Description
The present invention relates to a concrete bucket control support system and a concrete bucket control support method.
Conventionally, cable cranes and concrete buckets have been used as concrete transportation equipment at dam construction sites. The concrete bucket is suspended by a cable crane and transported to the concrete placement site. The signaler gives an instruction regarding the bucket operation to the operator who operates the cable crane, and guides the bucket. The operator operates the bucket in response to an instruction from the signaler. The concrete bucket that has moved to the concrete placement site opens the gate at the bottom and drops concrete. The operation of opening this gate is performed by a signaler near the concrete placement site.
Since the concrete bucket is suspended, it sways due to inertia even after the cable crane is stopped. In addition, it is difficult to make the concrete bucket stationary because the suspension cable itself sways. For this reason, there is known a cable crane control system that uses GPS to grasp the bucket position and offset the shaking of the concrete bucket (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
However, in the cable crane control system shown in Patent Document 1, since the shaking is only suppressed within a preset allowable value, the shaking of the concrete bucket is hardly completely stopped. In addition, the operation room where the operator is located is usually installed at a place away from the concrete bucket. Therefore, depending on the location where the operation room is installed, the operator may not always be able to directly visually recognize the magnitude and inclination of the concrete bucket.
Therefore, the signaler at the concrete placing site visually recognizes the condition of the concrete bucket and informs the operator by radio or the like, but the explanation of the signaler is often not well conveyed to the operator.
Therefore, it is difficult for the operator to accurately grasp the shaking condition of the concrete bucket.
Also, in order to reduce the swing width, the operator makes fine adjustments to the cable crane, but even if the bucket is directly visible and the communication with the signaler is good, it relies on the operator's sense based on experience. The current situation is that.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a concrete bucket control support system and a concrete bucket control support method capable of accurately grasping the shaking state of a concrete bucket.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the concrete bucket control support system according to the present invention includes an acquisition unit that acquires information on a relative position between the position of the concrete bucket and the target point at which the concrete loaded on the concrete bucket is dropped. A display unit that displays a display screen showing the relationship between the relative positions based on the information is provided , and the information regarding the relative positions is provided in the vertical direction of the concrete baguette that connects the concrete input port to the concrete drop port of the concrete bucket. Information on the angle between the concrete bucket and the vertical direction, and the display unit displays the position of the concrete bucket and the target point when the vertical surface is viewed from a direction perpendicular to the vertical surface including the vertical direction and the vertical direction. Is displayed using the angle formed by the vertical direction and the vertical direction .

And a step of displaying a display screen showing the relationship of the relative positions based on the information, and the information on the relative positions is the vertical direction of the concrete baguette connecting the concrete inlet to the concrete drop port of the concrete bucket. As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to accurately grasp the shaking state of the concrete bucket.
<First Embodiment>
Hereinafter, the concrete bucket control support system according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an image diagram showing an environment in which the concrete bucket control support system according to the present invention is used. FIG. 2 is a diagram showing an example of a case where an acquisition device and an output device of the concrete bucket control support system according to the present invention are installed. FIG. 2A shows an example of installation of a display device in the operation room. FIG. 2B shows an example of an acquisition device installed in a part of the cable crane.

The

The
In addition, the
The

The
The
The
The
The
The
The
At the dam construction site, the

The
The
The

In addition, the dam placement area shall be divided into two sections, a lower layer and an upper layer, and in this flowchart, concrete placement work shall be performed in the lower layer of the dam. Then, let L be the threshold value for determining the division of the upper layer and the lower layer of the dam. Further, the initial image magnification values corresponding to the lower layer and the upper layer of the dam driving area are set to B1 and B2, respectively.

When the display range is changed to a narrower range and the camera image captured with a higher imaging magnification is to be displayed on the display screen of the output unit 125 (step S6 NO), the operator presses the High button 126-3. Press.

If the operator does not change the display range (YES in step S6), the subsequent processing proceeds to step S7.
The operator grasps the situation of the

<Second embodiment>
Hereinafter, the control support system for the concrete bucket according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described. This embodiment is used at the dam construction site 1 as shown in FIG. 1, similarly to the first embodiment. Hereinafter, the same configuration as that of the first embodiment will be omitted, and the differences from the first embodiment will be mainly described.
According to the present embodiment, the state of the
In this embodiment, the
The
角度センサ138には、例えば、MEMS(Micro Electro Mechanical System、微小電気機械)が用いられる。
The
The angle sensor transmits the acquired angle information to the
The
The
For example, when the received information has an angle θ and a distance R, the
Further, a scale axis is arranged at the lower part of the display screen of the
As described above, in the present embodiment, the
As described above, as described in the first embodiment and the second embodiment, the acquisition device according to the present invention acquires information on the status of the
In addition, if the actual condition of the signaler is accurately transmitted to the operator, the senses and perceptions of both the operator and the signaler can be matched. If the communication between the operator and the signaler is smooth, the work can be performed smoothly. As described above, the concrete bucket control support system according to the present invention can also be used as a communication support tool between the operator and the signaler.
Further, even if it is determined that the
At construction sites such as dams, it is possible for the operator and the signaler at the site to work in harmony with each other to improve work efficiency. By improving work efficiency, it can be expected that the construction period will be shortened and productivity will be improved.
For example, if the capacity of concrete that can be transported at one time is 5 cubic meters and the concrete capacity required for dam construction is 1 million cubic meters, the operator repeats the gate opening / closing operation a total of 200,000 times. Assuming that the operator and the signaler do not breathe each time the operator opens the gate and hesitate for 5 seconds, it will take an extra 1 million seconds. This is about 278 hours, which corresponds to a construction period of about 35 days, assuming that the work site is operated for 8 hours a day.
The situation of the
Further, in the first embodiment, the
Further, the
Further, although the
Further, in the first embodiment, the dam construction site is divided into an upper layer and a lower layer, and the display range is set accordingly, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, it may be divided into an upper layer, a middle layer, and a lower layer according to the situation at the site, or the operator may be able to finely adjust the display range. Further, the
Further, in the first embodiment and the second embodiment, the
In the second embodiment, the

In the above-described embodiment, the case where the operator uses the
