Description

The present invention relates to a faucet device, and more particularly to a faucet device in which a spout rotates.

Conventionally, a faucet device capable of rotating a spout provided with a spout has been known. In this type of faucet device, if the spout can rotate indefinitely, it will rotate to a position far away from the bowl of the hand-washing machine or the sink of the kitchen, and it will be in an area that you do not want to get wet. There was a risk of spouting water or colliding with the wall surface.

In order to solve this problem, a faucet device that regulates the rotation range by providing a rotation regulation groove in the spout member and inserting a rotation regulation member such as a screw into the rotation regulation groove has been proposed. Has been done. (For example, Patent Document 1)
However, in the faucet device of Patent Document 1, there is a problem that the rotation restricting member is exposed to the appearance, the design is deteriorated, and the faucet device can be removed from the outside.

In response to the above problem, in the invention described in Patent Document 2, the rotation regulating member is inserted inside the faucet by assembling the faucet after inserting the rotation regulating member (screw 212) into the rotation regulating groove. It is configured to be stored in. With this configuration, the rotation restricting member is not exposed to the outside and cannot be removed.
However, in the invention described in Patent Document 2, it is necessary to disassemble the faucet at the time of maintenance or the like, and it is necessary to assemble the faucet after inserting the screw, which causes a problem that the assembling property of the faucet is deteriorated. ..

特開平8−239875Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-239875 特開2009−108526JP-A-2009-108526

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a faucet device that does not deteriorate in design, assembleability, and maintainability while restricting the rotation range of the spout. Is.

According to the present invention for achieving the above object, the faucet device includes a pedestal member fixed to the attached portion and a spout member inserted into the pedestal member, and the pedestal member is attached. A mounting pipe that is inserted into a through hole provided in the portion and has a threaded portion on the outer periphery thereof, a flange portion that is placed on the upper surface of the mounted portion, and a fixing member that is aligned with the threaded portion. wherein the spout member includes a rotation restricting groove for restricting the rotation range, through the mounting tube, have a rotation restricting member which is inserted into the rotation restricting groove, the rotation restricting member Is arranged at a position where it overlaps with the fixing member in the vertical direction in a state of being inserted into the rotation restricting groove .
With this configuration, the rotation restricting part can be fixed by inserting it into the mounting pipe, so that the rotation restricting part can be concealed by the mounted part or the like, and it is possible to prevent it from being accidentally removed. it can. In addition, since the rotation control part is not exposed to the outside, it is also excellent in aesthetics.

In the water discharge device according to claim 1, wherein in order to achieve the object, a water faucet device comprising a base member which is fixed to the mounting portion, and a spout member which is inserted into the base member, said base The member has a mounting pipe in which the pedestal member is inserted into a through hole provided in the mounted portion and has a threaded portion on the outer periphery thereof, and a flange portion mounted on the upper surface of the mounted portion. The spout member is provided with a fixing member that is aligned with the screw portion and fixes the pedestal member to the attached portion by sandwiching the pedestal member and the attached portion, and the spout member regulates the rotation range thereof. has a rotation limiting groove of through said mounting tube has a rotation restricting member which is inserted into the rotation restricting groove, the rotation restricting member, the rotation restricting member is inserted into the rotation restricting groove It is characterized in that it is arranged at a position where it overlaps with the fixing member in the vertical direction in a state where the attached portion is sandwiched between the pedestal member and the fixing member and the pedestal member is fixed to the attached portion. ..
Therefore, between the penetrating portion of the exterior member and the water discharge form switching member, the white rust generated by the adhesion of water to the zinc penetrating portion adheres to the resin protective member when eroded inward from the penetrating portion. However, since the water discharge form switching member slides with the resin protective member that does not generate white rust, the rotation of the water discharge form switching member is not hindered.

In the present invention, the spout member is preferably made of a pipe material.
With such a configuration, the spout member can be constructed at low cost and can be formed thin, so that the rotation restricting member can be easily inserted even when the snap fit is adopted. The effect is obtained.

According to the present invention, there is an effect that the design, assembling property, and maintainability do not deteriorate while restricting the rotation range of the spout.

