International Publication No. 2011/71792 Pamphlet

However, in the above-mentioned conventional coating container, since the lower portion of the contents held by the support base (30) is hidden in the lower portion (16), this lower portion is used by direct coating to the portion to be coated. It is a structure that cannot be done and the remaining amount is inevitably generated. Therefore, in order to use up the contents to the end, it is necessary to use a brush or a spatula to pull out the contents buried in the lower part (16), and then apply the contents. There is a problem that uniform coating cannot be performed as compared with the case where the contents are directly coated using a container.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art and to provide a coating container capable of directly coating the contents to the end.

This invention relates to a coating container provided with fixed contents of the solid shape, a container body for holding, and a cover covering the lateral portion of the freely mounted contents removably attached to said container body, said container body, The contents are fixed and held by surrounding the lower part of the contents in close contact with the open upper end portion, but has a peripheral wall that exposes the upper part above the lower part, and is inside the peripheral wall and below the content, it is movable upward, along with the upward movement of, provided with a push-out member for pushing out the lower surrounded by the circumferential wall from the upper end of the peripheral wall, the peripheral wall Inside the upper end portion of the above, a plurality of fixing plates embedded in the lower portion of the contents to fix the contents are provided, and the fixing plates are respectively along the radial direction from the inner surface position of the peripheral wall. stretched Te is shall be coupled to the receiving portion comprising a cylindrical body located at the center of the container body.

Further, in the coating container of the present invention, it is preferable that at least one of the fixing plate and the inner surface of the upper end portion of the peripheral wall is formed with irregularities that increase the contact area with the contents. ..

Further, in the coating container of the present invention, it is preferable that the fixing plate has a tapered shape in which the thickness increases from the lower end to the upper end.

Further, in the coating container of the present invention, the plurality of pre-Symbol solid Teiita, it is preferably disposed at those angles.

It is preferable that the coating container of the present invention is provided with a positioning means that matches the position of the fixing plate with the position of the groove when the extruding member is assembled to the container body.

Further, in the coating container of the present invention, the positioning means comprises an insertion portion formed in the extrusion member and the receiving portion arranged inside the peripheral wall , and the receiving portion is provided with the receiving portion. it is preferable that the position of the fixing plate when accepting the insertion portion and the position of the groove is configured to match.

Further, in the coating container of the present invention, it is a bottom plate that is screwed to the lower end portion of the peripheral wall to close the lower end portion, and pushes up the extrusion member when rotated in the screwing direction. It is preferable to provide a bottom plate.

Further, in the coating container of the present invention, it is preferable that the bottom plate is provided with a groove for receiving a flat plate-like material on the lower surface thereof.

Alternatively, in the coating container of the present invention, the cover has a convex portion on the top surface thereof, and the bottom plate has a shape corresponding to the convex portion on the lower surface thereof and the convex portion in the rotation direction of the bottom plate. It is preferable to have a recess that engages with the portion.

In the coating container of the present invention, when the cover is removed, the upper portion of the contents is exposed from the peripheral wall of the container body, so that the user can stroke the contents while directly touching the coated portion. The contents can be applied by tapping the portion to be coated with an object.

When the contents are worn down to the position of the upper end of the peripheral wall due to use, the contents are pushed out of the peripheral wall by moving the pushing member upward, so that the contents are directly pushed to the end. Can be applied.

Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art and provide a coating container capable of directly coating the contents to the end.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a side view showing the right half of the coating container according to the embodiment of the present invention in cross section, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view. , The extruded member in the coating container shown in FIG. 1 is shown as a single unit, (a) is a plan view, and (b) is a side view.

As shown in FIG. 1, the coating container 10 contains a solid content S inside, and the content S is patted in a state of being directly applied to the coated portion, or the coated portion is touched by the content S. It can be applied by tapping it lightly, and examples of the content S include, but are not limited to, cosmetics such as hair wax and lip balm, chemicals, and glue.

The coating container 10 includes a container body 12, a cover 14, an extrusion member 16, and a bottom plate 18, each of which is formed of a synthetic resin material. The axes of the container body 12, the cover 14, the extrusion member 16, and the bottom plate 18 are located on a common axis. In the following, this common axis is referred to as an axis O, and the cover 14 side along the axis O is referred to as an axis O. The upper side and the opposite side (bottom plate 18 side) are called the lower side. Further, the direction orthogonal to the axis O is called the radial direction, and the direction orbiting around the axis O is called the circumferential direction.

