Special Table 2006-526550 Gazette

In the package of the absorbent article of Patent Document 1, the absorbent article is laminated in the packaging sheet in the thickness direction, and a plurality of the absorbent articles are visibly configured through the window portion. A package of absorbable articles generally contains a plurality of absorbent articles in a compressed state in a packaging sheet. In the package of the absorbent articles configured in this way, when the remaining number of the absorbent articles decreases with use, the absorbent articles expand in the thickness direction, and the distance between the boundaries between the absorbent articles becomes wide. However, it is difficult to easily grasp the remaining number of absorbent articles because the entire laminated absorbent articles are visibly configured to be visible through the window and it is difficult to grasp the distance between the boundaries between the absorbent articles. ..

Therefore, there is a demand for a package of absorbable articles in which the remaining number of absorbent articles contained in the packaging sheet can be easily grasped.

The package of the absorbent article according to one aspect includes an absorbent article and a packaging sheet containing a plurality of the absorbent articles, and the packaging sheet visually recognizes the absorbent article contained therein. It is a packaging body of an absorbent article in which a window portion that can be formed is formed, and the absorbent articles are laminated in the thickness direction of the absorbent article, and the absorbent articles are laminated in the window portion. The mark portions extending in the first direction along the boundary of the above are provided, and a plurality of the mark portions are provided at intervals in the second direction along the thickness direction and orthogonal to the first direction.

The window portion is provided with a mark portion extending in a first direction along the boundary between the absorbent articles.
A plurality of the mark portions are provided at right angles to the first direction and at intervals in the second direction along the thickness direction.

The absorbent articles housed inside the packaging sheet can be visually recognized through the window, and the remaining number and types of the absorbent articles can be confirmed. At this time, since the mark portion of the window portion extends along the boundary between the absorbent articles, it is easy to grasp the position of the boundary between the absorbent articles. Therefore, it is easy to grasp the distance between the boundaries between the absorbent articles, and it is possible to easily grasp the remaining number of the absorbent articles.

According to a preferred embodiment, the marking portion includes a first pattern extending in the first direction and a second pattern adjacent to the first pattern in the first direction and different from the first pattern. ..

The boundary between the absorbent articles is along the first direction, and it may be difficult to distinguish it from the first pattern. At this time, the second pattern makes it easier to grasp the boundary between the absorbent articles.

According to a preferred embodiment, the positions of the second handle in the first direction in the mark portions adjacent to the second direction are different.

The mark portions adjacent to each other in the second direction have different positions in the first direction of the second handle, and are easily recognized as individual mark portions. By making the individual marks stand out, it becomes easier to grasp the distance between the boundaries between the absorbent articles, and the remaining number of the absorbent articles can be easily grasped.

According to a preferred embodiment, the distance between the landmarks in the second direction is 0.5 times or more and 2 times or less the distance between the boundaries between the absorbent articles.

When the distance between the mark portions in the second direction is 0.5 times or more and twice or less the distance between the boundaries between the absorbent articles, the distance between the boundaries between the absorbent articles can be easily associated with the mark portion. Therefore, it becomes easier to grasp the distance between the boundaries between the absorbent articles, and the remaining number of the absorbent articles can be easily grasped.

According to a preferred embodiment, a joint portion in which the packaging sheets are joined to each other is provided, and the joint portion is arranged along the second direction.

Since the joint portion is arranged along the second direction, the joint portion opposes the force at the time of expansion, and it becomes easy to maintain the shape of the entire package. Therefore, it is easy to maintain the shape of the window portion, and it is easy to obtain the effect of grasping the remaining number of absorbent articles through the window portion.

The second direction D2 is a direction orthogonal to the first direction D1 and along the thickness direction T. The mark portion 30 may be arranged intermittently over the entire window portion. The first direction D1 and the second direction D2 may be directions with reference to the absorbent article 10 in the unopened package 1 in which the absorbent article 10 is housed in the packaging sheet 20.

In the package 1 of the absorbent article, when the remaining number of the absorbent articles decreases with use, the absorbent article 10 expands in the thickness direction T, and the distance G10 between the boundaries between the absorbent articles becomes wider. At this time, since the mark portion 30 of the window portion 28 extends along the boundary B10 between the absorbent articles, it is easy to grasp the position of the boundary B10 between the absorbent articles with the mark portion 30 as a reference. The mark portions 30 are arranged at intervals in the second direction D2, and the intervals may be constant. Since the mark portions 30 are arranged at regular intervals G30, the mark portions 30 can easily function as a scale. Therefore, it is easy to grasp the distance G10 between the boundaries between the absorbent articles, and the remaining number of the absorbent articles can be easily grasped.