Hereinafter, examples of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is an external view of the faucet device 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention. The faucet device 1 is attached to a counter 10 (attached portion) of a kitchen or the like, and is installed so as to spray water to a sink 12 (not shown).

The faucet device 1 is composed of a pedestal member 2 mounted on the counter 10 and a spout member 4 inserted into a through hole 22 provided in the center of the pedestal member 2. A push button switch 42 is provided at the tip of the spout member 4, and by pressing the push button switch 42, water is sprayed from a spray port 44 (see FIG. 4) also provided on the spout member 4. It has become.

FIG. 2 shows a front view of the faucet device 1. The pedestal member 2 has a mounting pipe 24 to be inserted into a mounting hole 14 provided in the counter 10, and a screw portion 242 is formed around the mounting pipe 24. A fixing member 26 is assembled from below with respect to the screw portion 242 of the mounting pipe 24, and the counter 10 is sandwiched between the pedestal member 2 and the fixing member 26 to fix the counter 10.

Next, FIG. 3 shows a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA of FIG. A detailed cross-sectional view of the vicinity of B in FIG. 3 is shown in FIG. 4, and a detailed cross-sectional view of the vicinity of C is shown in FIG.
The spout member 4 is provided with a spray port 44. A spray nozzle 440 is provided inside the spray nozzle 440, and is connected to a function b provided under the counter via a hose (not shown). By the water supply from this functional unit, the spray water is discharged from the spray nozzle 440 through the spray port 44.
As described above, the push button switch 42 is provided at the tip of the spout member 4, and the tact switch 420 is provided inside the push button switch 42. When the user presses and moves the push button switch 42, the tact switch 420 is indirectly pressed. As a result, a signal is transmitted to the functional unit via a signal line (not shown), and spraying is performed from the spray nozzle 440.

Further, an LED 6 (light source) is provided inside the spout member 4 in order to irradiate the spray water with light at the timing when the spray water is discharged from the spray nozzle 440. The LED 6 is configured to irradiate light to the outside through an LED window 60 (light transmitting window) provided on the surface of the spout member 4. At this time, a drainage flow path 62 communicating with the outside is provided between the LED window 60 and the LED 6. As a result, even when the spray water discharged from the spray nozzle 440 collides with the object to be cleaned to generate water splash and water enters the spout through the spray port 44, it is indicated by an arrow. As described above, the water can be drained to the outside of the spout through the drainage channel 62.

Further, a drain hole 64 is provided on the upstream side of the spout member 4 with respect to the LED window 60. As shown by the arrow in FIG. 4, even when the spray water discharged from the spray nozzle 440 collides with the object to be cleaned and the water splash generated enters the inside of the spout through the drainage flow path 62. It becomes possible to drain water from the drain hole 64.

The spray port 44, the LED window 60, and the drain hole 64 communicate with each other inside the spout member 4. Therefore, as described above, it is configured so that water can be discharged from the other holes to the outside of the spout regardless of which hole the water enters. Then, in order to prevent water from entering into the upstream side of this space and leaking to the bottom of the counter via the spout member 4, an inundation prevention means 66 is provided upstream of this space. ..

The pedestal member 2 includes a flange portion 29 mounted on the upper surface of the counter 10. Then, as described above, the fixing member 26 is assembled from below with respect to the threaded portion 242 of the mounting pipe 24, and the counter 10 is sandwiched between the lower surface of the flange portion 29 and the fixing member 26 via the washer 262. It has a fixed structure.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the vicinity of D as viewed from below. The pedestal member 2 including the flange portion 29 described above is covered from above by the cover member 8. The pedestal member 2 and the cover member 8 both have through holes 22 and 82 communicating with each other in the central portion thereof, and the spout member 4 is inserted into the through holes 22 and 82. The spout member 4 is provided with a horizontally long rotation restricting groove 46 on its side surface. Then, the pedestal member 2 is fixed by the rotation restricting member 28 inserted into the rotation restricting groove 46 through the insertion hole 244 provided in the mounting pipe 24 so as not to come out upward.

