上述した診断方法を用いて、カンキツグリーニング病無病徴感染樹の早期診断を行った。
上述した診断方法を用いて、カンキツウイルス病感染樹の早期診断を行った。感染樹として、CVEV(カンキツベインエネーションウイルス)、CTV(カンキツトリステザウイルス)に感染したメキシカンライム、CVEVおよびASGV(リンゴステムグルービングウイルス)に感染したユズ、CTVに感染したメキシカンライム並びにSDV(温州萎縮ウイルス)に感染したラフレモンを使用した。
Claims (5)
- 植物の一部を挿し床に挿して挿し木を行うことにより発根させる発根工程と、
発根した根を用いて病原体の有無を検出する第一の検出工程とを含む、
植物の病原体による感染を診断する方法。 - 前記挿し床が無菌の挿し床である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第一の検出工程において病原体が検出されなかった植物の挿し木苗を別の用土に移植する移植工程と、
前記挿し木苗を所定の期間栽培した後に、前記挿し木苗の一部を用いて病原体の有無を検出する第二の検出工程とをさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。 - 前記用土が無菌の用土である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記病原体が師部局在性の植物病原体である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
