Description

The present invention relates to a method for mounting a flexible inner bag inside a closed hard can such as a closed drum, and more specifically, it does not take up a lot of space during storage or transportation of the inner bag, and mounting and removal of the can body also a method of a very easy, but about the inner bag to be used in the method.

For example, a synthetic resin bag is used as a flexible inner container that is attached to the inside of a can body such as a drum can having shape retention, stores various liquids and powders therein, and stores and transports these liquids and powders. With these internal bags, the contents do not come into direct contact with the inner wall of the can body.If you remove the inner bag from the can body after taking out the contents, the inner wall of the can body will be contaminated with the contents. However, by re-installing another inner bag without cleaning the inside of the can body after use, it is possible to continue to store other types of stored items.

The inner bag as described above is molded into an inner bag with a bottomed upper surface by welding a bottom plate also made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet to the lower end of the tubular body portion using the thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet. Or (see, for example, Patent Document 1), or in addition to this, a ceiling plate provided with an opening for a cylinder mouth at the upper end of the cylindrical body is welded to form a sealed inner bag ( See, for example, Patent Document 2).

Further, the drum can in which the inner bag is housed is mainly made of steel, stainless steel, or resin, and there are standards of several sizes, and the appearance thereof is, as shown in FIG. 12, a typical drum can (can body). In 20), two annular zones 22 are provided around a cylindrical body plate 21, the lower end is closed by a disc-shaped main plate (not shown), and the top plate 23 of the can body is provided at the upper end. The top plate 23 of the can body is provided with a large plug 24 as an inlet for containing a stored item and a small plug 25 as a ventilation port.

Further, the can body 20 is classified into an open type and a closed type. In the former open type, a cylindrical body plate 21 and a top plate 23 of the can body can be freely attached and detached as needed, and in the latter closed type, a cylindrical form. The body plate 21 and the can top plate 23 are integrally joined to close the upper and lower surfaces.

When attaching an inner bag to a drum body such as a drum can, first, in the case of an open type drum can, after dropping the bottom plate of the inner bag into the inner bottom portion of the can body, spread the inner bag by an appropriate method such as using a jig. So that the inner bag adheres closely to the inner wall of the can body. After that, in the case of an inner bag with an upper surface opening, the part protruding from the upper opening of the can body is folded back and fixed to the outside of the can body, and then sealed. In the case of an interior bag, the can body 20 is covered with the top plate 23 of the can body such that the large plug 24 of the top plate 23 of the can body is matched with the tube opening of the interior bag.

Further, in the latter case of the closed type drum can, it is difficult to mount the inner bag inside, and when it is necessary to mount the inner bag to the closed type drum can, conventionally, the flexibility of the inner bag is reduced. Use it to fold it small and then force it into the can through the large plug 24 of the top plate 23 of the can body, engage and fix the inner mouth of the inner bag with the large stopper 24, and inflate the inner bag with air through the inner mouth. I was wearing it by such a method.

特開2005−67727号公報(図1,図2,図3参照)JP 2005-67727 A (see FIGS. 1, 2 and 3) 特開平10−310173号公報(図1参照)Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-310173 (see FIG. 1)

By the way, the large plug 24 of the can body 20 is narrow, and when the small folded inner bag is passed through here, it is put in contact with the edge of the opening of the metal large plug 24, and the inner bag is damaged. If used as it is, there is a risk that the stored items may leak from the wound of the inner bag.

Also, when the inner bag is made smaller, many wrinkles and folds are created, and even if it is expanded, many wrinkles and folds remain, and the inner bag does not fit exactly on the inner wall of the drum can, and the storage capacity of the drum can Was sometimes reduced.

By increasing the strength by selecting and improving the material forming the inner bag, it has become possible to withstand a small amount of bending and the like and to prevent it from being significantly damaged even when it is passed through the large plug 24 of the can body 20. There was a problem that a step on the surface caused by a crease, a wrinkle, or the like generated when the inner bag was folded in a small size was caught on the edge when passing through the large plug 24, and smooth insertion could not be performed.

Therefore, the work of mounting the inner bag on the closed type drum can requires meticulous attention, experience and skill, and there is a problem that the mounting work takes time.

