Description

The present invention is assembled by bending one corrugated cardboard, the bottom surface portion, the first side surface portion, the top surface portion and the second side surface portion are continuous via a bending line, and the top surface portion and the first side surface portion have an acute angle. The present invention relates to a trapezoidal tubular bending cushioning material in which the top surface portion and the second side surface portion form an acute angle and the top surface portion is inclined.

In Patent Document 1, when the packaged object is packed in the packaging container, a folding cushioning material assembled by bending a single corrugated cardboard so that the packaged object does not rattle in the packaging container is housed in the packaging container. The packing condition of the packaged item is stabilized.

By the way, due to the shape of the packaged object, external factors, etc., the folding cushioning material cannot be formed into a square or rectangular cylinder with right-angled corners, and as shown in FIG. 10, a trapezoidal cylinder with an inclined top surface is adopted. You may have to do it.

In this case, a repulsive force that tries to return at a right angle from the bending line acts between the opposite side surface portions and the top surface portion. That is, on the bending line side where one side surface portion and the top surface portion form an acute angle, a repulsive force acts in the direction in which the side surface portion and the top surface portion spread each other. On the other hand, on the bending line side where the other side surface portion and the top surface portion form an obtuse angle, a repulsive force acts in the direction in which the side surface portion and the top surface portion narrow each other. As a result, as shown in FIG. 11, both side surface portions are tilted to the left side and the bent cushioning material is deformed, so that it cannot be stabilized in a regular trapezoidal tubular shape as shown in FIG.

The reference numerals used in FIGS. 10 and 11 are the same as those in the embodiment.

The present invention has been made in view of this point, and an object of the present invention is to provide a folding cushioning material having a stable trapezoidal tubular shape.

The packing cushioning material according to the present invention is assembled by bending one corrugated cardboard, and the bottom surface portion, the first side surface portion, the top surface portion and the second side surface portion are continuous via a bending line, and the top surface portion and the above The first side surface portion has an acute angle, and the top surface portion and the second side surface portion have an obtuse angle, and the top surface portion has an inclined trapezoidal shape.

Further, the bending line between the top surface portion and the first side surface portion is formed so as to be easier to bend than the bending line between the top surface portion and the second side surface portion.

According to the present invention, a repulsive force starting from a bending line with the first side surface portion and a repulsive force starting from a bending line with the second side surface portion act on the top surface portion. It is possible to obtain a folding cushioning material having a stable trapezoidal tubular shape due to the balance of the repulsive force of.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The present invention is not limited to the following embodiments.

FIG. 1 is a view from above of a state in which an object to be packed 2 is packed in a packaging container 3 using the folding cushioning material 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is an enlarged perspective view of the end portion in FIG. In FIGS. 1 and 2, a pair of folding cushioning materials 1 are housed in the packaging container 3 facing each other with an interval C1 when packing the packed material 2, and the packed material 1 is sandwiched between the pair of folding cushioning materials 1. 2 is inserted to protect the packaged object 2 from external impact. The packaged object 2 is a rail-shaped member or the like as shown in FIG. 3, and an upright plate 2b is provided at one end of the packaged object main body 2a, but the packaged object 2 is not limited thereto.

Both the packaging container 3 and the folding cushioning material 1 are assembled by bending a single corrugated cardboard made of, for example, paper corrugated cardboard or polypropylene plastic corrugated cardboard (plastic corrugated cardboard).

FIG. 4 is a development view in which a pair of folding cushioning materials 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention are continuously arranged vertically.

In the folding cushioning material 1, the bottom surface portion, the first side surface portion 4, the top surface portion 5 and the second side surface portion 6 are continuous via the bending line. The bottom surface portion has a double structure, and the lower bottom surface portion 7 that shares the bottom surface portion of the pair of bending cushioning materials 1 and is continuous with the first side surface portion 4 and the lower bottom surface portion that is continuous with the second side surface portion 6. It is composed of an upper bottom surface portion 8 that overlaps the 7 (see FIGS. 8 and 9). Note that FIGS. 8 and 9 show a single folding cushioning material 1 for convenience.

Two insertion engaging pieces 9 are formed on the lower bottom surface portion 7 at the right end side, the center portion, and the left end portion in FIG. An insertion engagement hole 10 is formed in the second side surface portion 6 corresponding to the insertion engagement piece 9.

An insertion hole 11 is formed on the bending line L1 between the lower bottom surface portion 7 and the first side surface portion 4. An insertion piece 12 is formed in the upper bottom surface portion 8 corresponding to the insertion hole 11.

A bending line L2 is also formed between the first side surface portion 4 and the top surface portion 5.

On the bending line L3 between the top surface portion 5 and the second side surface portion 6, the tip portion abuts on the inner surface of the packaging container 3 in the state of being stored in the packaging container 3 to restrict the movement of the top surface portion 5. Two pieces 13 are formed at intervals. The abutting piece 13 can also be used as a gripping portion for gripping the bending cushioning material 1 when it is taken in and out of the packaging container 3.

A bending line L4 is also formed between the second side surface portion 6 and the upper bottom surface portion 8.

On the other hand (upper side in FIG. 4), a triangular opening 14 is formed in the middle of the top surface portion 5 of the bending cushioning material 1. The opening 14 is a direction indicating mark for confirming the arrangement direction of the bending cushioning material 1.

To assemble the folding cushioning material 1, the first side surface portion 4, the top surface portion 5, the second side surface portion 6 and the upper bottom surface portion 8 are bent along the bending lines L1 to L4, and the insertion engaging piece 9 is inserted and engaged. Insert it into the hole 10 to engage it, and insert the insertion piece 12 into the insertion hole 11. As a result, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the top surface portion 5 and the first side surface portion 4 form an acute angle, and the top surface portion 5 and the second side surface portion 6 form an obtuse angle, and the top surface portion 5 is inclined. A pair of folding cushioning materials 1 formed in a tubular shape are assembled with the second side surface portions 6 facing each other with an interval C1.

