Description
Claims (13)
- 超音波トランスデューサを身体領域に音響的に結合するためのパッチであって、
前記超音波トランスデューサ用のホルダと、
前記超音波トランスデューサを前記身体領域に音響的に結合するための音響結合層と、
を含み、
前記音響結合層は、前記超音波トランスデューサが前記ホルダ内に取り付けられると、前記超音波トランスデューサと前記身体領域との間の界面層を提供し、
前記音響結合層は、エラストマーに埋め込まれた極性液体吸収性ポリマーを含み、
前記極性液体吸収性ポリマーは、複数の粒子の形態で前記エラストマーに埋め込まれ、
前記複数の粒子の直径は、前記超音波トランスデューサによって生成される任意の音響波長の10%未満である、パッチ。 - 前記極性液体吸収性ポリマーは、その自重の少なくとも10倍の極性溶媒吸収能力を有する、請求項1に記載のパッチ。
- 前記極性液体吸収性ポリマーは、ポリアクリル酸ナトリウム、ポリアクリルアミドコポリマー、エチレン無水マレイン酸コポリマー、架橋カルボキシメチルセルロース、ポリビニルアルコールコポリマー、架橋ポリエチレンオキシド及びデンプングラフト化ポリアクリロニトリルコポリマーから選択されるコポリマーであり、
前記極性液体吸収性ポリマーは、好適にはポリアクリル酸ナトリウムコポリマーである、請求項1又は2に記載のパッチ。 - 前記エラストマーは、ポリウレタン及びポリエーテルブロックアミドから選択される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のパッチ。
- 前記エラストマーは、エラストマーマトリックスを形成する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のパッチ。
- 前記エラストマーマトリックスは、50ショアA未満の硬度を有する、請求項5に記載のパッチ。
- 前記極性液体吸収性ポリマーは、前記エラストマーに化学的に結合される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のパッチ。
- 前記極性液体吸収性ポリマーに極性液体が装填され、任意選択的に、前記極性液体吸収性ポリマーに装填された前記極性液体中に溶解されるゲル形成添加剤を更に含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のパッチ。
- 前記界面層に、取り外し可能な水不透過性ホイルを更に含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のパッチ。
- 前記界面層の周りに水不透過性シールを更に含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のパッチ。
- 身体領域に接触するための主面と、
前記主面を覆う音響結合層と、
を含み、
前記音響結合層は、複数の粒子の形態で、エラストマーに埋め込まれた極性液体吸収性ポリマーを含み、
前記複数の粒子の直径は、超音波トランスデューサによって生成される任意の音響波長の10%未満である、超音波トランスデューサ。 - 前記音響結合層は、前記主面に取り外し可能に固定される、請求項11に記載の超音波トランスデューサ。
