Description
Claims (13)
- 観察対象からの蛍光を撮像部によって撮像する蛍光撮像ステップを備え、
前記蛍光撮像ステップは、前記撮像部の観察窓を囲うように筒状の本体部を有する遮光部材の基端部を前記撮像部に取り付けた状態で、前記観察対象又は前記観察対象の載置面に前記遮光部材の先端部を突き当てることにより、前記観察対象と前記観察窓との間の空間を暗室にする暗室化ステップと、前記撮像部のフォーカス位置が前記遮光部材の前記先端部を含む面の位置となるように前記撮像部の前記フォーカス位置を調整するフォーカス調整ステップと、を含む蛍光観察方法。 - 前記フォーカス調整ステップは、前記暗室化ステップよりも前に行われる、請求項1記載の蛍光観察方法。
- 前記遮光部材として、前記本体部が前記基端部から前記先端部に向かって内部空間の断面積が拡大するようにテーパ形状をなす遮光部材を用いる請求項1又は2記載の蛍光観察方法。
- 前記遮光部材として、前記本体部の内面及び外面の少なくとも一方が黒色となっている遮光部材を用いる請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の蛍光観察方法。
- 前記遮光部材として、前記先端部に前記観察対象の形状に応じた湾曲部を有する遮光部材を用いる請求項1〜4のいずれか一項記載の蛍光観察方法。
- 前記蛍光撮像ステップは、前記撮像部の前記観察窓を除く部分を覆うように滅菌カバーを前記撮像部に取り付ける第1取付ステップと、前記滅菌カバーにおける前記撮像部との取付部に対して前記遮光部材の前記基端部を着脱自在に取り付ける第2取付ステップと、を更に含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項記載の蛍光観察方法。
- 前記観察対象に蛍光試薬を付与する試薬付与ステップを更に備え、
前記蛍光撮像ステップにおいて、前記観察対象に励起光を照射し、前記励起光の照射に応じて前記観察対象で生じた蛍光を前記撮像部によって撮像する請求項1〜6のいずれか一項記載の蛍光観察方法。 - 観察対象からの蛍光を撮像する撮像部と、
前記撮像部の観察窓を囲う筒状の本体部を有する遮光部材と、を備え、
前記遮光部材の前記本体部は、
前記撮像部に対して着脱自在に取り付けられる基端部と、
前記観察対象又は前記観察対象の載置面に突き当てられる先端部と、を有し、
前記本体部の軸方向に沿う長さは、前記基端部を前記撮像部に取り付けたときに前記撮像部のフォーカス位置が前記遮光部材の前記先端部を含む面の位置となる、蛍光観察装置。 - 前記本体部は、前記基端部から前記先端部に向かって内部空間の断面積が拡大するようにテーパ形状をなしている請求項8記載の蛍光観察装置。
- 前記本体部の内面及び外面の少なくとも一方は、黒色となっている請求項8又は9記載の蛍光観察装置。
- 前記先端部には、前記観察対象の形状に応じた湾曲部が設けられている請求項8〜10のいずれか一項記載の蛍光観察装置。
- 前記撮像部には、前記観察窓を除く部分を覆うように滅菌カバーが取り付けられ、
前記基端部には、前記滅菌カバーにおける前記撮像部との取付部に対して着脱自在に取り付けられる着脱部が設けられている請求項8〜11のいずれか一項記載の蛍光観察装置。 - 観察対象からの蛍光を撮像する撮像部の観察窓を囲うように構成された筒状の本体部を備え、
前記本体部は、
前記撮像部に対して着脱自在に取り付けられる基端部と、前記観察対象又は前記観察対象の載置面に突き当てられる先端部と、を有し、
前記本体部の軸方向に沿う長さは、前記基端部を前記撮像部に取り付けたときに前記撮像部のフォーカス位置が前記先端部を含む面の位置となる、遮光部材。
