-得られる患者データ、薬物投与データ及び薬物情報に基づいて時間分解モニタリング情報を決定する処理ユニットであって、前記モニタリング情報はダイナミックに適応され、時間にわたってモニタリングされるのに最もクリティカルな患者の一つ又はそれより多くの生理的兆候を示す処理ユニットと、
- 前記モニタリング情報を出力するための出力インタフェースと
を有する、モニタリング情報提供装置が提供される。

Claims (15)
- モニタリング情報提供装置であって、
モニタリングされる患者の患者データを得るための患者データ入力部と、
前記患者に投与される薬物及び前記患者への前記薬物の投与の時間を特定する薬物投与データを得るための薬物特定入力部と、
前記投与される薬物の薬物情報を得るための薬物情報入力部であって、前記薬物情報は薬物副作用及び/又は薬物間相互作用及び/又は薬物-病禁忌を含む、薬物情報入力部と、
前記得られる患者データ、薬物投与データ及び薬物情報に基づいて時間分解モニタリング情報を決定するための処理ユニットであって、前記モニタリング情報はダイナミックに適応され、時間経過に従ってモニタリングされるのに最もクリティカルな前記患者の一つ又はそれより多くの生理的兆候を示す処理ユニットと、
前記決定されたモニタリング情報を出力するための出力インタフェースと
を有する、モニタリング情報提供装置。 - 前記処理ユニットは、
- いつ前記生理的兆候の変化が予測されるか、
- どれくらい前記変化が予測されるか、
- それぞれの前記変化はどれくらいクリティカルか、
- 何れの潜在的な薬物副作用、薬物間相互作用、薬物-病禁忌及び/又は薬物-食物相互作用が現われ得るか、及び/又は
- これらの前記潜在的な薬物副作用、薬物間相互作用、薬物-病禁忌及び/又は薬物-食物相互作用が前記生理的兆候の変化をどのようにもたらすことが予測されるか、前記変化はどれくらい予測されるか、及び/又はそれぞれの前記変化はどれくらいクリティカルか
をさらに示すモニタリング情報を決定するように構成される、請求項1に記載のモニタリング情報提供装置。 - 前記決定されるモニタリング情報に基づいて一つ又はそれより多くのセンサによってなされる測定を適応させるために、モニタリングされるのに最もクリティカルであることが決定される一つ又はそれより多くの前記生理的兆候に関連するセンサ信号を提供する、一つ又はそれより多くの前記センサを制御するための制御情報を生成するための制御ユニットを更に有する、
請求項1に記載のモニタリング情報提供装置。 - 前記制御ユニットは、前記決定されるモニタリング情報に基づいて、一つ又はそれより多くの前記センサを制御するための制御情報を生成して測定を開始し、特定の時間の間、前記測定を実行し、前記測定の頻度を変更し、及び/又は前記測定の他のセッティングを適応させるように構成される、請求項3に記載のモニタリング情報提供装置。
- 前記薬物特定入力部は、前記患者に投与される前記薬物の量及び/又は前記投与のルートを更に含む前記薬物投与データを得るように構成される、請求項1に記載のモニタリング情報提供装置。
- 前記薬物特定入力部は、前記患者により早く投与され、又は後に投与される、一つ又はそれより多くの更なる前記薬物を特定する更なる前記薬物投与データ並びに一つ又はそれより多くの更なる前記薬物の投与の時間を得るように構成され、
前記処理ユニットは、前記モニタリング情報の前記決定において更なる前記薬物投与データを使うように構成される、
請求項1に記載のモニタリング情報提供装置。 - 前記薬物特定入力部は、一つ又はそれより多くの更なる前記薬物の量及び/又は前記投与のルートを更に含む、更なる前記薬物投与データを得るように構成される、請求項6に記載のモニタリング情報提供装置。
- 前記患者によって消費される食物並びに前記患者による前記食物の消費の時間、量及び/又はルートを特定する食物消費データを得るための食物特定入力部を更に有し、
前記処理ユニットは、前記モニタリング情報の前記決定において前記食物消費データを使うように構成される、請求項1に記載のモニタリング情報提供装置。 - 前記決定されるモニタリング情報によって示される生理的兆候がクリティカルな状態に達する場合、警告を生成して、発するための警告ユニットを更に有し、前記警告ユニットは、前記決定されるモニタリング情報に基づいて、前記決定されるモニタリング情報によって示される前記生理的兆候がクリティカルな状態に達するかを決定するためにそのセッティングを適応させるように構成される、請求項1に記載のモニタリング情報提供装置。
- 前記患者データ入力部は、前記患者のプロフィール、病歴、状態、病状、共存症、腎臓及び肝臓機能、非薬物治療を含む現在の治療法、血液値データ及び/又は他の検査データを含む、前記モニタリングされる患者の患者データを得るように構成される、請求項1に記載のモニタリング情報提供装置。
- 前記患者の一つ又はそれより多くの生理的兆候に関連する一つ又はそれより多くのセンサ信号を得るためのセンサインタフェースを更に有し、前記処理ユニットは、前記モニタリング情報の前記決定において前記センサ信号を使うように構成される、請求項1に記載のモニタリング情報提供装置。
- 画像データを提供するためのイメージングユニット、特にカメラを更に有し、
前記患者データ入力部は、前記画像データから前記患者を特定するように構成され、及び/又は
前記薬物特定入力部は前記画像データから前記患者に投与される前記薬物及び前記患者への前記薬物の投与の時間を特定するように構成され、及び/又は
前記処理ユニットは前記画像データから前記患者の一つ又はそれより多くの生理的兆候を決定し、前記モニタリング情報の前記決定において前記決定された生理的兆候を使用するように構成される、
請求項1に記載のモニタリング情報提供装置。 - モニタリング情報をユーザに提供するための出力装置、特にディスプレイ、拡声器、プリンタ又は送信器を更に有する、
請求項1に記載のモニタリング情報提供装置。 - モニタリング情報提供装置の作動方法であって、前記装置のプロセッサが、
モニタリングされる患者の患者データを得るステップと、
前記患者に投与される薬物及び前記患者への前記薬物の投与の時間を特定する薬物投与データを得るステップと、
前記投与される薬物の薬物情報を得るステップであって、前記薬物情報は薬物副作用及び/又は薬物間相互作用及び/又は薬物-病禁忌を含む、ステップと、
前記得られる患者データ、薬物投与データ及び薬物情報に基づいて時間分解モニタリング情報を決定するステップであって、前記モニタリング情報はダイナミックに適応され、時間経過に従ってモニタリングされるのに最もクリティカルな患者の一つ又はそれより多くの生理的兆候を示すステップと、
前記決定されたモニタリング情報を出力するよう、出力インタフェースを制御するステップと
を有する、モニタリング情報提供方法。 - コンピュータプログラムがコンピュータ上で実行されるとき、請求項14に記載の方法のステップを前記コンピュータに実行させるためのコンピュータプログラムコード手段を有する、コンピュータプログラム。
