QLung=Qair+QO2−Qexhalation−Qleak−Qtube 式2

Claims (16)
- 吸入ガス送出相を含む、及び呼気相中、外因性終末呼気陽圧(PEEP)をPEEPレベルで供給する換気モードを行うように構成可能である機械的換気装置、
呼吸チューブ回路、及び
少なくとも1つのプロセッサ
を有する呼吸監視システムにおいて、
前記呼吸チューブ回路は、
患者ポート、
前記機械的換気装置から前記患者ポートにガスを供給するために接続されるガス吸入ライン、
患者の肺に入るガス流を測定するために接続されるガス流メータ、及び
前記患者ポートにおけるガスの圧力を測定するために接続される圧力センサ
を含み、前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサは、
前記ガス流メータにより測定される肺に入るガス流の積分からなる代理圧力を計算する、及び
前記代理圧力がトリガ圧力しきい値より下に減少するとき、前記換気モードの前記吸入ガス送出相をトリガする
ようにプログラムされる、呼吸監視システム。 - 前記代理圧力は、前記圧力センサにより測定される、前記患者ポートにおけるガスの圧力が最初のしきい値より下に減少するときに計算を開始する前記積分からなる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記最初のしきい値は、前記PEEPレベルである、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記患者の肺からのガスの排気を調整するために構成される呼気バルブをさらに有し、
前記機械的換気装置は、前記呼気バルブを少なくとも部分的に開いた設定にする又は制御することにより、前記外因性PEEPを前記PEEPレベルで供給する一方、前記圧力センサにより測定される、前記患者ポートにおける前記ガスの圧力を、前記PEEPレベルに維持するように制御されるガス流で前記患者ポートにガスを同時に供給することを含む前記換気モードを行うように構成可能である、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記トリガ圧力は、前記PEEPレベルよりも低い、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記代理圧力は、前記呼吸チューブ回路のチューブ回路コンプライアンス値により変倍される、前記ガス流メータにより測定される肺に入るガス流の積分からなる、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサは、長方形又は台形則の数値積分を使用して、前記ガス流メータにより測定される、前記肺に入るガス流の積分を計算するようにプログラムされる、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載のシステム。
- 呼吸監視方法を行うための、少なくとも1つの電子プロセッサにより実行可能な命令を記憶している非一時的なコンピュータ可読媒体において、前記方法は、
吸入ガス送出相を含む、及び外因性終末呼気陽圧(PEEP)をPEEPレベルで供給する換気モードを行うように構成可能である機械的換気装置に動作可能なように接続される呼吸チューブ回路のガス流メータにより測定される、肺に入るガス流の積分からなる代理圧力を計算するステップ、並びに
前記代理圧力がトリガ圧力しきい値より下に減少するとき、前記換気モードの前記吸入ガス送出相をトリガするステップ
を有する非一時的なコンピュータ可読媒体。 - 前記呼吸監視方法は、
前記少なくとも1つの電子プロセッサを用いて、前記呼吸チューブ回路の圧力センサにより測定される、前記呼吸チューブ回路の患者ポートにおけるガスの圧力が、しきい値より下に減少するときに開始する前記積分からなる前記代理圧力を計算するステップ
をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の非一時的なコンピュータ可読媒体。 - 前記しきい値は、前記PEEPレベルである、請求項10に記載の非一時的なコンピュータ可読媒体。
- 前記呼吸監視方法は、
前記呼吸チューブ回路の呼気バルブを少なくとも部分的に開いた設定にする又は制御することにより前記外因性PEEPをPEEPレベルで供給する一方、前記呼吸チューブ回路の圧力センサにより測定される、前記呼吸チューブ回路の患者ポートにおけるガスの圧力を前記PEEPレベルに維持するように制御されるガス流でガスを前記患者ポートに同時に供給するステップ
をさらに含む、請求項9乃至11の何れか一項に記載の非一時的なコンピュータ可読媒体。 - 前記トリガ圧力は前記PEEPレベルよりも低い、請求項12に記載の非一時的なコンピュータ可読媒体。
- 前記呼吸監視方法は、
前記少なくとも1つの電子プロセッサを用いて、前記呼吸チューブ回路のチューブ回路コンプライアンス値により変倍される、前記ガス流メータにより測定される、前記肺に入るガス流の積分として前記代理圧力を計算するステップ、
をさらに含む、請求項9乃至13の何れか一項に記載の非一時的なコンピュータ可読媒体。 - 前記呼吸監視方法は、
前記少なくとも1つの電子プロセッサを用いて、長方形又は台形則の数値積分を使用して、前記ガス流メータにより測定される、前記肺に入るガス流の積分を計算するステップをさらに含む、請求項9乃至15の何れか一項に記載の非一時的なコンピュータ可読媒体。
