Description

The present invention relates to a tape-type disposable diaper and a method for producing the same.

A general tape-type disposable diaper has a ventral portion extending from the center in the anterior-posterior direction to the anterior side and a dorsal portion extending to the posterior side, and connecting protrusions protruding from both sides of the dorsal portion. It has a structure in which the connecting protrusions are rotated from both sides of the waist to the ventral outer surface to connect to the ventral outer surface when the body is attached to the body (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2).

Such tape-type disposable diapers are used not only for infants but also for long-term care (adult use), but have a problem that the waist and legs are easily loosened.

For this reason, conventionally, connecting protrusions are provided at the waist-side end and the leg-surrounding end of each side of the dorsal side (see, for example, the example shown in FIG. 8 of Patent Document 1). By crossing the connecting protrusion on the waist side and the connecting protrusion on the leg circumference side and connecting while pulling the connecting protrusion on the waist side diagonally downward, the waist circumference is firmly tightened and the leg circumference side It is recommended to use so-called cross stopper, which firmly tightens the legs by connecting the connecting protrusions while pulling them diagonally upward.

。 Further, as a device that enables the same mounting form, a bifurcated structure in which the tip end side of the integrated connecting panel is bifurcated to form a pair of upper and lower connecting protrusions is also known (for example, Patent Document 1). See the example shown in FIG. 9).

Further, it has also been proposed to divide the tip end side of the connecting panel into upper and lower two stages by perforations to form a pair of upper and lower connecting protrusions (see Patent Documents 1 and 2). The above-mentioned solution methods are common in that a pair of upper and lower protrusions for connection are provided.

Further, it has been proposed that a pair of upper and lower protrusions for connection are provided and each protrusion can be elastically expanded and contracted in the width direction (see Patent Document 2).

On the other hand, in these tape-type disposable diapers, an adhesive may be provided in the connecting region for connecting the connecting protrusion to the ventral outer surface, but the adhesive has a weak locking force and adheres when repeatedly locked. Since the force is reduced, hook materials (male materials) for mechanical fasteners (hook-and-loop fasteners) are often provided at present. The hook material has a large number of J-shaped or mushroom-shaped pins formed on the surface of a sheet-shaped base, and is entirely made of resin.

However, the hook material is a hard member. Further, when a pair of upper and lower connecting protrusions are connected to the ventral side portion, the hook members are arranged in the front-rear direction, and the size of the hook member in the front-rear direction occupying the connecting region of the ventral side portion becomes long. That is, in the mounted state, a connecting region that is difficult to deform is formed long in the front-rear direction. Therefore, when the abdomen is bent and wrinkles extending in the width direction occur on the ventral side, for example, when changing from the supine position to the sitting position in the wearing state, the hook material 9 is used as shown in FIG. 11A. Since the connecting region 5c to be held follows the wrinkles of the ventral portion F and is not easily deformed, the end portion of the hook material 9 in the front-rear direction is rolled up, and the hook material 9 is partially peeled off (the portion surrounded by the dotted line in the figure). ) Is likely to occur. In particular, when the cross is stopped, the hook material is in an inclined posture and the dimension in the front-rear direction becomes long, so that the follow-up deformability of the connecting region in the front-rear direction is greatly reduced.

Regarding the hardening by the hook material, it is known that the flexibility is improved by dividing the hook material (see, for example, Patent Documents 3 and 4), but this is applied to a pair of upper and lower connecting protrusions. Even so, the follow-up deformability of the connecting region in the front-rear direction is still reduced when the cross is stopped.

特許第4683522号公報Japanese Patent No. 4683522 特開2010−022587号公報JP-A-2010-022587 特開2004−344515号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2004-344515 特表平11−507286号公報Special Table No. 11-507286

Therefore, a main object of the present invention is to improve the follow-up deformability of the connecting region in the front-rear direction when cross-fastened in a tape-type disposable diaper provided with a pair of upper and lower connecting protrusions having a hook material.

