Claims (4)
- 測定対象が放射する電波の周波数帯域に対応して当該電波を受信する単一のアンテナと、
前記アンテナで電圧として受信されたマイクロ波電力を所定のサンプリング周波数でデジタル化するAD変換器と、
デジタル信号に変換された前記マイクロ波電力に対してフーリエ変換を行い、当該マイクロ波電力を周波数成分に分解すると共に周波数成分毎に複素フーリエ係数を積算して輝度温度TBを導き出す信号処理部と、
を備えたことを特徴とするマイクロ波放射計。 - 前記信号処理部はリップル補正部を備え、
前記リップル補正部は計測された輝度温度TBのスペクトルを補正するためのリップルパターンを備え、当該リップルパターンを用いて計測された輝度温度TBを補正することを特徴とする請求項1記載のマイクロ波放射計。 - 前記AD変換器及び前記信号処理部からなる処理系統を複数備えると共に、前記アンテナで受信したマイクロ波電力を複数の周波数帯に分配する分配器を備え、前記分配器の出力を各処理系統に入力したことを特徴とする請求項1記載のマイクロ波放射計。
- 前記AD変換器でのサンプリング周波数を2のべき乗に相当する周波数で行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載のマイクロ波放射計。
