Description
The present invention relates to a storage container for packing a large member such as an automobile part.
When transporting a large member, a pillow material is placed on a trolley or a box pallet so that the member is not damaged or deformed, and the member is mounted on the pillow material. For example, Patent Document 1 shows an example in which a pillow material is arranged on a girder of a box pallet. Further, Patent Document 2 shows an example in which receiving pillows provided with recesses into which parts are fitted are stacked in multiple stages. In all of these documents, the pillow material or the receiving pillow is fixed by dropping it into a guide groove provided in a vertical pillar.
The storage container has different specifications for each part to be transported and is made to order and manufactured by the container manufacturer. In Patent Documents 1 and 2, when attaching the pillow to the trolley or box pallet, the groove provided on the trolley or box pallet side is used. When using such a groove, the pillow must be inserted from above. The receiving pillow and the parts to be transported are stacked alternately and arranged in multiple stages.
There are a wide variety of automobile parts, not just the parts that are stacked across the pillow as covered in Patent Documents 1 and 2. For parts that cannot be stacked in multiple stages, provide girders on each stage and set pillows for each.
FIG. 3 shows a storage container in which the receiving pillow 30 is set in the multi-stage deck channel 5 of the box pallet 1. In FIG. 3A, the receiving pillow 30 is a foamed resin member provided with one or more recesses 31 with respect to the upper side surface 33 of the rectangular parallelepiped. The shape of the recess 31 is such that it fits and supports the components to be accommodated. Further, the holes 32 penetrating from the front surface 37 to the back surface 38 of the receiving pillow 30 are discretely opened at low positions.
FIG. 3B shows an example in which the receiving pillow 30 is set on the box pallet 1. The box pallet 1 has an insertion port 3 on the lower side into which the claws of the forklift are inserted, and shelves are provided in multiple stages with respect to the pillars 2 at the four corners. In the shelves of each stage, a deck channel 5 is further bridged between two beams 4 which are passed in parallel in the length direction of the box pallet 1 between the pillars 2. A plurality of deck channels 5 are provided in parallel at appropriate intervals. The deck channel 5 is a metal square pipe, and has an upper side surface 5a having a flat upper side surface. Some box pallets 1 have casters (not shown) in place of or next to the insertion port 3, and are sometimes called trolleys.
When the receiving pillow 30 is installed on the box pallet 1 as described above, first, the rectangular parallelepiped foamed resin is cut into a desired shape to create the receiving pillow 30. The lower side surface 34 of the receiving pillow 30 is a flat surface, to which the double-sided tape 36 is attached. The release paper 35 is peeled off from the double-sided tape 36 and attached to the deck channel 5. After that, the hole 32 is bound to the deck channel 5 by the binding band 39. The excess band portion and tail portion of the binding band 39 are cut, and the head portion is pushed into the hole 32. This is to prevent the binding band 39 from hitting the parts to be transported.
As described above, the storage container has undergone a handmade process, and there is a problem that the work efficiency is poor due to many work processes. Further, in order to provide the shape of the recess 31 with respect to the upper side surface 33 of the receiving pillow 30, a rectangular parallelepiped foamed resin is cut and cut out, but the receiving pillow 30 is flexible and is compressed by a press blade type. Cut the shape of the recess. At this time, the shape of the lower side surface of the rectangular parallelepiped of the foamed resin is used as it is as the shape of the lower side surface 34 of the receiving pillow 30. That is, the press blade type blade does not hit. As described above, there is a problem that the foamed resin flows during cutting due to the presence of the upper side surface 33 side where the press blade type blade hits and the lower side surface 34 side where the press blade type blade does not hit, and the dimensions tend to vary. ..
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a storage container that reduces the manufacturing process of the storage container and suppresses the dimensional variation of the receiving pillow.
In order to achieve the above object, the storage container of the present invention includes a box pallet having a deck channel in which a plurality of containers are provided in parallel at appropriate intervals.
A pillow having a recess provided on the upper side surface of a rectangular parallelepiped made of foamed resin, and a vertical groove extending vertically from the lower surface and a horizontal groove extending horizontally thereafter having a connecting groove extending from the front to the back.
A resin molded product that connects the deck channel and the pillow, and is provided at the tip of each of a pair of grips that sandwich the lateral sides of the deck channel from the outside and under the deck channel. A claw that hooks the side surface, a bridge portion that connects the pair of grip portions in a bridging shape and contacts the upper side surface of the deck channel, and a pair of lateral surfaces that are located above the bridge portion and have a pillow inserted between them. It has a side surface portion and a joint including a pair of connecting protrusions each projecting in a connecting groove in a facing manner from the middle of the height of the pair of lateral side surface portions.
