Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a cosmetic container in which a middle plate is housed via a middle plate housing case having excellent impact resistance.

Conventionally, in the case of so-called compact type cosmetic containers that contain foundation, eye color, lip color, etc., if they are accidentally dropped or hit against other items during transportation, display sale, or use by customers, Problems such as breakage or breakage of the internal cosmetics due to impact are likely to occur. In order to prevent such troubles, various types of containers having a structure with improved impact resistance have been proposed.

For example, the present applicant has proposed a cosmetic container as shown in FIG. 8 and has already put it into practical use (see Patent Document 1). This container includes a container main body 3 for accommodating the inner dish 2 filled with the cosmetic 1, and a lid 4 for covering the same. The container main body 3 is accommodated on the outer peripheral wall 5 and the inner dish 2. It is composed of a shallow dish-shaped inner box 6 and a connecting wall 7 connecting the upper end of the outer peripheral wall 5 and the upper opening of the inner box 6. A part 7 a of the connecting wall 7 is thinned. By bending it into a curved shape and making it elastically deformable, the inner plate 2 is suspended inside the container, so to speak, so that the impact from the surroundings is hardly transmitted to the cosmetic 1 in the inner plate 2. . In the drawing, reference numeral 8 denotes an adhesive layer for fixing the inner plate 2 to the bottom of the inner box 6, and reference numeral 9 denotes a rod insertion for removing the inner plate 2 from the adhesive layer 8 and taking it out. The hole.

However, the inner box 6 is formed to be thin and has a simple impression as a whole. When the container body 3 is turned over, a gap is formed between the outer peripheral wall 5 of the inner box 6 and the bottom of the inner box 6. Combined with this, there is a problem that the appearance is poor. In addition, since the peripheral wall surface of the inner box 6 is not provided with the uneven portion due to the undercut, the inner box 6 and the inner plate 2 cannot be engaged with each other by the unevenness using the side surface. There is a problem that the inner plate 2 must be fixed using the adhesive layer 8 on the bottom surface.

On the other hand, instead of suspending the inner plate 2 using the inner box 6 as described above, for example, as shown in FIG. 9, a concave soft material 11 is inserted into a frame-shaped middle frame 10 by insert molding or the like. There has also been proposed a structure in which the inner plate 2 is housed in a so-called suspended state in the container main body 12 by using the soft material 11 and integrally attached (see Patent Document 2). In this case, since the ridge 11a for engagement with the inner plate 2 can be formed on the inner peripheral surface of the soft material 11 at the time of insert molding, the inner plate 2 having the concave portion 2a for engagement is used. Can be.

In addition, a bar-shaped elastic member extending outward is provided around the inner frame that houses the inner plate, and the inner frame is elastically supported inward from the peripheral wall surface of the concave portion of the container body. There has also been proposed one in which an inner plate is held in a floating state in a container (Patent Document 3).

However, these have a problem that the structure is complicated, the manufacturing cost is high, and an extra space is required in the circumferential direction, so that the size of the compact container is large, which is not preferable for carrying or storing.

