ドーピング前における希土類一ケイ酸塩層の熱膨張係数と比較して、1層以上の希土類一ケイ酸塩層の熱膨張係数の上昇が10%以下となるように、ドーパントの量が制限される、ガスタービン部品用耐環境皮膜。 - 1層以上の希土類二ケイ酸塩層が実質的に気密である、請求項1に記載の耐環境皮膜。

- アルカリ土類酸化物ドーパントがCaOである、請求項1に記載の耐環境皮膜。
- CaOドーパントの量が層の1〜25モル%である、請求項21に記載の耐環境皮膜。
- 前記量が層の2〜20モル%である、請求項22に記載の耐環境皮膜。

- 1層以上の希土類一ケイ酸塩層が式RE2SiO5で表される組成物であり、REはSc、Y、La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Pm、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、Lu、又はそれらの組合せである、請求項1に記載の耐環境皮膜。
- 1層以上の希土類一ケイ酸塩層及び1層以上の希土類二ケイ酸塩層がともにアルカリ土類酸化物ドーパントを含む、請求項1に記載の耐環境皮膜。
- 1層以上の希土類二ケイ酸塩層が2層の希土類二ケイ酸塩層を備え、2層の希土類二ケイ酸塩層のうちの少なくとも1層が、アルカリ土類酸化物ドーパントを含む、請求項1に記載の耐環境皮膜。
- 請求項1に記載の耐環境皮膜で被覆されている部品である、ガスタービンエンジン部品。
- セラミックマトリックス複合材料で形成されている部品である、請求項32に記載の部品。
- 耐環境皮膜が厚さ10〜200μmのボンドコートをさらに備える、請求項33に記載の部品。
- 1層以上の希土類一ケイ酸塩層が厚さ10〜100μmである、請求項34に記載の部品。
- 1層以上の希土類二ケイ酸塩層が厚さ10〜250μmである、請求項35に記載の部品。