Each of the pair of grip portions and the pair of lateral side surface portions are continuous like a single plate with the bridge portion in between, and
The connecting groove has a vertical groove that opens upward with a width corresponding to the width of the connecting protrusion, changes its direction at a position corresponding to the height distance between the bridge portion and the connecting protrusion, and is further horizontal. The horizontal groove is formed by deleting a length corresponding to the width length of the connecting protrusion in the direction.
By moving the joint or the receiving pillow in the vertical direction, the connecting protrusion is inserted into the vertical groove of the connecting groove, and then by moving the joint or the receiving pillow horizontally, the connecting protrusion is housed in the horizontal groove. It is characterized by being.
According to the present invention, the storage container can be manufactured simply by connecting the receiving pillow to the joint and pushing the joint into the deck channel to attach it, so that the man-hours required can be significantly reduced. Further, since the press blade type blade hits both the upper side surface and the lower side surface of the receiving pillow, it is possible to suppress the variation in size as compared with the case where only one side is used.
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In FIG. 1A, the storage container according to the present embodiment has a joint 10, a pillow 20, and a box pallet 1 (only the deck channel 5 is shown). Here, the deck channel 5 is the same as that shown in FIG.
The joint 10 will be described with reference to FIGS. 2A-2E. The joint 10 is an integrally molded resin product, and has a fixing portion 10A for connecting to the deck channel 5 and a connecting portion 10B for connecting the pillow. First, the fixing portion 10A includes a bridge portion 16 that contacts the upper side surface 5a of the deck channel 5, a pair of grip portions 11 that sandwich the lateral side surfaces 5b on both sides of the deck channel 5 from the outside, and a pair of grip portions 11, respectively. It has a claw 12 provided at the tip of the deck channel 5 to hook the lower side surface 5c of the deck channel 5. The bridge portion 16 connects the pair of grip portions 11 in a bridging manner. Since the distance h1 between the pair of grips 11 is the same as or slightly narrower than the width H of the deck channel 5, when the deck channel 5 is sandwiched, the pair of grips 11 act to be expanded, and as a reaction to this, the deck Grasp the channel 5. The claw 12 prevents the joint 10 from falling off from the deck channel 5, and the distance v1 between the claw 12 and the bridge portion 16 is slightly wider than the vertically long V of the deck channel.
。 On the other hand, the connecting portion 10B is located above the fixing portion 10A with the bridge portion 16 interposed therebetween, and has a pair of lateral side surface portions 13 and a pair of lateral side surfaces separated by a distance h2 slightly wider than the width length h3 of the receiving pillow 20. Each of the portions 13 has a pair of connecting protrusions 14 protruding in a facing manner from the middle of the height. The connecting protrusion 14 is a plate-shaped protrusion having a thick root side of the lateral side surface portion 13, and the lower surface side 14b becomes thinner and the upper surface side 14a decreases downward as the distance from the lateral side surface portion 13 increases. .. A pair or a plurality of pairs of connecting protrusions 14 are provided for the joint 10 (two pairs are provided in the illustrated example).
In the joint 10 of this embodiment, the pair of grip portions 11 and the pair of lateral side surface portions 13 are continuous with the bridge portion 16 sandwiched between them, and have an appearance like a single plate. At the portion where the grip portion 11, the lateral side surface portion 13, and the bridge portion 16 are connected, an enormous portion 15 for increasing the width and length of each is provided in order to obtain structural strength. Further, the bridge portion 16 is provided with a hole 17 penetrating the front and back surfaces.
The receiving pillow 20 will be described with reference to FIGS. 2F and 2G. The receiving pillow 20 is a member provided with one or a plurality of recesses 21 with respect to the upper side surface 23 of a rectangular parallelepiped made of foamed resin. The shape of the recess 21 is adapted to fit and support the components to be accommodated. Further, the connecting groove 22 penetrating from the front surface 20a to the back surface 20b of the receiving pillow 20 is opened at a low position. As shown in FIG. 2G, the connecting groove 22 penetrates in the same shape. The connecting groove 22 is oriented at a position corresponding to a vertical groove 22a having a width h5 corresponding to the width length h4 of the connecting protrusion 14 and an upward opening, and a height distance v2 between the bridge portion 16 and the connecting protrusion 14. It is formed by a lateral groove 22b which is changed and further deleted in the horizontal direction by a length h6 corresponding to a width length h4 of the connecting projection 14. The height of the lateral groove 22b opened in the horizontal direction is slightly smaller than the thickness of the base of the connecting protrusion 14 and larger than the tip of the connecting protrusion 14. Further, the height v3 from the lower side surface 24 of the receiving pillow 20 to the lower side of the lateral groove 22b opened in the horizontal direction is about the same as the height distance v2 on the lower side of the base of the connecting protrusion. In this embodiment, since the joint 10 is provided with two pairs of connecting protrusions, the distance between the two connecting grooves corresponds to the distance between the connecting protrusions.
