Claims (10)
- 被測定流体が流動する流路の流路壁に設けられた開口から挿入可能であり、前記被測定流体の流動方向に対して所定の向きで使用されるセンサプローブ部と、
前記流路の外部に配置される表示部を有し、前記センサプローブ部に接続される回路収容部と、を備え、
前記回路収容部は、前記センサプローブ部の挿入方向に沿う軸の周りで、前記センサプローブ部に対する複数の回転位置で固定可能であり、
前記センサプローブ部は、第1接続部を有し、
前記回路収容部は、前記第1接続部に接続される第2接続部を有し、
前記第1接続部及び前記第2接続部のうち、一方は、前記挿入方向に沿う軸の周りに配置された複数の第1接続子を含み、他方は、前記複数の回転位置それぞれで、前記複数の第1接続子それぞれに接続可能な第2接続子を含み、
前記複数の第1接続子及び前記第2接続子それぞれは、前記センサプローブ部及び前記回路収容部を互いに機械的かつ電気的に接続するコネクタである、測定装置。 - 前記表示部は、表示方向に沿う軸の周りで、前記センサプローブ部に対する複数の回転位置で固定可能である、請求項1に記載の測定装置。
- 前記回路収容部は、筐体と、前記表示部を有する回路部と、を備え、
前記回路部は、第3接続部を有し、
前記筐体は、第4接続部を有し、
前記第3接続部及び前記第4接続部のうち、一方は、前記表示方向に沿う軸の周りに配置された複数の第3接続子を含み、他方は、前記表示部が前記表示方向に沿う軸の周りで前記センサプローブ部に対して固定可能な複数の回転位置それぞれで、前記複数の第3接続子それぞれに接続可能な第4接続子を含む、請求項2に記載の測定装置。 - 前記回路収容部は、前記表示部を有する回路部を備え、
前記表示部は、第3接続部を有し、
前記回路部の前記表示部以外の部分は、第4接続部を有し、
前記第3接続部及び前記第4接続部のうち、一方は、前記表示方向に沿う軸の周りに配置された複数の第3接続子を含み、他方は、前記表示部が前記表示方向に沿う軸の周りで前記センサプローブ部に対して固定可能な複数の回転位置それぞれで、前記複数の第3接続子それぞれに接続可能な第4接続子を含む、請求項2に記載の測定装置。 - 前記回路収容部の前記センサプローブ部に対する複数の回転位置は、略90°ずつ異なる4つの回転位置を含む、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の測定装置。
- 前記表示部の前記センサプローブ部に対する複数の回転位置は、略90°ずつ異なる4つの回転位置を含む、請求項5に記載の測定装置。
- 前記挿入方向は、前記流路の延在方向と略直交する方向であり、
前記表示方向は、前記挿入方向と略直交する方向である、請求項6に記載の測定装置。 - 前記センサプローブ部は、前記流路壁の外面に取り付け可能な取り付け部を有し、
前記取り付け部は、前記センサプローブ部と前記回路収容部との接続位置より前記流路側に位置する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の測定装置。 - 前記コネクタは可動コネクタである、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の測定装置。
- 前記センサプローブ部は、
前記被測定流体を含む測定領域に測定光を照射する発光部と、
前記測定光の光軸に沿って前記測定領域と重畳するように延在するプローブ部と、
前記プローブ部において前記発光部と反対側の先端に位置し、前記測定光を反射させる反射部と、
前記反射部で反射した前記測定光を受光する受光部と、
を備える、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の測定装置。
