A pocket 39 is arranged on the skin contact surface side of the end portion of the extending portion 12 by the folded back surface sheet 1 and back sheet 2, and the surface sheet 1 at the portion facing them. The pocket 39 has a pocket opening 39a on the main body 11 side, and is formed by bonding the folded back sheet 2 around the pocket 39 excluding the pocket opening 39a and the unfolded topsheet 1.