The present invention solves the above problems, and in a method of mounting a closed type inner bag to be mounted on a closed type drum can, it is low in bulk before use and is low in cost during transportation and storage, and mounted on a drum can. Occasionally, it is an object to provide a method for mounting an inner bag, which can be smoothly mounted without causing scratches or wrinkles on the inner bag and facilitates the mounting work.

With the small cap of the can open, the air inside the inner bag is sucked through the tube opening of the inner bag to shrink the inner bag and then pull it out from the large cap of the can. How to remove the bag.

The invention of claim 3 is the rod-shaped inner bag used in claim 1,
The upper and lower ends of the tubular body are closed by a circular top plate and a bottom plate, and the top plate is provided with a cylinder opening, which has flexibility as a whole,
The top plate is folded in two in a mountain fold so that the other half-circle with the tube mouth is on the outside and the other half-circle is on the inside, and the bottom plate is folded in two with a mountain fold or a valley fold, and the tubular body is moved back and forth. Are stacked and then folded by at least one lateral bending line,
It is a rod-shaped inner bag in which the cylindrical body in the folded state and two roll-shaped portions obtained by rolling the top plate and the bottom plate in a roll shape are formed from both sides toward the inner side, and the whole is vertically long rod-shaped. is there.

As described above, according to the method of mounting the inner bag of the present invention as set forth in claim 1, the inner bag can be mounted by a simple operation on a can body such as a closed type drum can, which has been difficult in the past. No skill is required, and it is possible to attach the inner bag at low cost by shortening the attaching time.

Also, when passing the inner bag through the large stopper of the can body, the side portion of the rod-shaped inner bag is wound in a roll shape and there is no step on the surface over the entire length, so the inner bag is caught on the edge of the large stopper. It can be inserted smoothly without any wear, and the inner bag will not be damaged by the edge of the large plug when inserting.

Furthermore, since the inner bag has a minimum of bent portions and is formed into a rod shape by rolling, the stress applied to the inner bag is avoided as much as possible, and the synthetic resin forming the inner bag does not have stretch or wrinkles. Even when the inner bag is expanded inside the can by suction of the small stopper, wrinkles and stretch do not occur, and it smoothly returns to the original cylindrical shape, so the inner bag sticks exactly to the inner surface of the can, Wrinkles do not occur on the attached inner bag and air remains between the inner bag and the inner surface of the can.

According to the method for removing an inner bag of the invention described in claim 2, the inner bag can be removed by a simple operation, no skill is required for the work, and the inner bag can be removed at a low cost by shortening the removal time. Is possible.

According to the inner bag of the invention as set forth in claim 3, the cylindrical inner bag is rod-shaped due to the minimum folding to the inner bag, that is, the minimum stress, and a plurality of rod-shaped inner bags are stacked. It can be transported and stored, and it is not bulky during transportation and storage, which leads to cost reduction, and its side part is a roll-shaped part that is wound in a roll shape, and there is no step on the surface over the entire length Since the inner bag can be smoothly inserted without being caught on the edge of the drum, it can be smoothly attached to the drum body such as a drum can and is not damaged by the work.

In the method for mounting the inner bag on the closed can body according to claim 1 or the method for removing the inner bag from the closed can body according to claim 2, suction having a large number of suction holes A suction hose that has a circular flange at one end connected to the suction hose and a cushioning material at the other end and is used exclusively for sucking air . During suction work, the collar part covers the edge of the small plug by pressing it against the small plug, blocking the intake of air from the outside for efficient suction, and the cushioning material on the tip side allows the inner bag to be used as a jig during suction work. It is possible to prevent the inner bag from being damaged by hitting.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described together with illustrated examples.
FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of an inner bag used in the mounting method of the present invention. The inner bag 1 has a tubular body 2 made of a synthetic resin and having a predetermined length. A peripheral portion of a disc-shaped top plate 5 in which a peripheral portion of a disc-shaped bottom plate 3 is overlapped and welded by a known means, and a cylindrical mouth 4 having a penetrating shape is provided on an upper surface of an upper end portion of the cylindrical body portion 2. Are stacked and welded by a known means so that the upper and lower ends of the tubular body 2 are closed by the top plate 5 and the bottom plate 3 to form a closed shape.

