Description

The present invention relates to a ventilation device including a cover member that is externally attached to an electric / electronic device storage box or the like.

BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, an electric / electronic device storage box installed outdoors is provided with a ventilation device including a hood-shaped cover member that ensures dustproof and waterproof performance of a ventilation port provided in a housing (see, for example, Patent Document 1). ). The ventilation device of Patent Document 1 engages a louver cover with a front opening of a louver mount and attaches and detaches it to the front side of the louver cover in order to obtain waterproof performance or the like according to the installation environment of an electrical / electronic device storage box. It is equipped with a free cover member.

In this type of ventilation device, the cover member is attached to a position that covers the ventilation port or the louver by engaging both open end portions of the cover member with the front surface side of the ventilation device main body. When the cover member is removed, the lower open portion of the cover member is bent so as to open outward so that the engagement with the ventilation device main body (base member) is easily released.

However, in the conventional cover mounting structure, when some impact or an unexpected external force is applied to the front surface of the cover member, the side plate portion is bent outward, and at that time, the side plate portion may be disengaged from the main body of the ventilation device and fall off. there were.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve such a conventional problem, it is an object of the present invention to provide a ventilation device capable of preventing the cover member from falling off even when a force is applied from the outside.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a base member that is attached to the outer surface of the housing of an electric / electronic device storage box, and a cover member that is detachably attached to the base member and has an opening for ventilation formed in the lower portion thereof. In the ventilator, the cover member is formed by engaging the engaging portions formed at both left and right end portions of the base member and the engaged portions formed at both left and right corner portions of the cover member with each other. member is detachably mounted on the base member, by pressing the right and left side portions of the cover member, a structure in which engagement between the engaging portion and the engaged portion is released, further, the An inward projection piece is formed on the cover member, and when the cover member is pressed to release the engagement between the engagement portion and the engaged portion, the projection piece is brought into contact with the front portion of the cover member. Is a ventilating device, wherein a restricting piece for restricting movement of the ventilation member is formed on the base member .

According to the ventilation device of this configuration, even if a force is applied to the front surface of the cover member, the cover member does not drop off from the base member.

Moreover, according to this configuration, even if an unexpected external force acts on the side surface of the cover member, the restricting piece of the base member locks the protruding piece of the cover member, so that the cover member does not fall off from the base member.

Further, it is preferable that a cutout portion that exposes the protruding piece of the cover member is formed above the engaging portion of the base member.

According to this configuration, the cover member can be removed from the base member only by pressing at least one side portion of the cover member and moving the cover member slightly upward.

Further, in the ventilation device, the base member has a guide portion that guides the protruding piece of the cover member, and the cover member is moved along the guide portion to a position corresponding to the cutout portion to press the cover member. It is preferable that the protruding piece is exposed from the notch when the cover is opened, and the front removal of the cover member is allowed.

With this configuration, the cover member can be attached and detached with a small amount of sliding. Therefore, the cover member can be attached and detached even when there is little space above.

According to the present invention, even when an unexpected force is applied from the outside, the cover member can be prevented from falling off.

A preferred embodiment of a ventilation device according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a ventilation device 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention, as seen from the front upper side. FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the ventilation device 10 viewed from the upper rear side. The ventilation device 10 is attached to a ventilation port of an electric / electronic device storage box installed outdoors or the like, and includes a hood-like cover member 20 for preventing wind and rain and dust from being blown into the housing.

The base member 30 is a mounting substrate that is mounted on the outer surface of the casing of an electric / electronic device storage box (not shown) with a waterproof packing 50 interposed, for example. In the present embodiment, a ventilation device 10 will be described in which a louver 40 (the back side of the louver 40 is shown in FIG. 2 through the opening of the base member 30) is provided in front of the base member 30 (corresponding to the outside). .. However, the present invention can also be applied to a general ventilation device such as a ventilation device in which a filter is provided between the louver and the base member, or a filter in which only the filter is arranged on the front surface of the base member.

