Claims (6)
- 炉内で流動されながら加熱される用途で用いられる触媒粒子であって、
崩潰角が20°以上30°以下であることを特徴とする触媒粒子。 - スパチュラ角が58°以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の触媒粒子。
- 炉内に崩潰角が20°以上30°以下である触媒粒子と、炭化水素を含む原料ガスとを投入するステップと、
前記炉内で前記触媒粒子を流動させながら前記触媒粒子及び原料ガスを加熱するステップと、
前記加熱により発生した水素を回収するステップとを含むことを特徴とする水素の製造方法。 - 前記触媒粒子は、スパチュラ角が58°以下であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の水素の製造方法。
- 前記炉は、ロータリーキルンであることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の水素の製造方法。
- メタン直接改質(DMR)反応によって水素を発生させることを特徴とする請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載の水素の製造方法。