The manufacturing process of the containing container is shown with reference to FIG. 1B. First, the rectangular parallelepiped foamed resin is cut in order to provide the shape of the recess 21 with respect to the upper side surface 23 of the receiving pillow 20 and the connecting groove 22 on the lower side surface 24. The foamed resin is compressed and then cut with a press blade mold. At this time, since the press blade mold blades hit both the upper side surface 23 and the lower side surface 24 of the receiving pillow 20, the dimensions are larger than those of only one side. It is possible to suppress the variation of.
The connection portion 10B is received and attached to the pillow 20. The receiving pillow 20 is inserted between the pair of lateral side surface portions 13 of the joint 10 so that the connecting protrusion 14 of the joint 10 and the connecting groove 22 of the receiving pillow 20 face each other. By moving the joint 10 or the pillow 20 in the vertical direction to insert the connecting protrusion 14 into the vertical groove 22a, and then moving it horizontally, the connecting protrusion 14 is housed in the horizontal groove 22b opened in the horizontal direction. The lateral groove 22b opened in the horizontal direction is slightly opened by the connecting projection 14. At the base position of the connecting protrusion 14, the joint 10 and the receiving pillow 20 are in pressure contact with each other. The posture of the receiving pillow 20 is stabilized by pressing the lower side surface 24 of the receiving pillow 20 at both ends of the bridge portion 16 of the joint 10. Further, there is an effect that the accuracy of the height of the recess 21 can be determined by the mutual height position between the lateral groove 22b and the connecting protrusion 14.
Since the receiving pillow 20 has a predetermined length, a connecting groove 22 is provided according to the length, and a plurality of joints 10 are connected. The receiving pillow 20 may move in the horizontal direction with respect to the joint 10, but if the connecting groove 22 is provided with the horizontal position reversed and a plurality of joints 10 are used, the horizontal movement can be prevented. .. If necessary, the joint 10 and the pillow 20 may be fixed by the screw 6 by using the hole 17 formed in the bridge portion 16. A relief groove 17a for the head of the screw 6 is provided around the hole 17.
Next, the fixing portion 10A is attached to the deck channel 5. The claw 12 has a tapered surface 12a that separates from the grip portion 11 when the height is increased. By pressing the tapered surface 12a against the deck channel 5, the deck channel 5 enters between the pair of grips 11 and the gap is gradually increased, and finally the deck channel 5 is held by the claw 12.
In the above embodiment, the box pallet 1 using a square pipe is shown as the deck channel 5, but the deck channel 5 may have a U-shaped or H-shaped cross section, and has planar side surfaces on the left and right sides. If so, it can be applied because the grip portion is pinched and the claw is caught.
According to this embodiment, the storage container can be manufactured simply by connecting the receiving pillow 20 to the joint 10 and pushing the joint 10 into the deck channel 5 to attach the storage container, so that the required man-hours can be significantly reduced. Further, since the press blade type blade of the receiving pillow 20 hits both the upper side surface 23 and the lower side surface 24, the dimensional variation can be suppressed as compared with the case where only one side is used.
The joint 10 of the first embodiment was made of resin in which the fixing portion 10A connected to the deck channel 5 and the connecting portion 10B of the receiving pillow were integrally molded, but in this embodiment, the joint 10 is connected to the fixing portion 10A. It is made of a resin separate from the part 10B. It is desirable to prepare a large number of different sizes of the receiving pillow 20 according to the parts to be stored in the storage container. Similarly, it is desirable to prepare a large number of box pallets 1 having different sizes of the deck channels 5 (for example, the width length H and the vertically long length V of the deck channels 5). This is because a wide variety of varieties can be prepared for manufacturers of storage containers.
On the other hand, if the fixed portion 10A and the connecting portion 10B are integrally molded as in the first embodiment, it is necessary to prepare as many types of joints 10 as the combination of the receiving pillow 20 and the deck channel 5. It doesn't become. In this embodiment, a large number of types of the fixing portion 10A and the connecting portion 10B are prepared as separate bodies, and the product variation of the storage container is increased by the combination thereof.