The cylindrical body 2, the bottom plate 3, and the top plate 5 are made of flexible synthetic resin, but the material and structure are not particularly limited, and PP, PE, or other appropriate known material is used. In short, the cylindrical body 2, the bottom plate 3, and the top plate 5 may be made of any material that is flexible, can withstand a little bending, and can be heat-welded and bonded if necessary. Further, a plurality of materials may be multi-layered.

Further, the tube mouth 4 is a material that has flexibility but has a certain degree of rigidity as compared with the tubular body 2 and the top plate 5 because a flange is formed to engage with a large plug of a drum can described later. deep.

As a method for welding the tubular body 2 to the bottom plate 3 and the top plate 5 in the inner bag 1 as described above, one or both of the tubular body 2, the bottom plate 3 and the top plate 5 may be welded. It is conceivable that the welding pieces (not shown) are provided in an extended manner and the welding pieces and the other part are bonded by thermal welding, but the invention is not particularly limited to these, and they are connected by various other known methods. be able to.

[Formation of rod-shaped inner bag]
These inner bags 1 are columnar bodies as they are, and take a volume during transportation and storage. Therefore, in order to prevent this, the inner bags 1 are formed into an elongated rod shape by the procedure shown in FIGS. 2 to 6. First, as shown in FIG. 2(A), on the upper end side of the inner bag 1, an arbitrary linear bending line 5a passing through the central portion of the top plate 5 and avoiding the tube mouth 4 is defined, and the periphery of the top plate 5 is determined. The bending line 5a of the cylindrical body 2 is slightly extended, and the portion of the bending line 5a is mountain-folded.

Then, as shown in FIG. 2(B), the circular top plate 5 is divided into one semi-circular portion 5b having the cylindrical opening 4 and the other semi-circular portion 5c with the bending line 5a as a boundary, and the semi-circular portion 5c. Fold it inside so that it is below the semicircular portion 5b.

Further, the portions of the two straight bending lines 2a continuous with the bending line 5a in the tubular body portion 2 are mountain-folded to form the tubular body portion 2 into a flat plate shape with the front and back surfaces superposed.

Further, on the lower end side of the inner bag 1, a straight bending line 3a passing through the central portion of the bottom plate 3 and parallel to the bending line 5a of the top plate 5 when it is the original tubular body is defined. With respect to the tubular body portion 2, the bending line 3a is slightly extended, and the portion of the bending line 3a is valley-folded (as viewed from the outside) (see FIG. 2B). The folding line 3a of the bottom plate 3 is a valley fold in the illustrated embodiment, but it may be a mountain fold.

Then, as shown in the cross-sectional views of FIGS. 3C and 3D, in the top plate 5, the semicircular portions 5b and 5c separated at the folding line 5a are folded, and at this time, the semicircular portions 5b and 5c. The inner side of the will overlap. At the same time, the inner surfaces of the extended portions of the bending line 5a near the upper end of the tubular body 2 also overlap each other.

On the other hand, in the bottom plate 3, the semicircular portions 3b and 3c separated at the bending line 3a are folded, and the outer surfaces are overlapped with each other, and the extended portion of the bending line 3a near the lower end of the tubular body 2 also has its outer surfaces. Overlapping (see FIGS. 3C and 3D).

The length of the bending line 5a passing through the top plate 5 and the bending line 3a passing through the bottom plate 3 is not particularly limited, but the outer circumference of the cylindrical body portion 2 is about three times the diameter of the top plate 5 or the bottom plate 3 (π ), the width of the tubular body portion 2 becomes about 1.5 times the diameter of the top plate 5 and the bottom plate 3 when the tubular body portion 2 is folded in two, and the inner bag 1 is configured when folded. In order not to give stress to the synthetic resin, it is preferable to be 1.3 to 1.5 times the diameter of the inner bag 1 (=the diameter of the top plate 5 and the bottom plate 3). That is, the length of the extension of the bending lines 5a, 3a to the tubular body 2 is about 15 to 25% of the diameter of the inner bag 1 on one side.

As shown in FIG. 3D, the semi-circular portions 5b and 5c of the top plate 5 and the semi-circular portions 3b and 3c of the bottom plate 3 should be exactly overlapped with each other, and the tubular body 2 should also be formed into a flat plate by overlapping the front and back sides. Thus, a flat plate-shaped inner bag 11 as shown in FIG. 4(E) is formed.

