Description
Claims (8)
- 再使用可能なヒューズであって、
互いに電気的に連結されると電流が流れる第1接点部及び第2接点部、及び、
所定の第1温度未満の場合には、前記第1接点部及び前記第2接点部を互いに電気的に連結して電流が流れるようにし、前記所定の第1温度以上の場合には、前記第1接点部及び前記第2接点部を電気的に遮断して電流が流れないようにする電流制御部を備えてなり、
前記電流制御部が、前記第1接点部及び前記第2接点部を電気的に遮断した後に前記所定の第1温度未満に回復した場合、再び前記第1接点部及び前記第2接点部を互いに電気的に連結するものであり、
前記第1接点部及び前記電流制御部間の接触地点に形成され前記電流制御部が所定の第2温度未満の場合には、前記第1接点部及び前記第2接点部間の接触が維持されるように接着性を帯びる固化状態であり、
前記電流制御部が前記所定の第2温度以上の場合には、前記第1接点部及び前記第2接点部間の接触が分離されるように粘弾性を帯びる軟化状態になり、前記粘弾性を帯びる軟化状態になった後に前記所定の第2温度未満に回復した場合には、再び固化状態になる接着部をさらに備えてなることを特徴とする、再使用可能なヒューズ。 - 前記電流制御部は、
熱膨張係数が互いに異なる2以上の金属からなり、前記所定の第1温度以上の場合、熱膨張係数の低い金属側に前記電流制御部が曲げられるようにすることにより、前記第1接点部及び前記電流制御部間の接触が分離されて前記第1接点部及び前記第2接点部を電気的に遮断することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の再使用可能なヒューズ。 - 前記接着部は、電気伝導性を有する物質を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の再使用可能なヒューズ。
- 前記接着部は、酢酸ビニル系接着剤を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の再使用可能なヒューズ。
- 前記所定の第1温度は前記所定の第2温度より高いことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の再使用可能なヒューズ。
- 前記第1接点部と第2接点部との間に備えられる絶縁部をさらに備えてなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の再使用可能なヒューズ。
- 前記電流制御部は、前記第1接点部の一部に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の再使用可能なヒューズ。
- 前記電流制御部は、複数備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の再使用可能なヒューズ。
