Description
The present invention relates to a lighting fixture.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention is suitable for a lighting device using a battery as a power source and an emergency lighting device.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention is suitable for a lighting fixture such as an emergency lighting fixture which is embedded and fixed in a mounting portion such as a ceiling.
An emergency lighting fixture characterized by thermally coupling an LED board and a power supply board has been proposed (for example, see Patent Document 1).
However, in the configuration described in
Further, an emergency lighting device has been proposed in which two thermally separated spaces are provided in a device main body, and a light source and a lighting circuit are housed in each space (for example, see Patent Document 2).
However, in the configuration described in
Further, an emergency lighting device has been proposed in which a heat radiating unit having a plurality of radiating fins abuts on a light source unit having an LED to efficiently radiate heat generated by the LED and irradiate the LED for a predetermined time (for example, see, for example). And Patent Document 3).
However,
In addition, an emergency lighting fixture is proposed in which the lighting device is projected to the side of the fixture main body to miniaturize the fixture main body, thereby reducing the diameter of the fixture installation hole and miniaturizing the design portion (for example, , Patent Document 3).
However, in the emergency lighting device described in
Further, an emergency lighting fixture has been proposed in which a battery is inserted from a battery insertion opening and the battery is mounted on a battery mounting portion (for example, see Patent Document 4).
However, Patent Literature 4 does not describe a device for a guide used when inserting a battery in an emergency lighting device. Unless the guide is devised, there is a possibility that the connector connection portion may not be fitted properly, and there is a problem in detachability of the battery.
In addition, the lighting device for the LED serving as the main light source is arranged outside the fixture, and the inspection switch and the monitor LED are provided separately from the LED substrate serving as the main light source, and the emergency lighting fixture is arranged next to the LED serving as the main light source. Is proposed (for example, see Patent Document 3).
However, in the configuration described in
Also, an emergency lighting fixture has been proposed in which a monitor LED is mounted on the same substrate as the LED serving as the main light source, and an inspection switch is provided on another substrate (for example, refer to Patent Document 5).
In the configuration described in Patent Document 5, since the monitor LED and the inspection switch are provided separately from the substrate on which the LED serving as the main light source is arranged, there is a degree of freedom in arrangement, but the lighting device is arranged outside the fixture. Therefore, there is a problem in that there are restrictions on the installation work of the equipment.
Also, a battery storage box in which a connector is attached to a connector holding portion of a battery case has been proposed (for example, see Patent Document 6).
In the configuration described in Patent Literature 6, it is necessary to attach the connector to the connector holding portion of the battery case and then attach the lid. Further, it was possible to mount the connector only from the outside of the battery case.
Further, there has been proposed a lighting device in which a confirmation hole is formed in a bottom plate of a sheet metal, and an insulating plate and a heat radiation pad can be confirmed from the outside through the confirmation hole (for example, see Patent Document 7).
In the configuration described in Patent Document 7, since the case body of the lighting device is made of metal, it is necessary to dispose the insulating sheet inside. If the insulating sheet is transparent, the heat dissipation pad inside can be confirmed from the confirmation hole, but if the insulating sheet is a colored material, it is not visible.
In addition, an LED lighting device characterized by adding a heat sink to a heat radiating portion to enhance a heat radiating effect has been proposed. (For example, refer to
In the configuration described in
Further, a lighting fixture in which a pair of cover attachment springs is attached to the fixture body has been proposed (for example, see Patent Document 9).
In the configuration described in
In the event of a power outage due to a fire or the like, the emergency lighting equipment has a structure and installation standards stipulated by the Building Standards Law so that a certain level of illuminance can be secured during a power outage and evacuation can be performed promptly.
The emergency lighting fixture that lights up in the event of a power failure such as a fire must ensure a predetermined brightness (
2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, in a LED that has been widely used as a light source, a light beam emitted is attenuated as the temperature increases. Therefore, radiating heat from the LED has become an important issue.
In addition, the special-purpose emergency lighting fixtures that are equipped with only the emergency light source have a presence as a lighting fixture because the light source is not lit while the battery is being charged during normal use except during power outages. Smaller ones are preferable, and there is a demand for reduction of equipment installation space and power saving.
In the embodiment of the present invention, it is desired to efficiently dissipate the heat generated from the light source of the lighting fixture.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, it is desired to improve the assemblability of the lighting fixture.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, it is desired to reduce the size and the reliability of the lighting fixture.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, it is desired to improve the mountability of the battery unit in a small space of the lighting fixture.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, it is desired to provide an inspection unit that can be used in different lighting fixtures.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, it is desired that the connector can be easily fixed from the inside of the case of the lighting device. Further, it is desired that the connector can be easily attached even in a case where the lighting device is downsized.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, it is desired to make the components inside the lighting device visible while ensuring the insulation of the internal components of the lighting device.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, it is desired to reduce the cost as much as possible and efficiently radiate the heat generated from the light source by sharing the components.
In the embodiment of the present invention, it is desired that the cover mounting spring can be inserted into a correct position at the time of mounting.

The

Since the mounting

Further, the mounting structure of this embodiment can be used for a plurality of types of directly-mounted lighting fixtures, parts can be shared with other models, parts can be standardized, and a plurality of parts can be used without adding new parts. It is possible to suppress an increase in the number of unnecessary parts in manufacturing the model.