The detachable engagement structure between the cover member 20 and the base member 30, which is a feature of the present invention, will be described in detail.
The back side of the cover member 20 is attached to the base member 30 by engaging the front side of the base member 30. Here, FIG. 3 shows the structure on the back side of the cover member 20, and FIG. 4 shows the structure on the front side of the base member 30. For the sake of explanation, FIG. 4 shows the appearance of the base member 30 with the louver 40 removed.

First, the cover member 20 is a member integrally molded of, for example, a synthetic resin, includes an upper plate portion 20a, side plate portions 20b, 20b, and a front inclined plate portion 20c, and is a so-called hood shape in which the back side and the lower side are open. It has the form of When the cover member 20 is mounted so as to cover the opening of the base member 30, a ventilation plate surrounded by the left side plate portion 20b, the front inclined plate portion 20c, the right side plate portion 20b, and the base member 30 is provided at the lower portion of the cover member 20. An opening is defined.

Fitting recesses 22, 22 are formed in the lower rear end corners of the side plate portions 20b, 20b of the cover member 20, respectively. The fitting recess 22 has a shape in which a part of the side surface and a part of the front surface of the side plate portion 20b are cut out in a square shape. In addition, the side plate portions 20b, 20b of the cover member 20 are formed with protrusion pieces 23, 23 that are adjacent to the fitting recesses 22, 22 and that face inward with each other, specifically, project into the open portion 21. There is. In the present specification, the width dimension W in which the projecting piece 23 projects toward the inside of the open portion 21 will be described, and the height dimension H that extends upward from the lower end of the side plate portion 20b will be described (see FIG. 3).

Reinforcing ribs 24 are formed on the inner wall of the cover member 20 so as to project over the left side plate portion 20b, the front inclined plate portion 20c, and the right side plate portion 20b. The reinforcing rib 24 is formed at a height position corresponding to the height H of the protruding piece 23 from the lower end of the cover member 20. The ends of the reinforcing ribs 24 are not connected to the projecting pieces 23, 23, and a gap 25 is provided between them. The reinforcing ribs 24 ensure the strength of the entire cover member 20 and allow elastic deformation of the side plate portions 20b, 20b to some extent when pressed when the cover member 20 is attached and detached, as will be described later.

Next, the base member 30 will be described. The base member 30 is made of a synthetic resin member having a substantially trapezoidal mounting plate portion 32 having an opening 31 for ventilation in the center. Fitting protrusions 33, 33, which are engaging portions, are formed on the lower portions of the left and right ends of the base member 30. By engaging the fitting convex portions 33, 33 with the fitting concave portions 22, 22 which are engaged portions formed at the corners of the side plate portions 20b, 20b of the cover member 20, the cover member 20 is made to be the base member. It is removably attached to 30.

Further, the base member 30 is formed with a flange-shaped guide portion 34 that guides the projection pieces 23, 23 of the cover member 20 described above. The guide portion 34 faces the front side of the mounting plate portion 32 along the side and the upper side of the mounting plate portion 32, and faces them with a certain distance therebetween. Both left and right lower ends of the guide portion 34 are connected to a bottom plate portion (covering portion) 35 of the base member 30, and the connecting portions serve as restriction pieces 36, 36 described later.

Further, in the guide portion 34, a cutout portion 37 that is cut inward by a predetermined length at a position that is above the restriction pieces 36, 36 and slightly above the fitting protrusions 33, 33. , 37 are formed. The predetermined length of the cutout portions 37, 37 is formed to be slightly longer than the height dimension H of the protruding pieces 23, 23 of the cover member 20 described above. Further, the depth of the notches 37, 37 is formed to be slightly deeper than the width dimension W of the protruding pieces 23, 23.