The rotation regulation groove 46 has a width longer than that of the rotation regulation member 28. Therefore, the rotation restricting member 28 is held so that the spout member 4 can rotate in the range from one end of the rotation restricting groove 46 to the opposite end. At this time, the rotation range of the spout member 4 can be widened by increasing the width of the rotation regulation groove 46, and conversely, the rotation range of the spout member 4 can be narrowed by shortening the width of the rotation regulation groove 46. become able to do.

Further, the rotation restricting member 28 includes a pair of locking claws 282, and the height Ha from one end to the other of the locking claws 282 is formed to be slightly larger than the vertical height Hb of the insertion hole 244. ing. As a result, when inserting from the outside, the locking claws 282 are bent toward the side close to each other and inserted, and after passing through the insertion hole 244, they return to the base and are fixed by a so-called snap fit.

Further, the rotation restricting member 28 is provided with a slope 284 on the outer peripheral direction side thereof. Even if the rotation restricting member 28 is loosely inserted and is in a so-called half-turned state, if the fixing member 26 is subsequently assembled with respect to the screw portion 242 from below, the fixing member 26 and the slope 284 become It will be in contact. When the fixing member 26 is further combined in this state, the upward force is converted into a force in the inner peripheral direction by the slope 284, and the rotation restricting member 28 is automatically inserted in the inner peripheral direction to snap-fit. Allows you to lead to a fixed state.

Further, by forming the spout member 4 with a pipe material, the wall thickness of the spout member can be made thin. As a result, even when the rotation restricting member 28 is fixed by the snap fit, it can be easily engaged.

Next, a method of fixing the cover member 8 will be described. FIG. 7A shows a luxury view of the pedestal member 2, and FIG. 7B shows a top view of the pedestal member 2. A plurality of elastically deformed portions 84 are formed in the vicinity of the upper end of the pedestal member 2 along the direction of the outer edge. Both ends of the elastically deformed portion 84 are supported by the pedestal member, and the central portion thereof is configured to elastically deform in the radial direction. Further, a locking projection 844 is provided near the central portion thereof.

As shown in FIG. 5, the cover member 8 is inserted from above the pedestal member 2, and the elastically deformed portion 84 is elastically deformed, so that the locking claw 86 of the cover member 8 and the locking projection 844 of the pedestal member 2 are formed. The cover member 8 is fixed by locking each other. As a result, the cover member 8 is fixed so as not to fall off upward.

Further, at this time, the rotation direction positioning means 88 included in the pedestal member 2 and the cover member 8 are in contact with each other, so that the relative rotation of the cover member 8 and the pedestal member 2 is restricted. With this configuration, it is possible to prevent the cover member 8 from rotating, disengaging the locking claw 86 and the locking projection 844, and causing the cover member 8 to fall off.

At this time, a washer 9 which is an inelastic member is provided below the elastically deformed portion 84. Since the washer 9 functions as a regulating member for regulating the downward deformation of the elastically deformed portion, when the cover member 8 is inserted from above, the elastically deformed portion is deformed downward and is destroyed. It becomes possible to suppress that it is done. Further, by using the washer as a regulating member for restricting the downward deformation of the elastically deformed portion, even when a plurality of elastically deformed portions 84 are provided along the radial direction as in this embodiment, it is simple. It becomes possible to suppress the deformation of all the elastically deformed portions 84 with one member.

Further, unlike the elastically deformed portion 84, the washer 9 is colored red. By doing so, it becomes possible to confirm at a glance whether or not the washer 9 is inserted in the assembly process, and it is possible to suppress forgetting to insert the washer 9 and the accompanying destruction of the elastically deformed portion 84. You can do it.

The pedestal member 2 and the cover member 9 are provided with O-rings 48a and 48b inside, respectively. The O-rings 48a and 48b are located between the O-rings 48a and 48b, and due to their elasticity, function as spout member holding means for holding the spout member 4. Further, by functioning as a sealing member for sealing between the spout member 4, the pedestal member 2, and the cover member 9, water applied from above is prevented from entering the inside of the counter 10. -ing

As described above, the examples of the present invention have been specifically described with reference to the drawings. The present invention is not limited to this embodiment, and can be appropriately designed without departing from the spirit of the invention. For example, the type of faucet device is not limited to the one provided with a functional unit, but can be applied to various types of faucet devices such as one that manually opens and closes a valve.
