体の代わりにファントムモデルを用いた試験により、レギュラー溶液及びオーバーレイ溶液の硫酸カリウム濃度を変えた場合(条件1〜10:図7参照)のファントムモデルの加温特性を得た。本試験は各濃度(条件)について3回ずつ行った。
・ファントムモデル:水100%に対して、アガロースゲル4%、塩化ナトリウム0.24%、アジ化ナトリウム0.1%を加熱溶解後、冷却したもの
・ファントムモデルサイズ:直径25cm×高さ16cmの円柱
・電極サイズ:直径25cm(上下同様)
・レギュラーボーラスサイズ:直径28cm×厚さ3cm(上下同様)
・オーバーレイボーラスサイズ:38cm×42cm×厚さ2cm(上下同様)
・オーバーレイボーラス内循環水:ファントムモデルの初期設定温度(例えば36.5℃)と同等になった時点で、循環を停止
・温度測定:電極間の中間位置と電極の中心軸との交点に留置した熱電対センサ
・高周波出力:1000W
・加温時間:6分間
[試験結果]
図7に示すように、条件1〜条件5では、レギュラー溶液の硫酸カリウム濃度を2.00%に固定し、オーバーレイ溶液の硫酸カリウム濃度を0.00%〜2.00%の範囲で変更した場合の加温状況を示す。条件6〜条件10では、オーバーレイ溶液の硫酸カリウム濃度を0.50%に固定し、レギュラー溶液の硫酸カリウム濃度を0.00%〜5.00%の範囲で変更した場合の加温状況を示す。

Claims (9)
- 生体内の患部に高周波を印加する電極の主面に貼り付けられ、内部に電解質溶液が貯留された第1のボーラスと前記生体との間に介設される第2のボーラスに貯留される溶液であって、電解質として、硫酸カリウム、モリブデン酸ナトリウム、硝酸ナトリウム、ケイ酸ナトリウム、硝酸亜鉛、クロム酸ナトリウム、安息香酸ナトリウム、及びパラターシャリブチル安息香酸ナトリウムの少なくとも一つが配合され、かつ前記第1のボーラスに貯留される前記電解質溶液より低い導電率を有する高周波加温治療用冷却水。
- 前記第2のボーラスに貯留される前記溶液は、0.3%〜1.0%濃度の硫酸カリウムを含む請求項1に記載の高周波加温治療用冷却水。
- 前記第2のボーラスに貯留される前記溶液は、防腐剤を含む請求項1又は2に記載の高周波加温治療用冷却水。
- 前記第2のボーラスに貯留される前記溶液は、防錆剤を含む請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の高周波加温治療用冷却水。
- 前記第2のボーラスに貯留される前記溶液は、氷点降下剤を含む請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の高周波加温治療用冷却水。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の高周波加温治療用冷却水を貯留するタンクと、前記タンクと前記第2のボーラスとを連通するパイプと、前記パイプの途中に設けられたポンプとを有する循環部を備えた高周波加温治療装置。
- 前記循環部は、前記パイプを流れる前記高周波加温治療用冷却水を冷却する温度調整部を備えた請求項6に記載の高周波加温治療装置。
- 前記第2のボーラスは、前記第1のボーラスに比して、縦横サイズが大きく、かつ厚さが薄いことを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の高周波加温治療装置。
- 前記第1のボーラスに貯留される前記溶液は、1.0%〜5.0%濃度の硫酸カリウムであり、前記第2のボーラスに貯留される前記溶液は、0.3%〜1.0%濃度の硫酸カリウムを含む請求項6〜8のいずれかに記載の高周波加温治療装置。
