レーザーデバイスのレーザー放射パルスのパルス発射パターンを、レーザーデバイスの座標系における位置特定された所与の角膜点の位置と特定された位置情報とに基づいて位置合わせすることと
を含む。
Claims (11)
- 眼の治療を実施するための装置であって、
前記眼が非変形状態にある間、治療される眼の第1の画像データを生成するように構成される第1の画像化デバイスと、
前記眼が変形された状態にある間、前記眼の第2の画像データを生成するように構成される第2の画像化デバイスと、
パルスレーザー放射を提供するように構成されるレーザー装置と、
制御デバイスであって、
− 前記第1の画像データに基づき、所与の角膜点に対する前記眼の基準フィーチャの位置情報を特定することと、
− 前記第2の画像データに基づき、前記所与の角膜点を位置特定することと、
− 前記レーザー装置の座標系における前記位置特定された所与の角膜点の位置と前記特定された位置情報とに基づき、前記レーザー装置のレーザー放射パルスのパルス発射パターンを位置合わせすることと、
− 前記位置合わせされたパルス発射パターンに従い、レーザー放射パルスを送達するために前記レーザー装置を制御することと
を行うように構成される制御デバイスと
を含む、装置。 - 前記第2の画像化デバイスは、前記眼の角膜が、前記レーザー装置に結合される患者アダプタの接触要素との接触によって変形されている間、前記第2の画像データを生成するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記接触要素は、前記眼のための平面接触面を有する、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記所与の角膜点は、前記角膜の最小厚の部位を示す、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記基準フィーチャは、前記眼の瞳孔中心を示す、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記位置情報は、前記所与の角膜点に対する前記基準フィーチャの2次元位置を示す、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記パルス発射パターンは、レンズ状又はドーナツ形状の角膜内組織体積を画定する切除パターンを示す、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の画像化デバイスは、前記眼の前記非変形状態におけるシャインプルーク断層撮影法又は光干渉断層法によって前記第1の画像データを生成するように構成されており、及び前記制御デバイスは、前記所与の角膜点及び前記基準フィーチャを位置特定するために前記第1の画像データを評価するように構成されている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の画像化デバイスは、前記眼の前記変形された状態における光干渉断層法又はシャインプルーク断層撮影法によって前記第2の画像データを生成するように構成されており、及び前記制御デバイスは、前記所与の角膜点を位置特定するために前記第2の画像データを評価するように構成されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記制御デバイスは、前記座標系における前記基準フィーチャの位置を、前記位置特定された所与の角膜点の前記位置と前記特定された位置情報とに基づいて特定し、且つ前記パルス発射パターンを前記基準フィーチャの前記特定された位置に対して位置合わせするように構成されている、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記レーザー装置によって提供される前記レーザー放射パルスは、ピコ秒、フェムト秒、又はアト秒の範囲のパルス持続時間を有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