Continuing from this flat plate-shaped inner bag 11, the flat plate-shaped inner bag 11 is further halved by bending along the lateral bending line 2b near the center of the tubular body 2 shown in FIG. 4(F). However, the number of the bending lines 2b is not limited to one, and may be two or more. However, if the layers are overlapped with each other too much, it becomes difficult to form the roll-shaped portion in the next step. Even in this case, the top plate 5 is overlapped so that the tube opening 4 is on the outside.

The flat plate-shaped inner bag 11 is bent along the bending line 2a shown in FIG. 4(F) to obtain the flat plate-shaped inner bag 11 having a smaller vertical dimension as shown in FIG. 5(G).

Next, as shown in order of FIGS. 5(H), (I), (J), and (K), the inner side of the flat bag-like inner bag 11 (the portion of the bending line 2a of the tubular body 2) is inwardly moved. Roll toward the lateral direction in a roll shape to form the roll-shaped portions 6 on the left and right sides.

Then, as the roll-shaped portion 6 is wound up, the roll-shaped portion 6 is rolled up from the tubular body portion 2 to the portion of the top plate 5 (the bottom plate 3 on the back surface), and when the roll-shaped portions 6 on both sides reach the center, The two roll-shaped portions 6 reach almost the entire length in the up-down direction, and the whole has a vertically elongated rod shape. Both roll-shaped portions 6 are fixed by an appropriate means such as an adhesive tape, as shown in FIG. It becomes the rod-shaped interior bag 12.

It should be noted that, in order to make it easier to engage the large mouth plug of the can body at the time of mounting on the can body, which will be described later, the both roll-shaped parts 6 are rolled up and immediately before the both roll-shaped parts 6 are aligned at the center. As shown in FIG. 5(J), the tube opening 4 is pulled up so that the tube opening 4 is located above the roll-shaped portions 6 as shown in FIG. 5(K).

The roll winding direction of the roll-shaped portion 6 may be symmetrical as in the illustrated embodiment, but the roll-shaped portion 6 may be formed by rolling one of the roll-shaped portions 6 on the back surface side.

The rod-shaped inner bag 12 is in the form of a long and thin rod, and is not bulky because a plurality of rod-shaped inner bags 12 are laid side by side during storage prior to use for attachment to a can or during transportation. This will lead to cost reduction during transportation.

[How to attach the inner bag to the can]
Next, a method of mounting the rod-shaped inner bag 12 on a can body such as a drum can will be described with reference to FIGS. 7 to 10.

First, as shown in FIG. 7, the large plug 24 (injection port) and the small plug 25 (ventilation port) provided in the can body 20 as the closed type drum body described above are opened, and the large plug 24 is opened. The rod-shaped inner bag 12 is inserted.

As shown in FIG. 8(A), when the rod-shaped inner bag 12 is passed through the large plug 24, the rod-shaped inner bag 12 is narrowed by the flexibility thereof and passes therethrough. Since the roll-shaped part 6 having a substantially circular cross section is in contact with the surface and there is no step or the like from the beginning to the end, the roll-shaped part 6 can be passed smoothly without being caught, and the rod-shaped interior The bag 12 is not damaged.

As shown in FIG. 8B, after the rod-shaped inner bag 12 is completely passed through the large stopper 24 of the can body 20, the collar portion of the tube mouth 4 of the rod-shaped inner bag 12 is engaged with the large stopper 24. The rod-shaped inner bag 12 is fixed to the can body 20 by an appropriate means such as the above, and the suction jig 30 connected to the suction hose 36 is connected to the small plug 25 of the can body 20.

The suction jig 30 has a structure as shown in FIG. 9, and has a shape in which a truncated cone shape in which the apex side of the cone is cut out is reversed, and the suction portion 31 and the suction portion 31 are entirely formed of meshes. Of the collar portion 32 provided at the upper end portion of the suction portion 31, the cushioning material 33 provided at the lower end portion of the suction portion 31, the cushioning material 34 provided at the boundary between the suction portion 31 and the collar portion 32, and the upper side of the collar portion 32. And a suction hose connecting portion 35 that is electrically connected to the suction portion 31.

