Claims (6)
- 圧力を調整し流体の流れを制御するシャッタ弁であって、
各々がハウジング内に固定されており、かつ各々がヒンジピン用孔を備えた複数のアームピンボスと、
3つ以上の緊塞具であって、各緊塞具はその外周の少なくとも一部に沿って舌片と溝の特徴部を含む花弁型構造を画定するとともに前記アームピンボスの前記ヒンジピン用孔に蝶番式接続され、前記舌片と溝の特徴部は前記外周の第1側部に位置する隆起部および前記外周の第2側部に位置するチャネルを含む前記3つ以上の緊塞具と、
各緊塞具の前記花弁型構造の頂点に位置するフック要素とを備える、シャッタ弁。 - 各緊塞具の前記花弁型構造は、前記外周の少なくとも一部に沿って密封面をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシャッタ弁。
- 前記密封面は、ゴム、プラスチック、PTFE、及びビニルのうちのいずれか一つから成る、請求項2に記載のシャッタ弁。
- 前記ハウジングにより画定される空洞内に保持されるアクチュエータリングを更に備え、当該アクチュエータリングは密封部と合致する平面を備える、請求項1に記載のシャッタ弁。
- 各緊塞具は蝶番によって前記アームピンボスの前記ヒンジピン用孔に接続されており、前記3つ以上の緊塞具は、前記アクチュエータリングの内周に沿って円形アレイ状に配置されている、請求項4に記載のシャッタ弁。
- 前記ハウジングにより画定される空洞内に保持されるアクチュエータリングを更に備え、
前記アクチュエータリングは相手歯車によって駆動される複数の歯車歯を備え、
前記歯車歯に作用する力が前記アクチュエータリングを駆動することで、前記緊塞具を開位置と閉位置の間で動作させる、請求項1に記載のシャッタ弁。
