Description
Claims (12)
- リフィルユニットであって、
前記リフィルユニットはコンテナを備え、
前記コンテナは前記コンテナの底部に位置する首部を有し、
前記リフィルユニットは前記首部に固定された泡ポンプを備え、
前記泡ポンプは、
ピストンと、
液体ポンプチャンバーと、
圧縮空気入口チャンバーと、
周辺気圧より高い空気圧を有する圧縮空気を受け取る圧縮空気入口と、
前記圧縮空気入口の近傍にあり、前記圧縮空気入口チャンバーに空気が流入することを可能にし、前記圧縮空気入口から液体が流出することを防止する一方向空気入口バルブと、を有し、
前記ピストンは、前記液体ポンプチャンバー及び前記圧縮空気入口チャンバー内で可動し、
前記ピストンは、
前記液体ポンプチャンバーの壁に対して封止する液体シール部材及び
前記圧縮空気入口チャンバーの壁に対して封止する空気シール部材を有し、
前記液体ポンプチャンバーは、
前記ピストンの中心部への液体出口と、
前記圧縮空気入口チャンバーから前記ピストン中心部の混合チャンバーへの通路を提供する前記ピストンの壁を通って延びる一または複数の開口と、
前記ピストン内に少なくとも一部が位置する一または複数の発泡要素と、
前記ピストンの遠位端に位置する出口とを有し、
前記液体ポンプチャンバーの容積が増大したとき、前記圧縮空気入口チャンバーの容積は増大し、残余泡及び/または液体を、前記圧縮空気入口チャンバーに向けて吸い上げるリフィルユニット。 - 前記ピストンの上方への動きは、前記液体ポンプチャンバーと前記圧縮空気入口チャンバーを圧縮する請求項1記載のリフィルユニット。
- 前記液体ポンプチャンバーは前記圧縮空気入口チャンバーの上部に位置する請求項1記載のリフィルユニット。
- 前記ピストンは前記圧縮空気入口チャンバーの一部を形成する請求項1記載のリフィルユニット。
- 前記ピストンは前記圧縮空気入口チャンバー内を上下に動く請求項1記載のリフィルユニット。
- 前記ピストンとともに上下に動く液体出口バルブをさらに備える請求項1記載のリフィルユニット。
- リフィルユニットであって、
前記リフィルユニットはコンテナを備え、
前記コンテナは前記コンテナの底部に位置する首部を有し、
前記リフィルユニットは、前記首部に固定された泡ポンプを備え、
前記泡ポンプは、
ピストンと、
液体ポンプチャンバーと、
圧縮空気入口と、
前記圧縮空気入口に連結されている空気導管内に設けられた、圧縮空気入口チャンバーに空気が流入することを可能にし、前記圧縮空気入口から液体が流出することを防止する一方向空気入口バルブと、
前記圧縮空気入口の下流に位置する圧縮空気入口チャンバーと、
混合チャンバーと、
前記混合チャンバーの下流に位置する一または複数の混合要素とを有し、
前記液体ポンプチャンバーの容積が減少したとき、液体は前記混合チャンバーに流入し、圧縮空気は前記圧縮空気入口を通り、前記圧縮空気入口チャンバーを通り、前記混合チャンバーに流入し、前記液体ポンプチャンバーから流出した液体と混ざり、液体と圧縮空気の混合物は、前記一または複数の混合要素を通って流れ、泡として吐出し、
前記液体ポンプチャンバーの容積が増大したとき、前記圧縮空気入口チャンバーの容積は増大し、残余泡及び/または液体を、前記圧縮空気入口チャンバーに向けて吸い上げる、
リフィルユニット。 - 前記混合チャンバーを有するピストンの上方への動きは前記液体ポンプチャンバー及び前記圧縮空気入口チャンバーを圧縮する請求項7記載のリフィルユニット。
- 前記液体ポンプチャンバーは前記圧縮空気入口チャンバーの上部に位置する請求項7記載のリフィルユニット。
- 前記混合チャンバーを有するピストンは前記圧縮空気入口チャンバーの一部を形成する請求項7記載のリフィルユニット。
- 前記混合チャンバーを有するピストンは前記圧縮空気入口チャンバー内を上下に動く請求項7記載のリフィルユニット
- 前記混合チャンバーを有するピストンとともに上下に動く液体出口バルブをさらに備える請求項7記載のリフィルユニット。