As described above, the cover member 20 is detachably attached to the base member 30. The method of removing the cover member 20 from the base member 30 is as follows. As described above, in the cover member 20, the fitting convex portions 33, 33 of the base member 30 are engaged from the outside with the fitting concave portions 22, 22 formed in the lower portions of the left and right side plate portions 20b, 20b. 30 (see FIG. 5A). At this time, since the protruding pieces 23, 23 of the cover member 20 are in contact with the left and right restricting pieces 36, 36 of the base member 30, the forward movement of the cover member 20, that is, the removal thereof is restricted. (See FIGS. 5B and 5C).

(1) First, by pressing the lower portions of the left and right side plate portions 20b, 20b of the cover member 20 toward the sides approaching each other, the side plate portions 20b, 20b bend inward, and the fitting protrusion 33 of the base member 30 and the cover. The engagement of the fitting recess 22 of the member 20 is released.
(2) When the side plate portions 20b, 20b are bent by pressing and the engagement between the fitting convex portion 33 and the fitting concave portion 22 is released, the projecting pieces 23, 23 of the cover member 20 are made into the restricting pieces 36 of the base member 30. , 36 deep inside. Therefore, even if the engagement between the fitting convex portion 33 and the fitting concave portion 22 is released, the state in which the forward movement of the cover member 20 is restricted is maintained (see FIGS. 6A and 6B).
(3) Then, the cover member 20 is slid and moved slightly along the guide portion 34 while pressing the side plate portions 20b and 20b. At this time, the protruding piece 23 of the cover member 20 is locked at the back of the cutout portion 37 of the base member 30. Therefore, the forward movement of the cover member 20 is restricted, and the cover member 20 is still in a state where it cannot be removed (see FIGS. 7A and 7B).
(4) When the pressing of the cover member 20 is stopped and the bending of the side plate portions 20b, 20b is released, the protruding pieces 23, 23 are located outside the cutout portion 37 and are exposed. This allows the cover member 20 to move forward, and the cover member 20 can be removed from the base member 30 by pulling the cover member 20 forward at that position.

When the cover member 20 is attached to the base member 30, the reverse operation to the above method may be performed. That is, the protruding pieces 23, 23 of the cover member 20 are installed inside the guide portion 34 through the outsides of the cutout portions 37, 27, and the side plate portions 20b, 20b are pressed to bend the cover member 20 inward while the cover member 20 is moved downward. By moving and releasing the pressure at the position where the lower portion of the cover member 20 and the bottom plate portion (cover portion) 35 of the base member 30 abut, the fitting convex portion 33 and the fitting concave portion 22 are engaged, and the cover The member 20 is firmly attached to the base member 30.

In the above-described embodiment, the fitting recesses 33, 33 are formed at the left and right ends of the base member 30, and the fitting protrusions 22, 22 are formed at the left and right ends of the cover member 20. However, the fitting concave portion 33 may be formed only on at least one end side of the left and right ends of the base member 30, and the fitting convex portion 22 may be formed only on the corresponding end side of the cover member 20. Further, as shown in FIG. 9, even if the engaged portion (for example, the fitting concave portion 38) is formed on the base member 30 and the engaging portion (for example, the fitting convex portion 28) is formed on the cover member 20. good.

According to the ventilation device 10 of this embodiment, the following advantageous effects are exhibited.
When an external force is applied to the front surface of the cover member 20, the side plate portions 20b, 20b of the cover member 20 are deformed in the opening direction, but in the present embodiment, the fitting concave portion 22 of the cover member 20 is fitted into the fitting convex portion of the base member 30. Since 33 is locked from the outside, these locks do not come off.
Further, in order to remove the cover member 20 from the base member 30, it is necessary to temporarily push the side plate portions 20b, 20b inward to bend the side plate portions 20b, and in that state, move the cover member 20 upward. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent the cover member 20 from accidentally falling off due to vibration, impact, or the like.
Further, the cover member 20 can be attached to and detached from the base member 30 by a relatively simple operation without using a fixing tool such as a screw, and thus the maintainability and convenience of the ventilation device 10 are excellent.