Typical aspects of the present invention that have solved the above problems are as follows.
<First aspect>
It has a crotch part and a ventral part and a dorsal part extending to the front side and the back side of the crotch part, respectively.
A connecting protrusion is provided on each side of the dorsal portion on the waist side and a portion on the leg circumference side, or a waist side connecting protrusion and a leg circumference side are provided on each side portion of the dorsal portion. The connecting protrusions of the above are provided in a state of being integrated through the perforations.
In a tape-type disposable diaper in which a connecting region having a hook material that is detachably connected to the ventral side is provided on the connecting protrusion on the waist side and the connecting protrusion on the leg circumference side.
The connecting region of the connecting protrusion on the waist side has an easily bent portion that is continuous diagonally upward toward the tip side.
The connecting region of the connecting protrusion on the leg circumference side has an easily bent portion that is continuous diagonally downward toward the tip side.
A tape-type disposable diaper that features this.

(Action effect)
In the tape-type disposable diaper of the present invention, when cross-fastened, both the easily bent portion of the connecting region of the connecting protrusion on the waist side and the easily bent portion of the connecting region of the connecting protrusion on the leg circumference side are in the width direction. Or because it is arranged along the inclination direction close to it, the connecting region easily bends following the change in the front-rear direction. Therefore, even when the abdomen is bent in the cross-fastened state and wrinkles extending in the width direction occur in the connecting region of the hook material on the ventral side, the connecting region easily follows the wrinkles on the ventral side and is easily deformed. , Partial peeling of the hook material is less likely to occur. In addition, "diagonally upward toward the tip side" means a direction located on the waist side toward the tip side, and "diagonally downward toward the tip side" means toward the leg circumference side toward the tip side. It means the direction in which it is located.

(Action effect)
The inclination angle of the easily bent portion may be appropriately determined according to the protruding length of the connecting protrusion, etc., but in the normal case, by setting it within the above range, the easily bent portion can be crossed in the width direction. It becomes easy to get close to.

<Third aspect>
The connecting area of the connecting protrusion on the waist side and the connecting area of the connecting protrusion on the leg circumference side have a continuous easily bent portion along the width direction, and the easily bent portion continuously obliquely upward. The tape-type disposable diaper according to the first or second aspect, which does not have an easy-folding portion that is continuous diagonally downward and an easy-folding portion that is continuous along the width direction.

(Action effect)
By having such an easily bendable portion continuous along the width direction, even when the connecting protrusion is connected to the ventral portion in a posture substantially along the width direction without crossing, the front-back direction of the connecting region The follow-up deformability of is good.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 to 7 show an example of a tape-type disposable diaper according to the present invention, and the disposable diaper absorbs between the inner surface of the liquid-impermeable sheet 1 and the liquid-permeable top sheet 2. It has a basic structure with the body 3 intervening.

(Absorber)
As the absorbent body 3, a laminated fiber of pulp fibers, an aggregate of filaments such as cellulose acetate, or a non-woven fabric is basically used, and a highly absorbent polymer is mixed and fixed as needed. .. Further, if necessary, the absorber 3 can be wrapped with crepe paper (not shown). Further, the shape of the absorber 3 can be appropriately determined such as a rectangular shape in addition to the hourglass shape as shown in the figure. It is desirable that the pulp weight of the absorber 3 is about 100 to 500 g / m 2 and the thickness is about 1 to 15 mm. Further, it is desirable that the basis weight of the highly absorbent polymer is about 0 to 300 g / m 2 .

(Top sheet)
As the top sheet 2, a perforated or non-perforated non-woven fabric, a perforated plastic sheet, or the like is used. As the material fiber constituting the non-woven fabric, olefin-based fibers such as polyethylene or polypropylene, synthetic fibers such as polyester-based and amide-based fibers, recycled fibers such as rayon and cupra, and natural fibers such as cotton can be used. Further, as a method for processing the non-woven fabric, known methods such as a span lace method, a span bond method, an SMS method, a thermal bond method, a melt blown method, a needle punch method, an air through method, and a point bond method can be used. The fiber weight of the non-woven fabric used for the top sheet 2 is preferably 15 to 30 g / m 2 , and the thickness is preferably 0.05 to 1 mm.

The top sheet 2 extends outward from the periphery of the absorber 3, and a portion extending outward from the side edge of the absorber 3 is fixed to the liquid-impermeable sheet 1 with a hot melt adhesive or the like. The dot pattern in the figure represents a fixed portion.

