Claims (5)
- 生体の軟部組織を骨に固定するために、骨に設けられた断面視矩形状をなす扁平な内部空間を備える開口に挿入されるアンカーであって、
互いに対面して配置される扁平な一対のアンカー部材と、
一対の前記アンカー部材に係止される縫合糸とを備え、
前記アンカー部材は、前記開口に挿入した状態で、前記開口の中心開口軸に設けられた第1孔部及び前記中心開口軸から斜めに伸長して設けられた第2孔部を備え、
前記縫合糸は、前記第1孔部及び前記第2孔部に挿通されて、
前記縫合糸の張力により前記一対のアンカー部材を互いに離間する方向に回動させることを特徴とするアンカー。 - 前記縫合糸は、一対の前記アンカー部材の前記第1孔部及び前記第2孔部の一部が重なった状態で、前記第1孔部を貫通するとともに第2孔部において交差することを特徴とする請求項1記載のアンカー。
- 前記アンカー部材は、前記開口の開口底部に近接して配置される基端部と、前記基端部から前記開口の開口端部に向かって延伸する延伸部とを有し、
前記第1孔部は、前記基端部に設けられて、
前記第2孔部は、前記延伸部に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のアンカー。 - 前記延伸部は前記開口端部に向かって横断面が小さくなるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載のアンカー。
- 前記開口と前記一対の前記アンカー部材とが近接して嵌合することを特徴とする請求項1、請求項2、請求項3又は請求項4のいずれかに記載
のアンカー。
