Description
The present invention relates to a fitting panel and a fitting using the same.
BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, as a fitting such as a hinged door or a sliding door, one using a panel having a flash structure in which plate-like face materials are attached to front and back surfaces of a frame body assembled from a wooden crosspiece is widely known. In such fittings, generally, LVL, that is, a laminated veneer (Laminated Veneer Lumber) is mainly used as the crosspiece, and MDF, that is, medium density fiberboard (Medium Density) is mainly used as the face material. Fiberboard) is used.
However, in the case of an interior door using the fittings, since the environment such as the temperature difference and the humidity difference is different between the living room side and the corridor side, a difference in the water content occurs in the face material, and when the rigidity of the crosspiece is insufficient, it warps May occur.
In order to suppress such warpage, it is considered effective to use a non-wood material having higher rigidity than wood material for the crosspiece, but it is difficult to bond the frame and the face material. To be done.
On the other hand, Patent Document 1 proposes a flush door using a core material having a structure in which a steel material is fixed between wooden core materials.
As described above, the flush door described in Patent Document 1 is an integrated body in which a steel material is fixed between the wooden core materials while the core material is the wooden core materials. Therefore, even if the front and back surface materials expand and contract differently due to the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the room, they are supported by the steel material, and the warp of the flush door itself is suppressed.
However, even in the flush door described in Patent Document 1, since the frame material forming the frame body is long, when the flush door has a long length of, for example, about 2 m, the frame material itself may be warped. To be done. In order to suppress the warp of the flush door, it is absolutely necessary to suppress the warp of the frame member. Further, in the core material of the flush door described in Patent Document 1, in order to fix the steel material, it is necessary to attach the metal steel material to each of the wood materials arranged on both front and back surfaces of the steel material by using a screw or the like. There is. Therefore, it is found that in the flush door described in Patent Document 1, it is not always easy to form the core material.
The present invention has been made in view of the circumstances as described above, and realizes suppression of warpage when used as a fitting, and provides a fitting panel that is easy to manufacture and a fitting using the same. It is an issue.
In order to solve the above problems, the fitting panel of the present invention is a frame having a rectangular outer shape, and a plate-shaped surface attached to the front and back of this frame and having the same shape as the outer shape of the frame. In a joinery panel having a flash structure including a member, the frame extends in a longitudinal direction thereof, and a first crosspiece arranged at a pair of end edges of the frame, and a lateral direction of the frame. And a second crosspiece arranged at the other pair of end edges of the frame body, the second crosspiece being provided with the first crosspiece at each of both ends in the longitudinal direction of the first crosspiece. The first crosspiece is joined to the first crosspiece, and the first crosspiece is divided into a plurality of wood crosspieces arranged in the lengthwise direction of the first crosspiece, and the frame of the wood crosspiece is arranged. It is characterized in that it is formed by being joined via a joining material arranged on the side surface located inside the.
The fitting of the present invention is characterized by being formed by using the fitting panel as a base material.
According to the fitting panel of the present invention and the fitting using the same, it is possible to suppress warpage and facilitate manufacturing.
FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing a first embodiment of a fitting panel of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a partially cutaway front view of the fitting panel shown in FIG. 1. FIG. 3 is an enlarged front view of the first crosspiece in the fitting panel shown in FIG. 1.
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the fitting panel 1 includes a frame body 2 having a rectangular outer shape, and a plate shape having the same shape as the outer shape of the frame body 2 attached to the front and back of the frame body 2. It has a flash structure including a
In the joinery panel 1, the joining material 8 preferably has a flat plate shape.
Further, in the joinery panel 1 of the fitting panel 1, it is preferable that the entire surface of the
Further, in the joinery panel 1 in the joinery panel 1, it is preferable that the thickness direction of the joining material 8 is aligned with the thickness direction of the
Furthermore, in the panel 1 for fittings, it is preferable that the joining material 8 is arranged excluding the
The fitting is formed by having such a fitting panel 1 as a base material.
The "same shape" referred to in the present specification means that the shape of the
More specifically, in the joinery panel 1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
Examples of the material of the bonding material 8 include metals, alloys, and resins. In the case of metal, it can be appropriately selected from inexpensive and easily available materials such as stainless steel and ordinary steel. Further, in the case of the metal or alloy bonding material 8, the
In the case of the resin-made bonding material 8, as the material, for example, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer resin (ABS resin), polycarbonate resin or the like may be used so that the bonding material 8 having relatively high strength is realized. it can. Further, a fiber reinforced resin reinforced by various fibers can be applied to the resin bonding material 8.
In addition to the flat plate-shaped member as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the bonding material 8 has a U-shaped or L-shaped cross section orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the
It is preferable that such a joining material 8 has a thickness direction coinciding with a thickness direction of the
In addition, as a method of joining the joining material 8 and the
The method of manufacturing the
In the case of joining with fasteners such as screws, bolts and nuts, the joining material 8 is arranged on a surface corresponding to the
As described above, the
Further, since the
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
Further, the number of
As the
When the wood crosspiece is used for the
In addition, in the frame body 2, for reinforcement, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, depending on the application of the joinery panel 1 or the like, a single or a plurality of plural first or more first frames are provided inside the frame body 2. The
Since the fitting panel 1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is premised on a fitting such as a hinged door or a sliding door, the first
In addition, in the frame body 2, the
Further, in the frame body 2, a third intermediate crosspiece (not shown) can be provided in parallel with the
Further, in the frame body 2, the inside surrounded by the
As the
The above fitting panel 1 realizes the suppression of warpage and is easy to manufacture. Further, fittings such as hinged doors and sliding doors can be formed by using the fitting panel 1 as a base material. For example, a fitting can be formed by attaching a decorative material to the surface of the
FIG. 4 is a front view of an essential part showing a second embodiment of the fitting panel of the present invention. In FIG. 4, the

Further, in the
Furthermore, in the
Furthermore, in the
Furthermore, in the
And in the
Next, examples will be shown to describe the fitting panel of the present invention in more detail.
For evaluation of the
For comparison, a long crosspiece which is not divided is used in place of the first crosspiece corresponding to the
As is clear from Table 1, it was confirmed that the fitting panel of Example 1 was capable of suppressing the amount of warp to a small extent.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments and examples. Various details can be dealt with in details such as the size of the frame and the face material, the structure of the first crosspiece, the material of the second crosspiece, and the joining method of the first crosspiece and the second crosspiece.