The container body 12 has a peripheral wall 20 that circulates around the axis O. In the illustrated example, the peripheral wall 20 is formed in a circular shape in a plan view, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the peripheral wall 20 may be formed in a polygonal shape.

The open upper end portion 20a of the peripheral wall 20 surrounds the lower portion of the content S in a close contact state, thereby fixing and holding the content S. The lower portion of the content S is hidden in the upper end portion 20a of the peripheral wall 20, but the portion above the lower portion is exposed from the peripheral wall 20.

The cover 14 is detachably attached to the container body 12 and covers the upper portion of the content S to prevent contact with the outside air and adhesion of dust and the like. In the illustrated example, the protrusion formed on the inner peripheral surface of the cover 14 is configured to overcome the annular convex portion 22 formed on the outer surface of the upper end portion 20a of the peripheral wall 20 so that the mounted state of the cover 14 is maintained. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the cover 14 may be screwed onto the peripheral wall 20 of the container body 12.

As shown in FIG. 2, a fixing plate 24 is provided inside the upper end portion 20a of the peripheral wall 20 so as to be embedded in the lower portion of the content S to fix the content S. In the illustrated example, the fixing plate 24 is integrally formed with the peripheral wall 20 of the container body 12, but the peripheral wall 20 and the fixing plate 24 may be formed as separate bodies. For example, a fixing plate 24 may be integrally formed inside a ring body (not shown), and the ring body may be fixed to the inside of the upper end portion 20a of the peripheral wall 20 by undercutting or engaging with a screw. ..

In the illustrated example, a plurality (8) fixing plates 24 are provided, but at least one fixing plate 24 may be provided. Each fixing plate 24 extends along the radial direction from the position of the inner surface of the peripheral wall 20 to form a receiving portion 26 formed of a polygonal (square in the illustrated example) tubular body located at the center of the container body 12. It is connected. The receiving unit 26 will be described later. Further, the fixing plates 24 are arranged at equal angles with each other, and the inside of the opening defined by the fixing plate 24, the peripheral wall 20 and the receiving portion 26 is filled with the contents S.

The fixing plate 24 preferably has a predetermined height along the axis O direction and has a tapered shape in which the thickness increases from the lower end to the upper end in the height direction. By forming the fixing plate 24 into a tapered shape, the width of the opening between the fixing plates 24 adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction (distance along the circumferential direction) is gradually reduced upward, and between the fixing plate 24 and the content S. A wedge effect is produced, and the fixing of the content S by the fixing plate 24 becomes stronger.

As shown in FIG. 1, the extrusion member 16 is provided so as to be movable upward inside the peripheral wall 20 and below the content S, and the content S hidden in the peripheral wall 20 as it moves upward. The lower portion is extruded from the upper end portion 20a of the peripheral wall 20.

The extruded member 16 has a flat plate wall 28 extending substantially along the lower surface at a position close to (or may be in contact with) the lower surface of the content S, and an inner surface of the peripheral wall 20 hanging from the peripheral edge of the flat plate wall 28. It has a cylinder wall 30 that is in sliding contact with the cylinder wall 30.

FIG. 3 shows the extruded member 16 as a single unit, and as can be seen from this figure, the flat plate wall 28 has a fixed plate 24 at a position corresponding to the fixed plate 24 when the extruded member 16 is moved upward. A groove 32 is formed to avoid the interference of the above. That is, the flat plate wall 28 is divided into eight in the circumferential direction by eight grooves 32.

Further, at the central position of the extrusion member 16, an insertion portion 36 formed of a polygonal pillar in a plan view is formed, which is partitioned by a plurality of grooves 34. The insertion portion 36 is a portion to be inserted inside the above-mentioned receiving portion 26, and in the illustrated example, the insertion portion 36 is formed in a rectangular shape corresponding to the shape of the receiving portion 26. The shapes of the insertion portion 36 and the receiving portion 26 are not limited to this, and may be other polygonal shapes such as a triangle, a pentagon, and a hexagon.

When the insertion portion 36 is received by the receiving portion 26 when the pushing member 16 is assembled to the container body 12, the position of the groove 32 of the pushing member 16 and the position of the fixing plate 24 also match. Therefore, the insertion portion 36 and the receiving portion 26 form a positioning means for matching the position of the groove 32 with the position of the fixing plate 24 when the pushing member 16 is assembled to the container body 12.