The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide an excellent cosmetic container having excellent impact resistance to an inner plate, a simple configuration, and a compact overall container.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a container main body having a concave portion or an opening, a shallow dish-shaped or frame-shaped middle plate accommodating case fitted into the concave portion or the opening of the container main body from above, With a shallow dish-shaped middle plate housed in the middle plate storage case,
The container main body is provided with a first engaging portion for detachably engaging the inner plate housing case on an inner peripheral surface of the concave portion or the opening portion,
The middle plate accommodating case is provided with a first engaged portion which can be engaged with the first engaging portion of the container body on the outer peripheral surface of the shallow plate or frame-shaped peripheral wall. A second engaging portion for detachably engaging the inner plate is provided on the inner peripheral surface. The second engaging portion of the inner plate housing case is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the inner plate. A second engaged portion capable of engaging with the first portion is provided, and assuming that the overall height of the inner plate receiving case is H, the first engaging portion of the container body and the inner plate receiving case are provided. The position of the engaging surface with which the first engaged portion engages with the first engaging portion is higher than half the height of H, and the upper end of the peripheral wall of the inner plate housing case A flange portion extends outward from the portion, and at least the lower surface of the flange portion has an outwardly upwardly inclined taper that forms an angle of 5 to 45 ° with respect to a horizontal plane. And a tapered step surface which is in contact with the lower surface of the flange portion of the inner plate housing case is formed in the concave portion of the container body or the opening peripheral edge of the opening portion, and the inner plate housing case is formed. Is formed of a resin injection-molded product having a thickness of 0.4 to 1 mm other than the portion where the first engaged portion and the second engaging portion are provided, and the concave portion or the concave portion of the container body. The inner plate housing case is inserted into the opening, and is formed between the inner peripheral surface of the inner wall of the inner plate housing case and the outer peripheral surface of the inner wall of the inner plate in a state where the inner plate is stored in the inner plate housing case. Assuming that the gap width A is 1, the makeup width in which the overlapping width B between the first engaging portion of the container body and the first engaged portion of the inner plate housing case is set to 1.2 to 3.5. The charge container is the first gist.

The present invention, among them, in particular, the in the dish accommodating case, the cosmetic container which is formed by a polyester resin and a second gist.

In addition, the present invention, among them, in particular, the middle dish storage case has a shallow dish shape having a bottom wall and a peripheral wall, and straddles a peripheral portion of the bottom wall and a root portion where the peripheral wall rises. A third aspect is a cosmetic container in which notches are provided in at least two of the portions.

In the present invention, in particular, the inner tray housing case is substantially rectangular in plan view, and at least four corners are cut out of a portion extending over a peripheral portion of the bottom wall and a root portion where the peripheral wall rises. A fourth aspect of the present invention is a cosmetic container provided with a notched portion. Among them, a cosmetic container provided with a notched portion in a portion other than a peripheral portion of the bottom wall is a fifth aspect . Make a summary.

That is, the conventional cosmetic container is provided with a relatively large space between the container main body and the inner plate by interposing a bulky shock absorbing member (soft material) or the like, and the inner plate is in a so-called suspended state to improve impact resistance. On the other hand, the cosmetic container of the present invention uses a shallow dish-shaped or frame-shaped injection-molded product as the inner-plate receiving case, and the outer peripheral surface and the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall of the inner-plate receiving case respectively. In addition, a portion that engages with the container body and a portion that engages with the inner plate are provided, and the ground portion of the inner plate housing case is made very thin, and when it is fitted into the container body, The inner plate can be suspended in a state where a minimum gap is provided between the inner plate and the container body while securing flexibility when the plate is fitted.

According to this configuration, the shape of the inner plate housing case is simple, and furthermore, when the container body, the inner plate housing case, and the inner plate are overlapped and engaged in this order, the gap width at the engaging portion of each other is reduced. Even if it is very narrow, it can effectively exhibit the shock absorption performance against the inner plate, so the overall shape is compact and easy to carry, and it is hard to cause troubles such as damage or peeling of the contents of the cosmetics. It becomes a container.

In the cosmetic container of the present invention, in particular, in the intermediate dish storage case , a flange portion is extended outward from an upper end portion of the peripheral wall, and at least the lower surface of the flange portion is 5-45 with respect to a horizontal plane. ° and a tapered step surface which is formed in a tapered shape with an outward upward slope forming an angle of °° and which is in contact with a lower surface of the flange portion of the inner tray housing case at an opening peripheral edge of a concave portion or an opening portion of the container body. Is formed, the tapered surface of the flange portion and the tapered surface of the container body are displaced while being in contact with each other even if the position of the inner plate housing case in the container body is displaced due to the impact. , since the deviation is restored immediately along the tapered surface, that Do as having a more excellent impact absorbing performance.

