Further, as shown in FIG. 4B, a snap ring 52 is used so that the groove portions 50a to 50d do not fall out of the exhaust chamber 40. The groove portions 50a to 50d have protrusions that penetrate the side wall surface of the exhaust chamber 40 and project outward, and exhaust hole portions 43a to 43d are formed therein.

As shown in FIG. 4B, the exhaust flow path portions 40a to 40d are attached to the protrusions to send the air discharged from the body pressure distribution portions 14a to 14d into the exhaust chamber 40. Can be done.

The electromagnet portions 44a to 44d for closing are provided above the groove portions 50a to 50d, and include electromagnets that are energized to generate a magnetic force in order to move the metal plates 48a to 48d to the closing position.

The electromagnet portions 46a to 46d for opening are provided below the groove portions 50a to 50d, and include electromagnets that are energized to generate a magnetic force in order to move the metal plates 48a to 48d to the open position.

The relay unit 32 is controlled by a control signal (not shown), and connects or cuts off the energization path so that one of the pump units 30a to 30d stops and the remaining three pump units supply air.

In the relay unit 32, of the four exhaust holes 43a to 43d, one exhaust hole corresponding to one stopped pump is opened, and the remaining three exhaust holes are closed. The energization paths to 44a to 44d and 46a to 46d are connected or cut off.

FIG. 7 discloses a timing chart showing the operating states of the pump units 30a to 30d and the electromagnet units 44a to 44d and 46a to 46d. The pump units 30a to 30d correspond to the pumps 1 to 4 in FIG. 7.

The combination of the electromagnet unit 44a and the electromagnet unit 46a corresponds to M1, the combination of the electromagnet unit 44b and the electromagnet unit 46b corresponds to M2, the combination of the electromagnet unit 44c and the electromagnet unit 46c corresponds to M3, and the electromagnet unit 44d and the electromagnet unit. The combination of parts 46d corresponds to M4.

Here, when M1 to M4 are ON, a magnetic force is generated in the electromagnets 44a to 44d for closing, and when M1 to M4 are OFF, a magnetic force is generated in the electromagnets 46a to 46d for opening. It is in a state of occurrence.

In FIG. 7, when cycle 1 is described, pump 1 (pump unit 30a) is turned off, pumps 2 to pump 4 (pump units 30b to 30d) are turned on for the first minute, and M1 has an electromagnet unit 44a. OFF, the electromagnet portion 46a is ON, and in M2 to M4, the electromagnet portions 44b to 44d are ON, and the electromagnet portions 46b to 46d are OFF.

As a result, the body pressure dispersion portions 14b to 14d swell to support the user's gluteal region at three points, and the body pressure dispersion portion 14a contracts to reduce the pressure.

For the next 1 minute, the pump 2 (pump unit 30b) is turned off, the pumps 1, 3 and 4 (pump units 30a, 30c, 30d) are turned on, and in M2, the electromagnet part 44b is turned off and the electromagnet part 46b is turned on. Therefore, in M1, M3, and M4, the electromagnet portions 44a, 44c, and 44d are turned on, and the electromagnet portions 46a, 46c, and 46d are turned off.

As a result, the body pressure dispersion portions 14a, 14c, and 14d swell to support the user's gluteal region at three points, and the body pressure dispersion portion 14b contracts to reduce the pressure.

For the next 1 minute, the pump 3 (pump unit 30c) is turned off, the pumps 1, 2 and 4 (pump units 30a, 30b, 30d) are turned on, and in M3, the electromagnet part 44c is turned off and the electromagnet part 46c is turned off. It turns ON, and the electromagnets 44a, 44b, 44d of M1, M2, and M4 are turned ON, and the electromagnets 46a, 46b, 46d are turned OFF.

As a result, the body pressure dispersion portions 14a, 14b, and 14d swell to support the user's gluteal region at three points, and the body pressure dispersion portion 14c contracts to reduce the pressure.

For the last minute, the pump 4 (pump unit 30d) is turned off, the pumps 1, 2 and 3 (pump units 30a, 30b, 30c) are turned on, and in M4, the electromagnet part 44d is turned off and the electromagnet part 46d is turned on. Therefore, in M1 to M3, the electromagnet portions 44a to 44c are turned on, and the electromagnet portions 46a to 46c are turned off.

As a result, the body pressure dispersion portions 14a, 14b, and 14c swell to support the user's gluteal region at three points, and the body pressure dispersion portion 14d contracts to reduce the pressure. This completes one cycle. In the example of FIG. 7, it is shown that this one cycle is repeated three times.

In this way, the states in which three of the four body pressure dispersion portions 14a to 14d expand and the remaining one contracts are sequentially replaced every minute. In addition, although it is described here that these states are sequentially exchanged every 1 minute, it is not limited to 1 minute, and may be set in several minutes, for example.

Subsequently, the operation of the body pressure distribution cover device 10 having the above configuration will be described. As described above, pressure ulcers due to long-term supine position have conventionally been a problem in geriatric medicine and young bedridden patients. Pressure ulcers occur mainly in the sacrum, ischium, greater trochanter, ilium, coccyx, etc., and the main cause is obstruction of blood flow.

If blood flow is obstructed, it first reddens, then the epidermis peels off into a shallow ulcer, which is deeply scooped out to reveal subcutaneous tissues such as fat and muscle, and finally reaches the bones to other organs. Infiltrate into.

If not repaired, it will remain punctured indefinitely, and in severe cases, bones will rot or penetrate into other adjacent organs. Decompression is considered to be the only effective radical treatment method to stop it.

Decompression means relieving pressure on tissues and blood vessels, but there are several ways to relieve pressure. The easiest thing to do is to lift the part off the floor and keep it away from the bed and futon, but for that you have to reposition every 2-3 hours, which is a big burden for the caregiver. Will be forced.

The other is to apply something around the pressure ulcer to make the pressure ulcer float, but in this case, the dilemma is that the area around the pressure ulcer that is exposed to the object becomes a pressure ulcer. Therefore, until now, only simple circular seats have been used.

In response to such a problem, according to the body pressure distribution cover device 10, the four body pressure distribution portions 14a, 14b, 14c, 14d come into contact with the portion of the user's gluteal region divided into four, and the four bodies. In the pressure dispersion portions 14a, 14b, 14c, 14d, the air in one bag is evacuated, and the other bags are sequentially replaced with the air-filled state every minute. Therefore, the weight of the deflated part is the weight. Oxygen and nutrients are delivered to the tissue without pressure. This prevents the occurrence of pressure ulcers on the skin in contact with the body pressure distribution portion, and has a remarkable effect of improving the pressure ulcers in the sacral region and the coccyx portion surrounded by and not in contact with the body pressure distribution portion.