(Side barrier sheet)
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, both sides of the inner surface of the article (in the figure, the surface of the liquid-impermeable sheet 1 extending laterally from the side edge surface of the top sheet 2) are sideways. The outer portion 4x in the width direction of the portion barrier sheet 4 is attached over the entire front-rear direction. As the side barrier sheet 4, various non-woven fabrics (spun-bonded non-woven fabrics are preferable), plastic films similar to those used for liquid-impermeable sheets, or laminated sheets thereof can be used, but on the skin. In terms of the feel of the material, a water-repellent treated non-woven fabric is preferable. The portion 4c on the center side in the width direction of the side barrier sheet 4 is fixed to the inner surface of the article (the surface of the top sheet 2 in the illustrated embodiment) at both ends in the front-rear direction by means such as hot melt adhesive. The middle part is a non-fixed free part, and at the tip of this free part (the end on the center side in the width direction in the deployed state), the elongated elastic elastic member 4G is extended along the front-rear direction. It is fixed with hot melt adhesive or the like. In the illustrated example, a plurality of the elongated elastic elastic members 4G are provided at predetermined intervals, but one may be used. As the elongated elastic elastic member 4G (the same applies to other elongated elastic elastic members), natural rubber or synthetic rubber formed in a thread shape, a string shape, a band shape, etc., specifically, styrene rubber, olefin rubber, urethane Commonly used materials such as based rubber, ester rubber, polyurethane, polyethylene, polystyrene, styrene butadiene, silicone , and polyester can be used. As a result of the contraction force of the elongated elastic elastic member 4G acting, this free portion constitutes a side barrier that stands up against the inner surface of the article (the surface of the top sheet 2 in the illustrated form) as shown in FIG. The base end 4b of this upright portion is located at the boundary between the outer fixed portion 4x in the width direction and the inner portion 4c of the side barrier sheet 4. It should be noted that the diagonally upward diagonally rising portion in FIG. 1 indicates the fixed portion of the side barrier sheet 4.

(Flap part, etc.)
At both ends of the disposable diaper 100 in the front-rear direction, a liquid-impermeable sheet 1, an exterior sheet 12, a top sheet 2 and a side barrier sheet 4 extend from the front-rear end of the absorber 3 to both front-rear sides, respectively, and the absorber 3 The end flap portion EF that does not exist is formed. On the other hand, on the left and right sides of the disposable diaper 100, the liquid-impermeable sheet 1, the exterior sheet 12, the top sheet 2 and the side barrier sheet 4 extend laterally from the side edge of the absorber 3, respectively, and the absorber A side flap portion in which 3 does not exist is formed. The portions of the side flaps located on the waist side of the ventral portion F and the waist side portion of the dorsal portion B extend laterally from the intermediate portion between them, and these portions extend laterally. , The waist side flap portion SF, which is the waist circumference of the diaper.

Further, the disposable diaper 100 has a crotch portion C defined as a range in which both side edges (a portion serving as an edge of a leg opening) Le form a constricted curve along the circumference of the leg in the front-rear direction, and front and rear sides of the crotch portion C. It has a ventral waist circumference TF and a dorsal waist circumference TB, which are portions extending to each other and whose both side edges form a straight line along the front-rear direction.

(Protrusion for connection)
A connecting panel 5 projecting from the side edge thereof is attached to the dorsal waist circumference TB, and a front target tape 6 is attached to the surface of the ventral waist circumference TF along the width direction. The connecting panel 5 projects outward in the width direction from between the fixing portion 5f fixed between the sheets in the dorsal waist circumference TB by means such as hot melt adhesive and the side edge sheets of the dorsal waist circumference TB. It has a main body 5e, and can be separated into a connecting protrusion 51 on the waist side and a connecting protrusion 52 on the leg circumference side by separating the perforation 10 provided in the middle of the main body 5e in the front-rear direction. It has become.

As in the form shown in FIG. 6, the connecting protrusion 51 on the waist side and the connecting protrusion 52 on the leg circumference side may be individually formed by cutting or the like in advance, instead of being divided by the perforations 10. Although not shown, separately formed connecting protrusions 51 and 52 may be attached to the waist side portion and the leg peripheral side portion, respectively.

A connecting region 5c having a hook member 9 that is detachably connected to the outer surface of the ventral portion F is provided on the inner surface of the connecting protrusion 51 on the waist side and the connecting protrusion 52 on the leg circumference side. In the form shown in FIG. 1, the connecting region 5c is provided only at the tip ends of the connecting protrusion 51 on the waist side and the connecting protrusion 52 on the leg circumference side, but as shown in FIG. 6, the width direction It is also possible to provide them in a plurality of places at intervals. The hook material 9 is a male material of a mechanical fastener (hook-and-loop fastener), and has a sheet-shaped base portion 9b and a large number of pins 9p (hook-shaped protrusions) protruding from the surface of the base portion 9b (FIG. 11, FIG. See FIG. 13). The front target tape 6 has a large number of loops 6r (see FIG. 11) on the surface on which pins are detachably hooked, and a female material of a mechanical fastener (hook-and-loop fastener) is preferably used. However, as in this embodiment, an exterior sheet is used. When a non-woven fabric is used for 12, the fibers of the non-woven fabric function as loops, so that the front target tape 6 can be omitted.

