Description
化度測定方法である。
トリウム水溶液で洗浄後に自然乾燥させた健康毛髪(HH)を調製した。
化学処理を行ったことがない健康な毛髪を用い上記方法にて得た信号強度をIH、化学処理された毛髪を用い上記方法にて得た信号強度をICとからイオン化ダメージ度(IC−IH)/IHを算出して、毛髪タンパク質のカルボキシ基のイオン化ダメージ度を求めると、ブリーチ処理毛髪(DB)は0.06、パウダーブリーチ処理毛髪(DP)は0.11であった。結果を表2に示す。
毛髪タンパク質のカルボキシ基のイオン化の現象を捉えることができた。
Claims (4)
- (1)被測定物質である毛髪に重水を接触させて水素/重水素交換を行う工程
(2)前記被測定物質を赤外吸収分光法によって1580cm−1付近のCOO−逆対称伸縮振動の信号強度を測定する工程、
(3)前記測定結果を用いて毛髪タンパク質のイオン化ダメージ度を算出する工程と
を含む毛髪タンパク質のカルボキシ基のイオン化ダメージ度測定方法であって、
健康な毛髪を被測定物質とする前記信号強度をI H 、
化学処理された毛髪又はブリーチ処理毛髪を被測定物質とする前記信号強度をI C とし、(I C −I H )/I H をイオン化ダメージ度として算出する
ことを特徴とする毛髪タンパク質のカルボキシ基のイオン化ダメージ度測定方法。 - (1)被測定物質である毛髪に重水を接触させて水素/重水素交換を行う工程
(2)前記被測定物質を赤外吸収分光法によって1580cm−1付近のCOO−逆対称伸縮振動の信号強度を測定する工程、
(3)前記測定結果を用いて毛髪タンパク質のイオン化ダメージ度を算出する工程と
を含む毛髪タンパク質のカルボキシ基のイオン化ダメージ度測定方法であって、
化学処理又はブリーチ処理をする前の毛髪を被測定物質とする前記信号強度をI O 、
化学処理又はブリーチ処理をした後の毛髪を被測定物質とする前記信号強度をI n し、
(I n −I o )/I o をイオン化ダメージ度として算出する
ことを特徴とする毛髪タンパク質のカルボキシ基のイオン化ダメージ度測定方法。 - 前記赤外吸収分光法がATR法である請求項1又は2に記載のイオン化ダメージ度測定方法。
- 前記毛髪タンパク質がキューティクルタンパク質である請求項1乃至3いずれか1項に記載のイオン化ダメージ度測定方法。