The reason why the top surface portion 5 is inclined in this way is due to the shape of the packaged object 2. That is, when the packaged object 2 is housed between the pair of folding cushioning materials 1 in the packaging container 3, as shown in FIG. 2, the corner portion between the top surface portion 5 and the second side surface portion 6 is the packaged object 2. This is to ensure that the upright plate 2b is in contact with the standing plate 2b from the inside. By doing so, even if the packaged object 2 inside moves while the packaging container 3 is upright, the upright plate 2b of the packaged object 2 can be placed on the top surface portion 5, the second side surface portion 6, and the corner portion thereof. It can receive and support the load of the packaged object 2.

The bending line L2 between the top surface portion 5 and the first side surface portion 4 is formed to be easier to bend than the bending line L3 between the top surface portion 5 and the second side surface portion 6. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 8, the bending line L2 between the top surface portion 5 and the first side surface portion 4 is formed with cut lines 16 and ruled lines 17 alternately. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 9, the fold line L3 between the top surface portion 5 and the second side surface portion 6 is formed with a ruled line 17 intermittently, and there is no cut line 16. Here, the ruled line 17 is a fold line formed by crushing the corrugated cardboard. It should be noted that the parts A, B, and C circled by the alternate long and short dash line in FIGS. 4, 8 and 9 indicate common bending lines.

Although not shown, the bending line L2 between the top surface portion 5 and the first side surface portion 4 is formed by a ruled line deeper than the bending line L3 between the top surface portion 5 and the second side surface portion 6. L2 may be easier to bend than the bending line L3. That is, even if the ruled lines are the same, ruled lines having different depths are used.

As shown in FIG. 7, the pair of folding cushioning materials 1 assembled in this way are housed in the packaging container 3 with the second side surface portions 6 facing each other with a gap C1. As shown in, it is inserted between the pair of bending cushioning materials 1 and protected from an external impact.

By the way, in the trapezoidal tubular bending cushioning material 1, the bending lines L2 and L3 are the starting points between the first side surface portion 4 and the top surface portion 5 facing each other and between the second side surface portion 6 and the top surface portion 5. As a result, the repulsive force that tries to return to the right angle acts. That is, on the bending line L2 side where the first side surface portion 4 and the top surface portion 5 form an acute angle, a repulsive force acts on the first side surface portion 4 and the top surface portion 5 in a direction in which they spread from each other. On the other hand, on the bending line L3 side where the second side surface portion 6 and the top surface portion 5 form an obtuse angle, a repulsive force acts in the direction in which the second side surface portion 6 and the top surface portion 5 narrow each other. As a result, when the bending strengths of the bending lines L2 and L3 are equal and no consideration is given to the bending strength, the first side surface portion 4 and the second side surface portion 6 are tilted to the left as shown in FIG. The folding cushioning material 1 is deformed and cannot be stabilized in a regular trapezoidal tubular shape as shown in FIG.

Further, as shown in FIG. 12, when the pair of folding cushioning materials 1 are housed in the packaging container 3 with the second side surface portions 6 facing each other at intervals C2, the second of the pair of bending cushioning materials 1 The side surface portions 6 are inclined forward in the direction of approaching each other, and the distance C2 between them is narrowed, which makes it difficult to insert the packaged object 2 between the pair of bending cushioning materials 1.

On the other hand, in the present embodiment, the bending line L2 between the top surface portion 5 and the first side surface portion 4 is formed to be easier to bend than the bending line L3 between the top surface portion 5 and the second side surface portion 6. Therefore, the balance between the repulsive force starting from the bending line L2 between the top surface portion 5 and the first side surface portion 4 and the repulsive force starting from the bending line L3 between the top surface portion 5 and the second side surface portion 6. Therefore, the trapezoidal tubular shape of the folding cushioning material 1 can be stabilized (see FIG. 10).

Therefore, even when the pair of folding cushioning materials 1 are housed in the packaging container 3 with the second side surface portions 6 facing each other at intervals C1, the second side surface portions 6 of the pair of bending cushioning materials 1 are tilted forward. They do not approach each other and the distance C1 between them does not narrow (see FIG. 7). This makes it easier to insert the object to be packed 2 between the pair of folding cushioning materials 1.

Further, since the bending line L4 between the second side surface portion 6 and the upper bottom surface portion 8 is formed so as to be easier to bend than the bending line L3 between the top surface portion 5 and the second side surface portion 6, the top surface portion 5 Due to the influence of the repulsive force starting from the bending line L2 between the first side surface portion 4 and the second side surface portion 6, the second side surface portion 6 is between the pair of bending cushioning materials 1 starting from the bending line L4 between the upper bottom surface portion 8. The space C1 is pulled in the direction of widening, and the operation of inserting the packaged object 2 between the pair of bending cushioning materials 1 is surely performed.

As described above, the present invention is assembled by bending one sheet, and the bottom surface portion, the first side surface portion, the top surface portion and the second side surface portion are continuous via the bending line, and the top surface portion and the above are described. It is useful for a trapezoidal tubular bending cushioning material in which the first side surface portion has an acute angle and the top surface portion and the second side surface portion have an obtuse angle and the top surface portion is inclined.

The first bending line makes the cut line and the surface of the cardboard streaky so as to be smaller than the repulsive force of the top surface portion and the second side surface portion starting from the second bending line which is the bending line between them. It is configured by alternately arranging the dented fold lines, and the second fold line is used to intermittently arrange the fold lines along the second fold line and to bend the fold lines to a portion other than the fold lines. Bending cushioning material that is not processed.