As the connecting panel 5, a non-woven fabric having sufficient strength, particularly a sheet in which a plurality of layers of non-woven fabric are laminated, and a polylami non-woven fabric can be preferably used.

As shown in FIG. 5, the connecting protrusion 51 on the waist side and the connecting protrusion 52 on the leg circumference side may have an elastic portion in which the main body portion 5e elastically expands and contracts in the width direction. The method for forming the stretchable portion is not particularly limited, and the connecting protrusion may be formed of a material that elastically stretches by itself, such as a stretchable non-woven fabric or a rubber sheet, but in the illustrated form, each connecting portion is formed. At least a part of the main body portions 5e of the protrusions 51 and 52 in the width direction is formed by laminating the first sheet and the second sheet, and is formed between the first sheet and the second sheet. By fixing the elastic elastic member 20, it can be expanded and contracted. As the elastic elastic member 20, a sheet-shaped member as well as an elongated one can be used.

Characteristically, as shown in FIG. 7, the connecting region 5c of the connecting protrusion 51 on the waist side has an easily bent portion 7 that is continuous diagonally upward toward the tip side, and is on the leg peripheral side. The connecting region 5c of the connecting protruding portion 52 has an easily bent portion 7 that is continuous diagonally downward toward the tip end side. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 9, when the connecting protrusion 51 on the waist side is diagonally downward and the connecting protrusion 52 on the leg circumference side is diagonally upward and connected to the front target tape 6, especially FIG. As shown in FIG. 8, as shown in FIG. 8, the easily bent portion 7 of the connecting region 5c of the connecting protrusion 51 on the waist side and the easily bent portion 5c of the connecting region 52 of the connecting protrusion 52 on the leg circumference side are easily bent. Since both of the portions 7 are arranged along the width direction or the inclination direction close to the width direction, the connecting region 5c easily bends following the change in the front-rear direction as shown by being surrounded by the dotted line in FIG. 11B. Therefore, even when the abdomen is bent in the cross-fastened state and wrinkles extending in the width direction occur in the connecting region 5c of the hook material 9 in the ventral portion F, the connecting region 5c follows the wrinkles in the ventral portion F. It becomes easy to be deformed, and partial peeling of the hook material 9 is less likely to occur.

It is preferable that a plurality of easily bent portions 7 are provided at intervals in a direction intersecting the continuous direction thereof, but only one portion may be provided. The thickness and spacing of the easily bent portion 7 can be appropriately determined, but in the normal case, the thickness 7w of the easily bent portion 7 in the direction orthogonal to the continuous direction of the easily bent portion 7 may be about 0 to 5 mm. Preferably, the interval 7d in the direction orthogonal to the continuous direction of the easily bent portion 7 is 1 to 10 mm, particularly preferably 3 to 5 mm. The thickness 7w of the easily bent portion 7 may be constant or may change in the continuous direction. Further, the easily bent portion 7 preferably extends linearly, but may extend curvedly. When a plurality of easy-folding portions 7 are provided, the thickness 7w and the interval 7d of all the easy-folding portions 7 may be the same or different.

The inclination angle of the easily bent portion 7 may be appropriately determined according to the protruding lengths of the connecting protrusions 51 and 52, etc., but usually, the acute angle side crossing angle θ with respect to the width direction (the easily bent portion 7 is curved). If the angle of intersection with the tangent line is 30 to 60 degrees when the object is extended, the easily bent portion 7 tends to be close to the width direction when cross-stopped. When a plurality of easy-folding portions 7 are provided, the inclination angles of all the easy-folding portions 7 may be the same (parallel) or different.

