中子は、支持部材の本体部において相対する両側脚部の間隔内に挿入され、支持部材の両側連結部が定常位置から退避位置に変位することを阻止して、該両側連結部を定常位置に維持可能とし、
反発手段は、支持部材の本体部と中子との間に介装されて該中子に反発力を及ぼし、中子に備えた摺動部が清掃ヘッドに備えた被摺動部に圧接状態で摺動可能にされ、
