Description
The present invention relates to, for example, a spout that is attached to an accommodating body made of a sheet material made of a synthetic resin to eject the contained substance in the accommodating body, and a method for assembling such a spout.
Conventionally, there is known a container with a spout in which a spout is attached to an container made of a relatively flexible material such as a synthetic resin sheet in order to take out the contents inside the container. Usually, the spout is integrally formed of a synthetic resin or the like, is arranged between the sheets forming the housing, and is heat-welded to be sandwiched between the sheets and attached. Such spouted housings are used in various fields, and various forms of spouts have been developed according to their uses.
For example, as disclosed in
In the spout having the above configuration, the crown body is formed with an engaging claw projecting in the central axis direction, and the mouth portion side is formed with an engaging portion with which the engaging claw is engaged. When the body is press-fitted into the mouth in the axial direction and the two are assembled, the crown is configured to be firmly attached to the mouth. That is, since the crown is firmly integrated with the mouth, a pressing force acts from the peripheral wall of the mouth toward the central axis of the elastic body, and the injection needle is inserted. Even if it is pulled out later, the perforation by the injection needle is closed so that the contents do not leak out.
In this case, in order to increase the pressing force acting on the elastic body from the peripheral wall of the mouth, for example, Patent Document 2 discloses a spout in which slits are formed in the peripheral wall of the mouth at regular intervals. .. By forming such a slit, the peripheral wall between the slits easily bends toward the central axis side, and when the crown body is attached to the mouth portion, a large pressing force can be applied to the elastic body. It becomes.
Assembling the spout having the above-described configuration includes a step of sealing the elastic body in the mouth portion and a step of press-fitting the crown body into the mouth portion in which the elastic body is sealed. These steps can be performed automatically by machine or manually. However, in the case of manual assembly, a large pressing force is required to press-fit the crown into the mouth, so after enclosing the elastic body in the mouth, align the crown with respect to the mouth. Temporary mounting (meaning a state in which the crown is partially attached to the mouth) is performed, and then the crown is pushed into the mouth by a pressing machine (pressing machine) to engage the crown. Is engaged with the engaging part of the mouth.
Further, it is desirable to increase the width of the engaging claws described above so that a strong connection between the crown and the mouth is formed, but when the engaging width is increased, the crown is temporarily attached to the mouth. Or, when mechanically pressing at once without temporarily mounting, there is a high possibility that the two are not properly aligned. If the position of the crown and the mouth is not appropriate, the elastic body may be damaged, such as pressing the elastic body with the peripheral wall between the slits in the mouth twisted, or the edge of the slit part biting into the elastic body. , The pressing force is weakened, and the rate of defective products increases. That is, the spouts disclosed in
The present invention has been made by paying attention to the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a structure and an assembly method for obtaining a stable product in a spout in which a crown is attached to a mouth portion in which an elastic body is enclosed. And.
In order to achieve the above object, the spout according to the present invention includes a bottom portion and a peripheral wall portion that block the liquid flow path, and has a cylindrical mouth portion in which an elastic body is sealed and a peripheral wall portion of the mouth portion. It has a crown body that is adhered and has a top plate and a circumferential wall, and the mouth portion has an engaging portion formed over the entire circumference at the lower end of the outer surface of the peripheral wall portion and the peripheral wall. The crown body is provided with a plurality of slits formed along the axial direction at equal intervals in the portions, and the crown body is provided at the lower end of the inner surface of the circumferential wall at equal intervals along the circumferential direction on the central axis. It is provided with an engaging claw that is formed so as to project toward the engaging portion and can be engaged with the engaging portion, and the crown body is aligned with the plurality of engaging claws and a plurality of slits of the mouth portion overlapping in the vertical direction. The number of engaging claws on the crown and the number of slits on the mouth are at least one slit between the adjacent engaging claws on the crown while being attached to the mouth. Is formed so that the presence of the slit, and the width of the engaging claw in the circumferential direction is 0.8 to 1.4 times the width of the slit in the circumferential direction. ..
