Description
Claims (9)
- プロペラのブレードのピッチをピッチの設定ポイントに従属させるための油圧機械式設備の第1の構成部分(10)と、プロペラの回転速度を速度の設定ポイントに従属させるための油圧機械式設備の第2の構成部分(20)とを備えた、航空機エンジンの、可変ピッチブレードを有するプロペラを制御するための装置であって、
ピッチの設定ポイントを制御するために、ピッチを従属させるための前記油圧機械式設備の第1の構成部分(10)と、速度の設定ポイントを制御するために、速度を従属させるための前記油圧機械式設備の第2の構成部分(20)と、の両方に機械的に接続された、可動駆動部材(31、36)を備えた、単一の電気機械式アクチュエータ(30)を備えていることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記電気機械式アクチュエータの前記可動駆動部材(31、36)が、この可動駆動部材(31、36)が前記油圧機械式設備の第1の構成部分(10)を駆動してピッチの設定ポイントを決定する、少なくとも1つの第1の位置領域内、および、可動駆動部材(31、36)が前記油圧機械式設備の第2の構成部分(20)を駆動して速度の設定ポイントを決定する、少なくとも1つの第2の位置領域内で移動するように設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記可動駆動部材(31、36)が、可動駆動部材(31、36)が、前記第1の位置領域内にある場合、前記設備の第2の構成部分(20)上で、一定の速度の設定ポイントを維持し、可動駆動部材(31、36)が、前記第2の位置領域内にある場合、前記設備の第1の構成部分(10)上の一定のピッチの設定ポイントを維持するように設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記可動駆動部材(31、36)が、可動駆動部材(31、36)が、油圧機械式設備の2つの構成部分のいずれにも、作用していない、ニュートラル領域と呼ばれる、少なくとも1つの第3の位置領域内で移動するように設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項2または請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記油圧機械式設備の第2の構成部分(20)が、プロペラのピッチを油圧で制御するように設計され、プロペラの速度に比例する速度で機械的に駆動されるように設計されたバランスウェイトに接続された油圧スライドと、前記バランスウェイトの復帰バネと、を備えていることと、前記電気機械式アクチュエータの前記可動駆動部材(31、36)が、バランスウェイトの前記復帰バネの応力に作用するように設計されていることと、を特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記油圧機械式設備の第1の構成部分(10)が、プロペラのピッチを油圧で制御し、接続リンクによって機械的に駆動される、少なくとも1つの油圧スライドを備えていることと、前記電気機械式アクチュエータの前記可動駆動部材(31、36)が、前記油圧スライドに作用するように設計されていることと、を特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記油圧機械式設備の第1の構成部分および前記油圧機械式設備の第2の構成部分に機械的に接続された前記可動駆動部材が、少なくとも1つのカム(36)を備え、このカム(36)が、各カム(36)の角度位置に応じて、油圧機械式設備の第1の構成部分および油圧機械式設備の第2の構成部分の駆動法を決定するプロファイルを有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記電気機械式アクチュエータ(30)が、ステップモータ、直流モータまたはトルクモータを含むグループから選択され、前記電気機械式アクチュエータ(30)は、シングルトラックモータまたは冗長モータであることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置が備えられた、ターボプロップまたはオープンロータタイプ、より一般的には、可変ピッチブレードが備えられた、航空機エンジン。