The mark portion 30 may have a portion extending in the first direction D1. The mark portion 30 may be composed of a combination of the first pattern 31 and the second pattern 32. The first handle 31 extends in the first direction D1 and may be arranged at intervals in the first direction D1. The first pattern 31 may be composed of a straight line extending in the first direction D1 or an aggregate of dots arranged along the first direction D1. The second pattern 32 is different from the first pattern 31. The second pattern 32 may be arranged adjacent to the first pattern 31 in the first direction D1. The second pattern 32 may be arranged between the first pattern 31 in the first direction D1. The second pattern 32 may have a pattern different from that of the first pattern 31 or a width (length in the second direction D2) different from that of the first pattern 31.

The boundary B10 between the absorbent articles is along the first direction D1 and may be difficult to recognize in distinction from the first pattern 31. At this time, the boundary B10 between the mark portion 30 and the absorbent articles can be easily distinguished by the second pattern 32, and the boundary B10 between the absorbent articles can be easily grasped. Further, when the remaining number of the absorbent articles 10 in the packaging sheet 20 becomes small, the absorbent articles 10 may be arranged at an angle. At this time, the boundary B10 between the absorbent articles is inclined with respect to the first pattern 31, and is easily recognized in distinction from the first pattern 31. Therefore, the distance G10 between the boundaries between the absorbent articles can be easily grasped, and the remaining number of the absorbent articles can be easily grasped.

The positions of the second handle 32 in the first direction D1 in the mark portions 30 adjacent to each other in the second direction may be different. That is, the second handle 32 adjacent to the second direction D2 may be arranged so as to be offset in the first direction D1. Specifically, in the front view shown in FIG. 3, the second handle 32 of the first mark portion 30 may be arranged above the second handle 32 adjacent to the first mark portion. Since the positions of the second patterns of the marking portions 30 adjacent to the second direction D2 are different, the individual marking portions can be easily recognized. By recognizing each mark portion, it becomes easier to grasp the distance G10 between the boundaries between the absorbent articles, and the remaining number of the absorbent articles can be easily grasped.

The distance G30 in the second direction D2 of the mark portion 30 may be different from the distance G10 at the boundary B10 between the absorbent articles. It becomes easy to distinguish between the mark portion 30 and the boundary B10 between the absorbent articles. The distance G30 in the second direction D2 of the mark portion 30 may be 0.5 times or more and twice or less the distance G10 of the boundary B10 between the absorbent articles. If the distance between the second directions D2 of the mark portion 30 is too long or too short with respect to the distance G10 at the boundary B10 between the absorbent articles, it is difficult to associate the distance G10 between the boundaries between the absorbent articles with the mark portion 30. There is. Therefore, it is preferable that the distance G30 in the second direction D2 of the mark portion 30 is 0.5 times or more and twice or less the distance G10 of the boundary B10 between the absorbent articles. The distance G10 between the boundaries B10 between the absorbent articles is based on the absorbent article 10 in the unopened package 1 in which the absorbent article 10 is housed in the packaging sheet 20.

The packaging sheet 20 may be provided with a joint portion 29 in which the packaging sheets 20 are joined to each other. The joint portion 29 is a portion where the packaging sheets 20 are joined by heat welding or the like, and may have higher rigidity than a configuration in which the packaging sheets 20 are not joined to each other. The joint portion 29 may form a highly rigid portion. The joint portion 29 may be provided at the center of the second surface 22 along the second direction D2.

In the configuration in which a plurality of absorbent articles are housed in the packaging sheet in a compressed state, the absorbent articles 10 tend to expand in the thickness direction T. The force when the absorbent article expands tends to increase along the stacking direction of the plurality of absorbent articles, that is, the thickness direction of the absorbent articles. Since the joint portion 29 is arranged along the second direction D2, the joint portion 29 opposes the force at the time of expansion, and it becomes easy to maintain the shape of the entire package 1. Therefore, it becomes easy to maintain the shape of the window portion 28, and it becomes easier to obtain the effect of grasping the remaining number of absorbent articles through the window portion 28.

The second surface 22 of the packaging sheet 20 may be configured to be provided with an opening for taking out the absorbent article 10. Specifically, the second surface 22 may be provided with a perforation 27 for forming an opening. An opening may be formed by the user cutting the perforation. The window portion may be provided not only on the first surface but also on the second surface. When the user takes out the absorbent article through the opening, it is easy to see the window together with the opening. Therefore, the remaining number of absorbent articles can be easily grasped when the absorbent articles are taken out.

The individually wrapped sheet 18 for individually packaging the absorbent articles may have a plurality of patterns. The plurality of patterns may be configured so that at least one of the color and the pattern is different. For example, it may have a first packaging sheet and a second packaging sheet having a different color or a different pattern from the first packaging sheet. The absorbent article packaged by the first packaging sheet and the absorbent article packaged by the second packaging sheet may be adjacent to each other in the thickness direction. That is, the absorbent articles arranged adjacent to each other in the thickness direction may be packaged by individually wrapped sheets having different colors or different patterns (individually wrapped sheets having different patterns). It is easy to grasp the boundary between adjacent absorbent articles by the difference in the color or pattern of the individual wrapping sheet. It becomes easier to grasp the distance between the boundaries between the absorbent articles, and the remaining number of the absorbent articles can be easily grasped.