In this embodiment, the suction part 31 is made of metal wire mesh, but is not limited to metal wire mesh. In short, the structure is particularly limited as long as a large number of suction holes are provided for suction. Not a thing.

The flange portion 32 is for covering the small stopper 25 of the can body 20 and efficiently sucking air, and is made larger than the diameter of the small stopper 25. In addition, it is preferable that the flange 32 is larger than the diameter of the large plug 24 in order to be used also for the method of removing the inner bag 1 described later.

The cushioning material 33 provided at the lower end of the suction portion 31 is for preventing the inner bag 1 from hitting the suction portion 31 and being damaged during the suction work. Further, in the present embodiment, the cushioning material 33 is provided on the edge of the small cap 25. A cushioning material 34 is also provided on the upper end side of the suction portion 31 so as not to be damaged by hitting.

While the suction jig 30 as described above is pressed against the small plug 25 of the can body 20 to prevent air leakage by the collar portion 32, suction is performed by an appropriate suction device (not shown) connected to the base side of the suction hose 36. As shown in FIG. 8C, the air inside the can body 20 is sucked through the suction jig 30, and the folded rod-shaped inner bag 12 is expanded.

As shown in FIG. 8(D), when the rod-shaped inner bag 12 spreads to the original cylindrical inner bag 1, the tension is applied to the inner bag 1 by moving the suction jig 30 vertically and horizontally by fine adjustment. By supplying the inner bag 1, a portion where the inner bag 1 is not sufficiently spread allows air in the gap between the inner bag 1 and the inner wall of the can body 20 to escape due to the shaking of the inner bag 1, so that the inner bag 1 is fitted to the inner wall of the can body 20 exactly.

At the time of this operation, the cushioning materials 34 and 35 provided on the suction jig 30 soften the impact due to the collision of the suction portion 31 and the inner bag 1 or the suction portion 31 and the small plug 25, and the inner bag 1 and Prevents damage to the suction part 31.

After unfolding the inner bag 1 as shown in FIG. 8(E), the suction jig 30 is removed from the small plug 25, and subsequently, as shown in FIG. 26 and the cap 27 for the cap 25 are attached to each of the caps 25 by screwing or the like to form a drum can (can body 20) in which an inner bag has been mounted.

FIG. 10 shows various examples of the suction jig 30 shown in FIG. 9. In FIG. 10(A), the suction hose 36 side is a male screw-shaped adapter 37, and the suction hose connection portion 35 on the suction jig 30 side is shown. Is a method of fixing with a female screw that matches the male screw of the adapter 37. FIG. 10B shows a connection having the same structure as that of FIG. 10(C) shows an example in which the suction hose connecting portion 35 on the suction jig 30 side is a male screw, and FIG. 10(D) shows a connection having the same structure as (C) but a thick suction hose 36 side. FIG. 10E shows an example in which the shape of the adapter 37 is devised so that the suction hose connecting portion 35 on the suction jig 30 side is composed of a plurality of tension rods, and tension is applied from the inside of the adapter 37 on the suction hose 36 side. It is a method of hanging and fixing.

It should be noted that what is shown in FIG. 10 is merely an example of the suction hose connecting portion 35 of the suction jig 30 and the adapter 37 of the suction hose 36, and in short, it applies a suction force to the suction portion 31 of the suction jig 30. If so, the structure is not particularly limited.

[How to remove the inner bag from the can]
Next, after the can 20 having the inner bag 1 attached by the above method is used for storing or transporting various stored items, the stored items are taken out from the can 20 in order to replace the inner bag 1 of the can 20. A method for removing the inner bag 1 will be described with reference to FIG.

As shown in FIG. 11(A), the large plug 24 is removed from the large plug 24 of the can 20, and the small cap lid 27 is removed from the small plug 25. Next, as shown in FIG. 11(B). The suction jig 30 described above is attached to the large plug 24.

As shown in FIG. 11C, in this state, the air inside the inner bag 1 is sucked through the suction jig 30 to shrink the inner bag 1 as shown in FIG. 11D.

As shown in FIG. 11(E), when the inner bag 1 has completely shrunk, the suction jig 30 is removed, and subsequently, as shown in FIG. 11(F), the barrel opening 4 is pulled upward to pull up the inner bag 1. Is taken out of the can body 20 through the large plug 24.