Moreover , in the cosmetic container of the present invention, the first engaging portion of the container main body and the first engaged portion of the inner plate housing case are particularly provided when the entire height of the inner plate housing case is H. position of the engagement surface and part are engaged with each other, fitting since it is adapted to be positioned above the height of one half of H, the inner tray accommodating case in a recess or opening of the container body In doing so, the first engaged portion of the inner plate receiving case is more likely to bend inward, so that the inner plate receiving case is easy to be fitted. The peripheral wall of the dish prevents the first engaged portion of the inner dish storage case from bending inward and stably holds the first engaged portion. Has an excellent effect that it is hard to fall off.

And, among the present invention, especially, the case where the inner plate receiving case is formed of a polyester resin is conventionally a thin injection molded product made of only a very limited material such as a modified polyester resin. Because it has not been provided, it has the advantage that its practical value is large.

Furthermore, among the present invention, in particular, the middle dish storage case is a shallow dish shape having a bottom wall and a peripheral wall, and the part straddling the peripheral edge of the bottom wall and the root part where the peripheral wall stands up. In the case where notches are provided in at least two places, the degree of freedom of the peripheral wall portion holding the inner plate is increased by the notches. Therefore, superior shock absorbing performance can be exhibited as compared with the case without such a notch. Moreover, the durability of the case is better than that of the case where the inner plate storage case is frame-shaped.

Further, among such cosmetic containers provided with a cutout portion in a portion that straddles the peripheral portion of the bottom wall and the base portion where the peripheral wall rises, in particular, the middle dish storage case has a rectangular shape in plan view. At least four notches are provided at the four corners, and at the four corners where a strong impact is likely to occur when falling, etc., the peripheral wall has a high degree of freedom, so that it exhibits particularly excellent shock absorption performance Can be.

Further, even in such a cosmetic container in which a cutout portion is provided in a portion extending over a peripheral portion of the bottom wall and a root portion where the peripheral wall rises, in particular, a portion of the bottom wall other than the peripheral portion is cut. In the case where the notch is provided, the degree of freedom of the bottom wall is increased, and more excellent shock absorbing performance can be exhibited.

Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of the cosmetic container of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a partially exploded perspective view showing the cosmetic container in an exploded manner. FIG. 3 is a partially enlarged view of a section XX 'of FIG. 1, and FIG. 4 is a partially enlarged view of a section YY' of FIG. As can be seen from these figures, the cosmetic container has a container body 20, an inner plate housing case 21 fitted into the container body 20 from above, and A dish 22 and a lid 23 for covering the upper surface of the container body 20 are provided. 24 is a mirror. The lid 23 and the container body 20 are closed by engaging a hook 50 and a projection 51 provided at the front end of each other, and can be opened by pushing up the lid 23. It has become.

More specifically, the left side of the container body 20 is provided with a recess 25 having a substantially square opening in a plan view, into which the inner-plate receiving case 21 is fitted. On the right side, there is provided a cosmetic tool recess 26 having a substantially square shape in plan view for accommodating a cosmetic tool (not shown) such as a puff. A large number of through-holes 27 are formed on the bottom surface of the concave portion 26 for the cosmetic tool to increase air permeability.

Then, the inner peripheral surface of the concave portion 25 for fitting the inner plate housing case 21 engages with the ridge 32 provided on the peripheral wall 31 of the inner plate housing case 21 fitted to the four corners at the four corners. Grooves 28 are provided. In addition, a step portion 29 is provided at the upper end edge of the peripheral edge of the opening of the concave portion 25 so as to engage with a flange portion 33 extending from the peripheral wall 31 of the inner tray housing case 21 (see FIG. 3). In addition, since the flange portion 33 is formed in a tapered shape having an outward upward slope, the step surface 29a of the step portion 29 of the concave portion 25 is also formed in a tapered shape having an upward upward slope. I have.