In the spout having the above structure, the crown is attached to the mouth where the elastic body is enclosed (temporarily fixed state), and by pressing this in the axial direction, a plurality of engaging claws of the crown are formed. It engages with the engaging part of the mouth, and both become an integral fixed state (attached state). In this state, a pressing force acts on the elastic body from the peripheral wall of the mouth toward the center, so that the opening is immediately closed after the injection needle is inserted and pulled out, and liquid leakage or the like may occur. Absent.
In this case, the plurality of engaging claws of the crown body are attached to the mouth portion in a state where the plurality of slits of the mouth portion are vertically overlapped and aligned, and the engaging claws of the crown body Since the number and the number of slits in the mouth are formed so that at least one slit exists between the adjacent engaging claws in the adhered state of the crown, the peripheral wall between the slits in the mouth is crowned. It is possible to displace along the circumferential direction when the body is pressed, and it is possible to prevent the elastic body from being twisted and deformed so that the edge of the peripheral wall bites in the radial direction. That is, when the crown body is attached and fixed to the mouth portion, the elastic body is prevented from being damaged by the edge of the peripheral wall between the slits of the mouth portion.
In addition, the width of the engaging claws formed on the crown in the circumferential direction is set to 0.8 to 1.4 times the width of the slits formed in the mouth in the circumferential direction. It is possible to effectively suppress damage to the above-mentioned elastic body without reducing the force at the time of mounting and fixing the crown body and the mouth portion.
Regarding this, if the width of the engaging claws in the circumferential direction is made smaller than the width of the slits in the circumferential direction, the engaging claws can be aligned within the range of the slits at the time of positioning the two slits. Displacement of the peripheral wall can be effectively prevented and a preferable mounting and fixing state can be obtained, but if it is made too small (set to less than 0.8 times), the crown tends to be displaced in the circumferential direction and the fixing force is increased. The problem of weakening arises. That is, as the width of the engaging claw in the circumferential direction becomes smaller, the fixing force of the crown body to the mouth portion weakens, and the pressing force against the elastic body weakens accordingly. On the other hand, if the width of the engaging claws is made too large, even if the engaging claws are aligned with the slits, the engaging claws will protrude greatly in the circumferential direction with respect to the slits. When the body is pressed, the peripheral wall between the slits is displaced, increasing the possibility of damaging the elastic body. Further, it is necessary to increase the pushing force of the crown body for engaging the engaging claw of the crown body with the engaging portion of the mouth portion, which reduces workability.
That is, the limit is to set the width of the engaging claw formed on the crown in the circumferential direction to 1.4 times the width of the slit formed in the mouth in the circumferential direction. By increasing the size, the possibility of defective products increases. Actually, if it is set to 0.8 to 1.0 times, it becomes easier to align the engaging claw within the range of the slit, and defective products do not occur, which is the most preferable range. If it is twice or less, the alignment of both can be easily performed.
Further, in order to obtain the spout as described above, in the present invention, the storage step of storing the elastic body in the mouth and the region where the slit at the upper end of the opening of the mouth where the elastic body is stored is formed. , The alignment step of aligning one of the engaging claws of the crown body, and the aligned crown body is slid down along the corresponding slit of each engaging claw, and each engagement is performed. It is characterized by having a process of pressing a crown body for fixing the joint claw to the engaging portion of the mouth portion.
According to such an assembly method, a high-quality spout can be obtained without damaging the elastic body enclosed in the mouth.
According to the spout of the present invention, in a configuration in which a crown is attached to a mouth portion in which an elastic body is enclosed, it is possible to stably obtain a product in which a stable elastic force acts on the elastic body.

The spout S according to the present invention is adhered (adhered and pressed and fixed) to a
Hereinafter, the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The
As described above, by providing the partition wall (
The

In the central region of the
It is preferable that the

Next, a procedure (method) for assembling the spout S by aligning the
First, the
Next, the
Further, the circumferential width W1 of the engaging
When the
Further, when aligning the
As described above, when the
Further, in such an adhered state, since the bottom of the
Further, in the present embodiment, since the tapered
Then, in the adhered state in which the engaging

In this embodiment, the slit portion formed in the

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and can be variously modified and implemented without departing from the gist thereof.
For example, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, it is not necessary to form a slit in the