As shown in FIG. 12, the connecting region 5c of the connecting protrusion 51 on the waist side and the connecting region 5c of the connecting protrusion 52 on the leg circumference side are along the width direction in addition to the easily bent portion 7 in the diagonal direction. It is also a preferable form to have a continuous easily bent portion 7. By having such an easily bent portion 7 continuous along the width direction, even when the connecting protrusions 51 and 52 are connected to the ventral portion F in a posture substantially along the width direction without cross-stopping. The follow-up deformability of the connecting region 5c in the front-rear direction is improved. However, if the easily bent portion 7 extends in various directions, the rigidity of the connecting region 5c becomes low, so that it may be difficult for some users to fix it to the front target tape 6. Therefore, as shown in the illustrated figure, the easy-folding portion 7 that is continuous diagonally upward, the easy-folding portion 7 that is continuous diagonally downward, and the easy-folding portion 7 that is continuous along the width direction other than the easy-folding portion 7 It is also preferable not to have it.

The easily bent portion 7 is a portion where the connecting region 5c is easily bent. For example, as shown in FIG. 7, the easily bent portion 7 can be a portion where the separating portion 9d in which the hook material 9 is separated into a plurality of portions is located. In this case, a plurality of hook members 9 are lined up in a direction orthogonal to the continuous direction of the easily bent portion 7 with or without a gap, and as shown in FIG. 11, the portion between the adjacent hook members 9 is formed. It becomes an easily bent portion 7. It is preferable that the easily bent portion 7 is such a separating portion 9d of the hook material 9 because it is excellent in follow-up deformability.

As shown in FIG. 13, the easily bent portion 7 may be a portion where the thin portion 9t formed on the hook member 9 is located. In this case, since it is not necessary to divide the hook material 9 into small pieces, there is an advantage that the manufacturing becomes easy. The form shown in FIG. 13A is a thin-walled portion 9t formed by making a cut ct in the base portion 9b of the hook material 9 from one surface to the middle in the thickness direction, and is shown in FIG. 13B. In this form, a thin portion 9t is formed by making a cut ct at substantially the same position from both sides with respect to the base portion 9b of the hook material 9. Further, in the form shown in FIG. 13C, a thin portion 9t is formed by forming a groove eb recessed from one surface to the middle in the thickness direction in the base portion 9b of the hook material 9 by embossing. In the form shown in FIG. 13D, a thin portion 9t is formed by forming grooves eb recessed from both sides in the base portion 9b of the hook material 9 at the same position by embossing. In the form shown in FIG. 13 (e), the base portion 9b of the hook material 9 has a two-layer structure, and the layer 9b1 on the side having the pin 9p is separated into a plurality of portions, so that the separated portion 9d becomes a thin portion 9t. It is a form that has become.

On the other hand, the connecting protrusions 51 and 52 provided with the easily bent portion 7 by the separation portion 9d described above are preferably manufactured as follows because they can be easily manufactured. That is, as shown in FIG. 14A, first, the hook material 9 is attached to the base material 8 forming the connecting protrusions 51 and 52. Then, after the attachment to the base material 8, only the hook material 9 is continuously cut in a predetermined direction without cutting the base material 8. As a result, the separating portion 9d is formed, and then, as shown in FIG. 14B, the base material 8 and the hook material 9 are pulled in the direction intersecting the cutting direction of the hook material 9, and the base material 8 is pulled. By stretching and separating the hook members 9 at the cutting positions, it is possible to manufacture connecting projecting portions 51 and 52 having a connecting region 5c having a plurality of hook members 9 separated by the separating portions 9d.

FIG. 15A is an example of a form in which the separated portion 9d is formed by cutting along an oblique direction, and assumes the manufacture of the easily bent portion 7 in the form shown in FIG. 7 and the like described above.
FIG. 15B is an example of a form in which the separated portion 9d is formed by cutting along the diagonal direction and the width direction, and assumes the manufacture of the easily bent portion 7 in the form shown in FIG. 12 and the like described above.
FIG. 15C is an example of a form in which the separation portion 9d is formed by cutting along the width direction.

In this case, it is preferable to use a sheet made of a substance having excellent stretchability, such as unstretched polypropylene (CPP) or low-density polyethylene (LDPE), as the base material.

Although not shown, the hook material 9 is not cut after being attached to the base material 8, but an easy tear line continuous in a predetermined direction is formed on the hook material 9 before or after the attachment to the base material 8. The hook material 9 can also be divided into a plurality of parts by an easy tearing line by subsequent stretching. The easy tear line is a portion that is easier to tear than other portions, and means a cut that does not cover the perforation or the entire thickness direction.