As shown in FIG. 1, the bottom plate 18 is screwed onto the lower end portion 20b of the peripheral wall 20 and closes the lower end portion 20b. The bottom plate 18 has a disk-shaped bottom wall portion 38 and a tubular wall portion 40 surrounding the bottom wall portion 38. A male screw 41b that engages with a female screw 41a formed on the inner surface of the peripheral wall 20 of the container body 12 is formed on the outer periphery of the lower end portion of the cylinder wall portion 40.

The cylinder wall portion 40 extends to a height position where it abuts on the cylinder wall 30 of the extrusion member 16, and the upper surface of the bottom wall portion 38 of the bottom plate 18 supports the lower end of the insertion portion 36 of the extrusion member 16. Therefore, when the bottom plate 18 is rotated in the screwing direction, the bottom plate 18 moves upward while rotating, presses the cylinder wall 30 of the extrusion member 16 and the lower end of the insertion portion 36, and as a result, the extrusion member 16 moves upward. ..

In order to facilitate the rotation of the bottom plate 18, a groove 42 capable of receiving a flat plate-like object Q such as a coin is formed on the lower surface of the bottom wall portion 38. Although not shown, a picking piece that can be picked by a user with a finger can be formed on the lower surface of the bottom wall portion 38 instead of the groove 42.

Next, a method of assembling the coating container 10 and filling the content S will be described. FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a method of assembling the coating container 10 and filling the content S shown in FIG. In FIG. 4A, first, the container main body 12 having the filling cover R attached to the upper end 20a of the peripheral wall 20 is arranged upside down, and in this state, the open lower end 20b side of the peripheral wall 20 is arranged. The content S is filled from. The content S is filled up to the position of the lower end of the fixing plate 24 or a position near the lower end. Subsequently, in FIG. 4B, the extruding member 16 is inserted and arranged from the lower end portion 20b side of the peripheral wall 20 in an upside-down state. At this time, by inserting the extrusion member 16 so that the insertion portion 36 of the extrusion member 16 and the receiving portion 26 of the container body 12 are aligned, the position of the fixing plate 24 and the position of the groove 32 of the extrusion member 16 match. Will be done. Then, in FIG. 4C, the bottom plate 18 is screwed from the lower end portion 20b of the peripheral wall 20 to the container body 12 in a state of being upside down. In this state, the lower end of the bottom plate 18 and the lower end of the peripheral wall 20 are at the same height position. Although not shown, the filling container R is then removed, and the cover 14 is attached to the container body 12 instead to obtain the coating container 10 shown in FIG.

To apply the content S to the portion to be coated using the coating container 10 configured in this way, it is only necessary to remove the cover 14. When the cover 14 is removed, the upper portion of the content S is exposed from the peripheral wall 20 of the container body 12, so that the user can stroke the content S with the content S directly in contact with the portion to be coated. The content S can be applied by tapping the portion to be coated.

When the content S was worn down to the position of the upper end 20a of the peripheral wall 20 with use, the content S hidden inside the peripheral wall could not be directly applied with the conventional coating container. On the other hand, in the coating container 10 of this embodiment, by screwing the bottom plate 18 into the container body 12, as shown in FIG. 5, the extruded member 16 is pushed up by the bottom plate 18, and the flat plate of the extruded member 16 is further pushed up. Since the content S is pushed out of the peripheral wall 20 by the wall 28, the content S can be directly applied to the end.

Further, according to the coating container 10 of this embodiment, since the fixing plate 24 is provided inside the upper end portion 20a of the peripheral wall 20 and embedded in the lower part of the content S, it is during normal coating. Not only that, the content S can be stably held even when the content S extruded to the outside of the peripheral wall 20 is applied. Further, since the fixing plate 24 is integrally formed with the peripheral wall 20, the number of parts can be reduced and the fixing plate 24 can be easily manufactured.

Further, according to the coating container 10 of this embodiment, since the extruding member 16 has a groove 32 for avoiding interference with the fixing plate 24, the extruding member 16 is surely provided even when the fixing plate 24 is provided. Can be moved upwards.

Further, according to the coating container 10 of this embodiment, since the fixing plate 24 has a tapered shape in which the thickness increases from the lower end to the upper end, the contents S filled between the fixing plates 24 adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction. It is possible to increase the holding force against the surface, and the content S can be stably held not only during normal coating but also when the content S extruded to the outside of the peripheral wall 20 is applied.

