Description
耐火セラミック繊維から繊維質テクスチャを形成するステップと、
射出成形型の型キャビティ内に繊維質テクスチャを配置するステップと、
液相中に懸濁された耐火セラミック粒子または耐火セラミック前駆体の粒子の少なくとも1つの粉末を含むスラリーを繊維質テクスチャ中に注入するステップと、
耐火セラミック粒子または耐火セラミック前駆体の粒子が充填された繊維質プリフォームを得るために、スラリーの液相を濾過して耐火セラミック粒子または耐火セラミック前駆体の粒子を前記テクスチャ内に保持するステップと、
耐火マトリックスを前記テクスチャ中に形成するために前記テクスチャ中に存在する前記耐火セラミック粒子を処理することによって、前記繊維質テクスチャを高密度化するステップとを備える、複合材料で作られた部品を製造する方法において、
前記方法は、射出成形型の型キャビティ内に繊維質テクスチャを配置するステップの後であって、前記スラリーを加圧下に注入するステップの前に、繊維質テクスチャにキャリア流体を注入することからなる、キャリア流体で繊維質テクスチャを予備飽和させるステップを含む、複合材料で作られた部品を製造する方法を提案する。
Claims (8)
- 複合材料で作られた部品を製造するための方法であって、
前記方法は、
耐火セラミック繊維から繊維質テクスチャ(10)を形成するステップと、
射出成形型(100)の型キャビティ(113)内に前記繊維質テクスチャ(10)を配置するステップと、
液相中に懸濁された耐火セラミック粒子または耐火セラミック前駆体の粒子の少なくとも1つの粉末を含むスラリー(BC)を注入するステップと、
前記耐火セラミック粒子または耐火セラミック前駆体の粒子を装填した繊維質プリフォームを得るために、前記スラリーの液相を濾過して前記耐火セラミック粒子または耐火セラミック前駆体の粒子を前記繊維質テクスチャ内に保持する、ステップと、
前記繊維質テクスチャ内に耐火マトリックスを形成するために、前記繊維質テクスチャ内に存在する前記耐火セラミック粒子を処理することによって前記繊維質テクスチャを高密度化するステップとを備える、複合材料で作られた部品を製造するための方法において、
前記方法は、前記射出成形型の型キャビティ内に前記繊維質テクスチャを配置するステップの後であって、前記スラリー(BC)を加圧下に注入するステップの前に、前記繊維質テクスチャにキャリア流体を注入することからなる、前記繊維質テクスチャ(10)を前記スラリー(BC)の液相に相当するキャリア流体(FP)で予備飽和させるステップを含む、複合材料で作られた部品を製造するための方法。 - 前記キャリア流体(FP)の予備飽和ステップと前記スラリー(BC)の注入ステップとが連続的に結び付けられている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記予備飽和ステップは、前記型キャビティ(113)内の圧力が所定の圧力値に達したときに停止される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記予備飽和ステップ中に、前記キャリア流体(FP)が第1の所定の流量で注入され、前記スラリー(BC)の注入ステップ中に、前記スラリーが、前記第1の所定の流量と同様のまたは異なる第2の所定の流量で注入される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維質テクスチャ(10)を形成するステップの間に、糸が三次元または多層織りで織られることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 繊維質テクスチャ(10)の前記糸が、アルミナ、ムライト、シリカ、アルミノケイ酸塩、ホウケイ酸塩、炭化ケイ素および炭素の材料の内の1つまたはいくつかで作られた繊維から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記耐火セラミック粒子は、アルミナ、ムライト、シリカ、アルミノケイ酸塩、アルミノリン酸塩、ジルコニア、炭化物、ホウ化物および窒化物から選択される物質で作られていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 得られた複合材料で作られた部品が、ターボ機械ベーン、アフターボディ部品、燃焼室、フラップ、ポスト燃焼アーム、タービンリング、ミキサーまたは分配器を構成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