In FIG. 4, FIGS. 4A and 4B show the connecting portion 10B, and FIGS. 4C and 4D show the fixing portion 10A. The connecting portion 10B of FIGS. 4A and 4B can be connected to a receiving pillow 20 having a different distance h2 between the pair of lateral side surface portions 13, for example, a different width length h3. The fixing portions 10A of FIGS. 4C and 4D have different distances h1 between the pair of grip portions 11, and can be fixed to deck channels 5 having different widths and lengths, for example.
The fixed portion 10A and the connecting portion 10B can be connected to each other. The first bridge 16a of the fixing portion 10A and the second bridge 16b of the connecting portion 10B are overlapped with each other, and are connected to each other by the locking portions 25 and 26 of the male-female relationship provided in the fixing portion 10A and the connecting portion 10B. To do. The male locking portion 25 on the fixed portion 10A side has a neck portion 25a protruding from the first bridge 16a and a huge portion 25b above the neck portion 25a. A hole 17 is provided adjacent to the male locking portion 25. As shown in the first embodiment, the hole 17 is used when the joint 10 and the receiving pillow 20 are fixed by the screw 6.
On the connecting portion 10B side, a hole 26a through which the huge portion 25b of the second bridge 16b is passed and a narrow hole 26b following the hole 26a are provided, and a hook is provided at the entrance of the narrow hole 26b so that the neck portion 25a does not come off. A portion 26c is provided. Further, the second bridge 16b has a flange portion 26d whose thickness is thin by the thickness around the narrow hole 26b. The hole 26a, the hole 26b, the hook portion 26c, and the flange portion 26d form a female locking portion 26 on the connecting portion 10B side. The female locking portion 26 on the connecting portion 10B side is also provided on the lateral side surface portion 13 on one side. Further, the thickness of the flange portion 26d is thinner than that of the other portions of the second bridge 16b so that the locking portion 25 on the fixing portion 10A side is contained within the thickness range of the second bridge 16b. Because. Those having the same function as that of the first embodiment have the same coding.
FIG. 5A shows how the fixing portion 10A and the connecting portion 10B are connected. The huge portion 25b is inserted into the hole 26a, the first bridge 16a and the second bridge 16b are overlapped with each other, and the fixing portion 10A is slid in the direction of the hole 26b. As a result, the neck portion 25a is housed in the hole 26b, and it becomes difficult for the hook portion 26c to return to the hole 26a side. Further, the amputation portion 25b is caught by the flange portion 26d around the hole 26b. Further, when the fixing portion 10A and the connecting portion 10B are connected, the holes 17 and the holes 26a overlap each other and penetrate the first bridge 16a and the second bridge 16b. The first bridge 16a and the second bridge 16b are overlapped and connected to form the bridge portion 16 of the first embodiment.
FIG. 5B shows how the receiving pillow 20 is connected when viewed from the lateral side surface portion 13 on one side where the female locking portion 26 is provided. In the figure, the positions of the connecting protrusions 14 that would not normally appear in the drawing are shown in light ink. The connecting protrusion 14 of the joint 10 and the connecting groove 22 of the receiving pillow 20 are made to face each other (left side of FIG. 5B). The joint 10 or the pillow 20 is moved in the vertical direction to insert the connecting protrusion 14 into the vertical groove 22a (center in FIG. 5B), and then moved horizontally to complete the connection (right in FIG. 5B). At this time, if the vertical groove 22a can be seen as it is through the hole 26a, it is known that the connection is not completed, so that the hole 26a can be used as a check for the connection.
FIG. 5C shows how the fixing portion 10A is connected to the connecting portion 10B by using the female locking portion 26 of the lateral side surface portion 13. In this aspect, the first bridge 16a of the fixing portion 10A is superposed on the lateral side surface portion 13.
FIG. 6 shows how a storage container is created using the joints 10 connected in the manner shown in FIG. 5C. FIG. 6B shows a lid 27 that covers the storage container. The lid 27 is formed by assembling a square lumber 27a as an aggregate in a frame, placing a top plate 27b on the frame, and appropriately fastening the lid 27 with a binding material such as a screw. As shown in FIG. 6A, the joints 10 connected in the manner shown in FIG. 5C are fixed by inserting the fixing portion 10A into the square timber 27a of the lid 27 from the lateral direction. The receiving pillow 20 may be connected to the connecting portion 10B before or after this insertion.
Since the square lumber 27a of the lid 27 does not directly receive the weight of the parts accommodated in the storage container, it is not necessary that the position of the receiving pillow 20 and the position of the square lumber 27a overlap each other. Further, the grip portion 11 of the fixing portion 10A is inserted between the top plate 27b and the square member 27a, and the top plate 27b is slightly lifted from the square member 27a by the thickness of the grip portion 11, but the top plate due to this. The deformation of 27b is very small.
