Description
実施例1
20kgのTPU、50kgのタルク粉末及び0.15kgのKH550シラン結合剤を、分散機において事前混合してから、二重スクリュー造粒機による溶融混練により、コアシェル構造のブレンド顆粒Iを60kg作製した。
150kgのEPDM、10kgの炭酸カルシウム及び0.2kgのLK−132チタン酸エステル結合剤を、分散機において事前混合してから、二重スクリュー造粒機による溶融混練により、コアシェル構造のブレンド顆粒Iを154kg作製した。
0.01kgのLDPE、20kgの二酸化ケイ素及び0.2kgのKH570シラン結合剤を、分散機において事前混合してから、二重スクリュー造粒機による溶融混練により、コアシェル構造のブレンド顆粒Iを118kg作製した。
Claims (10)
- 変性剤を充填材及び結合剤と事前混合し、当該事前混合された原料を溶融混練し、水中造粒又は水槽内切断後、コアシェル構造を有するブレンド顆粒Iを作製するステップS1、
ステップS1で作製したブレンド顆粒Iを、ブロック・ポリエーテルアミド原料と事前混合してから、当該事前混合された原料を溶融混練し、水中造粒又は水槽内切断後、土のう構造を有するブロック・ポリエーテルアミドブレンド顆粒IIを作製するステップS2、
所定量のブレンド粒子IIを高圧窯内に投入し、前記高圧窯を一定の温度に調節して安定的な温度を保持してから所定量の環境適合型物理発泡剤を導入し、一定の浸透時間を経過して、発泡剤とG2ブレンド顆粒が均一系に達した後、排気弁を通じて前記高圧窯内の圧力を減少させ、発泡剤を含むブロック・ポリエーテルアミドブレンド顆粒IIIを取り出すステップS3と、
ステップS3で作製されたブレンド顆粒IIIを当該顆粒の軟化温度に上昇した定温設備に移してから保温時間を経過した後、土のう構造を有するブロック・ポリエーテルアミド発泡顆粒剤を得るステップS4とを含むことを特徴とする、土のう構造を含むブロック・ポリエーテルアミド発泡顆粒剤の製造方法。 - 変性剤が2〜15重量部であり、充填材が1〜5重量部であり、結合結合剤が0.003〜0.1重量部であり、ブロック・ポリエーテルアミドが100重量部であり、且つ、環境適合型物理発泡剤が10〜60重量部であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の土のう構造を含むブロック・ポリエーテルアミド発泡顆粒剤の製造方法。
- 前記変性剤が、熱可塑性ポリウレタン、高衝撃性ポリスチレン、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン共重合体、低密度ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレン−酢酸エチレン共重合体及びEPDMの中の一種又は複数種であり、
前記充填材が、炭酸カルシウム、タルク粉末、高陵土、二酸化ケイ素及び硫酸バリウムの中の一種又は複数種であり、
前記結合剤が、シラン・結合剤及びチタン酸エステル・結合剤の中のいずれか一つ又はこれらの混合物であり、
前記ブロック・ポリエーテルアミドの硬さがショア硬さD20−60であり、
前記環境適合型物理発泡剤が、二酸化炭素、窒素ガス、高圧空気及びアルゴンガスの中の一種又は複数種であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の土のう構造を含むブロック・ポリエーテルアミド発泡顆粒剤の製造方法。 - 前記ステップ3において、前記高圧窯の温度が35−60℃であり、圧力が4−24Mpaであり、浸透時間が0.5−8時間であり、減圧排出時間が20−60秒であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の土のう構造を含むブロック・ポリエーテルアミド発泡顆粒剤の製造方法。
- 前記ステップS4において、前記定温設備が送風乾燥機、流動床、オイルバス用パン又は蒸気導入型反応窯であり、定温設備の温度が100−200℃であり、定温時間が5−60秒であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の土のう構造を含むブロック・ポリエーテルアミド発泡顆粒剤の製造方法。
- 前記ステップS1とS2において、事前混合を分散機の中で実施し、且つ、溶融混練を押出機で実施することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の土のう構造を含むブロック・ポリエーテルアミド発泡顆粒剤の製造方法。
- 前記ブレンド顆粒Iの中で、充填材がコアであり、変性剤がシェルであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の土のう構造を含むブロック・ポリエーテルアミド発泡顆粒剤の製
造方法。 - 前記ステップS2において、得られた土のう構造を有するブロック・ポリエーテルアミドブレンド顆粒の単一重量が4−50mgであり、長軸比が5:1であることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の土のう構造を含むブロック・ポリエーテルアミド発泡顆粒剤の製造方法。 - 前記ステップ4において、得た土のう構造を有するブロック・ポリエーテルアミド発泡顆粒について、密度が0.01−0.5g/cm3であり、単一顆粒の重量が4−50mgであり、長軸比が5:1であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の土のう構造を含むブロック・ポリエーテルアミド発泡顆粒剤の製造方法。
- 前記ブレンド顆粒Iにおいて、発泡剤の含有量が0.5%−20%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の土のう構造を含むブロック・ポリエーテルアミド発泡顆粒剤の製造方法。
