1.発明の分野
本発明は、一般に、トランポリンの分野に関連し、より具体的には、回動可能なベッドレールと緩衝器アセンブリーとを垂直スタンドに内蔵したトランポリン懸架取付連結装置に関する。
トランポリン施設産業は、ここ7年の間に、米国で急速に成長し、最近では国際市場に進出展開している。業界が直面している最大の問題は、利用者がトランポリンパッドに着地するときに怪我を負うことである。典型的な構成においては、トランポリンパッドの下にスチールバーおよび/またはスチールケーブルからなるフレームワークがあり、複数のばねがトランポリンマット(跳躍面)をトランポリンベッドレール(スチールバーまたはスチールケーブル)に連結する。ベッドレールの上部には、通常、厚めのビニール製発泡パッドが取り付けられ、下にあるスチールのフレームワークおよび複数のばねを覆っている。利用者がトランポリンベッドレールに着地するときに怪我をしないように守る軟質表面は、この発泡パッドだけである。

Claims (8)
- 第1筒部材と第2筒部材とベースプレートとを有する伸縮式垂直スタンドに回動可能に取り付けられた長尺状ベッドレールを備え、前記第1筒部材は中空で前記ベースプレートに取り付けられて前記ベースプレートから上に延び、前記第2筒部材は前記第1筒部材の内側に伸縮自在に嵌合し、
前記第2筒部材の上端は、前記ベッドレールの第1端が挿入される少なくとも1本の溝を形成するように構成され、前記ベッドレールの前記第1端はシャフトを有し、前記ベッドレールの前記第1端は当該シャフトを中心に前記第2筒部材の前記上端に対して回転し、
前記第1および第2筒部材は、緩衝器アセンブリーを含み、前記緩衝器アセンブリーは、下端が、前記第1筒部材の内側に嵌合するように構成されたベースプレートに固定された円柱状ボトムポストを有し、前記円柱状ボトムポストの上端に緩衝器の下端が取り付けられ、前記緩衝器の上部は、前記第2筒部材の上端に取り付けられている
トランポリン懸架取付連結装置。 - 前記第2筒部材は、4つの外面と、当該第2筒部材の外面にそれぞれ貼り付けられた4つのプラスチックライナーとを有する請求項1に記載のトランポリン懸架取付連結装置。
- 前記ベッドレールは、トランポリンばね取付手段を有する請求項1に記載のトランポリン懸架取付連結装置。
- 前記トランポリンばね取付手段は、1つないし複数のジグザグ形状部材である請求項3に記載のトランポリン懸架取付連結装置。
- 前記ベッドレールの前記第1端は、当該ベッドレールの前記第1端に設けられた円筒管路内に配置された円柱状ブッシュを含み、前記シャフトが前記円柱状ブッシュの中央孔を貫通する請求項1に記載のトランポリン懸架取付連結装置。
- 前記緩衝器アセンブリーは、前記円柱状ボトムポストの周りの、前記ベースプレートと前記円柱状ボトムポストの上端に配置されたトッププレートとの間に配置されたコイルばねをさらに有する請求項1に記載のトランポリン懸架取付連結装置。
- 前記緩衝器はガススプリングである請求項1に記載のトランポリン懸架取付連結装置。
- 前記シャフトは、前記ベッドレールの前記第1端の両側の2枚のプレートの各々のスロットを貫通して延び、前記スロットは、前記ベッドレールが回動すると前記シャフトが前記スロットの中で横に動くことができるように構成されている請求項1に記載のトランポリン懸架取付連結装置。
