・ 前記ROIを設定すべく、前記第1の変換及び前記第2の変換のうち、前記計算される類似度が高い変換の逆変換を、ROIテンプレートに適用することと;
を含む。
・ 核医学画像検査の対象となる疾患を有する複数の被検者の各々につき、放射性医薬品を投与して核医学測定を行って得られた、複数の第1の種類の核医学画像にアクセスすることと、
・ 前記複数の第1の種類の核医学画像を、それぞれ解剖学的標準化及び画素値正規化を行った上で加算平均することにより、陽性テンプレートを得ることと;
・ 前記疾患を有さない複数の被検者の各々につき、放射性医薬品を投与して核医学測定を行って得られた、複数の第2の種類の核医学画像にアクセスすることと、
・ 前記複数の第2の種類の核医学画像を、それぞれ解剖学的標準化及び画素値正規化を行った上で加算平均することにより、陰性テンプレートを得ることと;
・ 前記陽性テンプレートから所定の画素値閾値に基づいて画素を抽出したもの(例えば陽性テンプレートから所定の閾値以上の画素値を有する画素を抽出したもの)と、前記陰性テンプレートから所定の画素値閾値に基づいて画素を抽出したもの(例えば陰性テンプレートから所定の閾値以上の画素値を有する画素を抽出したもの)との差分を取ることにより、前記ROIテンプレートを得ることと、

- 生体の画像検査のためにROIを設定する方法であって、
・ 放射性医薬品を被検者に適用して得られた核医学画像を、陽性テンプレートを使って解剖学的標準化する第1の変換を行うことと;
・ 前記核医学画像を、陰性テンプレートを使って解剖学的標準化する第2の変換を行うことと;
・ 前記第1の変換によって得られる第1の解剖学的標準化画像と、前記陽性テンプレートとの類似度を計算することと;
・ 前記第2の変換によって得られる第2の解剖学的標準化画像と、前記陰性テンプレートとの類似度を計算することと;
・ 前記ROIを設定すべく、前記第1の変換及び前記第2の変換のうち、前記計算される類似度が高い変換の逆変換を、ROIテンプレートに適用することと;
を含み、ここで前記ROIテンプレートは、前記陽性テンプレートと前記陰性テンプレートとの差分に基づいて作成されたものである、方法。 - 生体の画像検査のためにROIを設定する方法であって、
・ 放射性医薬品を被検者に適用して得られた核医学画像を、陽性テンプレートを使って解剖学的標準化する第1の変換を行うことと;
・ 前記核医学画像を、陰性テンプレートを使って解剖学的標準化する第2の変換を行うことと;
・ 前記第1の変換によって得られる第1の解剖学的標準化画像と、前記陽性テンプレートとの類似度を計算することと;
・ 前記第2の変換によって得られる第2の解剖学的標準化画像と、前記陰性テンプレートとの類似度を計算することと;
・ 前記第1の解剖学的標準化画像と前記第2の解剖学的標準化画像とのうち、前記計算した類似度が高い方の画像にROIテンプレートを適用し、前記ROIを設定することと;
を含み、ここで前記ROIテンプレートは、前記陽性テンプレートと前記陰性テンプレートとの差分に基づいて作成されたものである、方法。 - ・ 前記陽性テンプレートは、前記放射性医薬品による核医学画像検査の対象となる疾患を有する複数の被検者の核医学画像から作成されたものであり、
・ 前記陰性テンプレートは、前記疾患を有しない複数の被検者の核医学画像から作成されたものである、請求項1または2に記載の方法。 - 前記画像検査はアミロイド沈着に関する検査である、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記放射性医薬品は、アミロイドイメージング用のものである、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記類似度は相互相関係数である、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- システムの処理手段に実行されると、前記システムに、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の方法を遂行させるように構成されるプログラム命令を備える、コンピュータプログラム。
- 処理手段及び記憶手段を備えるシステムであって、前記記憶手段はプログラム命令を格納し、前記プログラム命令は、前記処理手段に実行されると、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の方法を遂行させるように構成される、システム。
- 処理手段及び記憶手段を備えるシステムであって、前記記憶手段はプログラム命令を格納し、前記プログラム命令は、前記処理手段に実行されると、請求項1に記載の方法を遂行させるように構成され、
前記プログラム命令は更に、前記処理手段に実行されると、前記システムに、前記逆変換が適用された前記ROIテンプレートに基づいて、核医学画像にROIを設定すると共に、該核医学画像における該設定したROIの平均SUVRを計算して出力させるように構成される、システム。 - 生体の画像検査のためのROIを決定するために使用するROIテンプレートを作成する方法であって、前記方法は、
・ 核医学画像検査の対象となる疾患を有する複数の被検者の各々につき、放射性医薬品を投与して核医学測定を行って得られた、複数の第1の種類の核医学画像にアクセスすることと、
・ 前記複数の第1の種類の核医学画像を、それぞれ解剖学的標準化及び画素値正規化を行った上で加算平均することにより、陽性テンプレートを得ることと;
・ 前記疾患を有さない複数の被検者の各々につき、放射性医薬品を投与して核医学測定を行って得られた、複数の第2の種類の核医学画像にアクセスすることと、
・ 前記複数の第2の種類の核医学画像を、それぞれ解剖学的標準化及び画素値正規化を行った上で加算平均することにより、陰性テンプレートを得ることと;
・ 前記陽性テンプレートから所定の画素値しきい値に基づいて画素を抽出したものと、前記陰性テンプレートから所定の画素値しきい値に基づいて画素を抽出したものとの差分を取ることにより、前記ROIテンプレートを得ることと、
を含む、方法。 - システムの処理手段に実行されると、前記システムに、請求項10に記載の方法を遂行させるように構成されるプログラム命令を備える、コンピュータプログラム。
- 処理手段及び記憶手段を備えるシステムであって、前記記憶手段はプログラム命令を格納し、前記プログラム命令は、前記処理手段に実行されると、請求項10に記載の方法を遂行させるように構成される、システム。