Further, according to the coating container 10 of this embodiment, since the positioning means for matching the position of the fixing plate 24 and the position of the groove 32 at the time of assembling the extruding member 16 to the container body 12 is provided, the extruding member is provided at the time of assembling. The position of the groove 32 of 16 can be reliably and easily aligned with the position of the fixing plate 24.

Further, according to the coating container 10 of this embodiment, the positioning means includes a polygonal insertion portion 36 formed in the extrusion member 16 and a receiving portion 26 connected to the inner end in the radial direction of the fixing plate 24. Since it is composed of, it is possible to easily realize the positioning means without increasing the number of parts.

Further, according to the coating container 10 of this embodiment, the bottom plate 18 is screwed to the lower end portion 20b of the peripheral wall 20 to close the lower end portion 20b, and is extruded when rotated in the screwing direction. Since the bottom plate 18 for pushing up the member 16 is provided, the extruded member 16 can be reliably moved upward without spoiling the appearance.

Further, according to the coating container 10 of this embodiment, since the bottom plate 18 has a groove 42 on the lower surface thereof for receiving the flat plate-shaped object Q such as a coin, the user can use the flat plate-shaped object Q in the groove 42. The bottom plate 18 can be easily rotated by inserting it. As described above, the same effect can be obtained by providing a picking piece instead of the flat plate-shaped object Q.

Next, the coating container 10 of another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The coating container 10 of this embodiment is provided with wavy irregularities 44 on the surface (side surface) of the fixing plate 24 and the inner surface of the upper end portion 20a of the peripheral wall 20 to increase the contact area with the content S. As a result, the content S can be firmly fixed by the container body 12, and the content S is stabilized not only during normal coating but also when the content S extruded to the outside of the peripheral wall 20 is coated. Can be held. Since the other configurations of the coating container 10 of this embodiment are the same as those of the previous embodiment, the description thereof will be omitted.

The unevenness 44 may be provided only on the surface of the fixing plate 24 or only on the inner surface of the upper end portion 20a of the peripheral wall 20. Further, also in this embodiment, the fixing plate 24 may have a tapered shape in which the thickness increases from the lower end to the upper end, and according to this, the content S can be more firmly fixed to the container body 12. .. At that time, the extruding member 16 may also have the same tapered shape as the fixing plate 24 as long as the content S can be extruded stably.

Next, the coating container 10 of still another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 7 and 8. In the coating container 10 of this embodiment, the cover 14 has a convex portion 46 formed on the top surface thereof, and the bottom plate 18 has a shape corresponding to the convex portion 46 on the lower surface thereof, and the convex portion 46 and the bottom plate 18 have a shape corresponding to the convex portion 46. A recess 48 that engages in the direction of rotation is formed. In the illustrated example, the convex portion 46 and the concave portion 48 are formed in a substantially hexagonal shape, but the shape of the convex portion 46 and the concave portion 48 may be a non-circular shape capable of engaging with each other in the rotation direction, for example, a triangle. In addition to polygons such as quadrangles, quadrangles, and pentagons, various shapes such as ellipses, stars, crosses, and character shapes such as alphabets can be adopted. Since the other configurations of the coating container 10 of this embodiment are the same as those of the previous embodiment, the description thereof will be omitted.

In the coating container 10 configured as described above, when the bottom plate 18 is rotated and the content S is extruded through the extrusion member 16, the convex portion 46 of the cover 14 is formed on the bottom plate as shown by a virtual line in FIG. The cover 14 may be rotated in the screwing direction by fitting it into the recess 48 of 18, and by rotating the bottom plate 18 using the cover 14 in this way, a smaller force is smaller than when the bottom plate 18 is rotated using a coin or a picking piece. The bottom plate 18 can be easily rotated.

Although the present invention has been described above based on the illustrated examples, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the case where the bottom plate 18 is screw-fitted to the lower end portion 20b of the peripheral wall 20 of the container body 12 is shown as an example, but an annular convex portion or an annular convex portion is formed on the outer surface of the tubular wall portion 40 of the bottom plate 18. An annular recess is provided, and a plurality of annular recesses or annular protrusions that engage with the annular recess are provided on the inner surface of the lower end portion 20b of the peripheral wall 20 at different height positions, and the bottom plate 18 is provided in the peripheral wall 20 of the container body 12. The pushing member 16 may be pushed in stepwise, whereby the pushing member 16 can be moved upward stepwise.

According to the present invention, it has become possible to provide a coating container capable of directly coating the contents to the end.