Next, the inner plate accommodating case 21 fitted in the concave portion 25 has a shallow plate shape having a concave portion 30 for accommodating the inner plate 22, and as described above, the outer peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 31 has four corners. Horizontally extending ridges 32 are provided at the corners, and the ridges 32 are engaged with the concave grooves 28 at the four corners provided on the inner peripheral surface of the concave portion 25 of the container main body 20, thereby forming a middle portion. The dish storage case 21 and the container body 20 are detachably engaged and integrated.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the peripheral wall 31 a of the peripheral wall 31 of the inner plate housing case 21 facing the cosmetic tool concave portion 26 of the container body 20 is fitted inside the inner plate housing case 21. A notch 40 is provided so that the central portion thereof is one step lower in consideration of workability when taking out the inner plate 22. On the peripheral wall 31b opposite to the portion where the notch portion 40 is provided, two engaging claws 42 capable of engaging with the annular groove 41 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the inner plate 22 are provided side by side. ing. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, an engagement protrusion for preventing the inner plate 22 from coming off is disposed inside the peripheral wall 31a on which the notch portion 40 is provided, as shown in FIG. 42a is provided.

The two engaging claws 42 provided on the side of the peripheral wall 31b are formed such that the portions around the engaging claws 42 have an upward U-shape so that the degree of freedom of the portion protruding inward is increased. Notched.

In the container body 20, a notch 49 is also provided in a portion of the peripheral edge of the opening of the concave portion 25 that faces the notch 40 of the inner-plate receiving case 21, and the two notches are provided. By utilizing the portion provided with 40 and 49, the inner plate 22 fitted in the inner plate receiving case 21 is lifted while being pushed to the opposite side, so that the annular groove 41 of the inner plate 22 and the inner plate receiving case The inner plate 22 can be taken out by easily releasing the engagement between the engaging claw 42 and the engaging protrusion 42a of the inner plate 21.

Next, the inner plate 22 fitted into the concave portion 30 of the inner plate housing case 21 has a substantially square shallow plate shape in plan view, and has an annular groove 41 extending horizontally over the entire outer peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 44. Is provided. Then, with the cosmetic filled therein, it is fitted into the concave portion 30 of the inner plate housing case 21, and into the annular groove 41, the engaging claw 42 and the engaging protrusion 42 a of the inner plate housing case 21 side , The middle plate 22 and the middle plate accommodating case 21 are detachably engaged and integrated (see FIG. 4).

Accordingly, the inner plate receiving case 21 is fitted into the concave portion 25 of the container main body 20 from above, and the concave groove 28 of the container main body 20 and the convex ridge 32 of the inner plate receiving case 21 are engaged with each other to integrally form. Then, the inner plate 22 is fitted into the inner plate receiving case 21 from above, and the engaging claws 42 and the engaging projections 42a on the inner plate receiving case 21 side and the annular groove 41 on the inner plate 22 side are inserted. By engaging and integrating with each other, a desired cosmetic container can be obtained.

The cosmetic container obtained in this manner has a gap width in the engaging portion of each other in a state where the container body 20, the inner plate receiving case 21, and the inner plate 22 are overlapped and engaged in this order. Despite being set very narrow, the inner plate 22 is held in the form of being suspended with respect to the container body 20, and excellent shock absorption performance is effectively exhibited. I have.

Moreover, a flange 33 is formed so as to be outwardly inclined upward from the upper edge of the peripheral wall 31 of the inner dish storage case 21, and a lower surface of the flange 33 is similarly formed to be outwardly inclined. Since it is engaged in contact with the step surface 29 a provided in the concave portion 25 of the main body 20, even if the position of the inner plate accommodating case 21 in the container main body 20 is shifted due to an impact, the flange portion The lower surface of 33 and the step surface 29a on the container body 20 side are shifted while being in contact with each other, and the shift is immediately recovered along the tapered surface, so that more excellent shock absorbing performance is exhibited. It has become.

In this cosmetic container, the gap width A (see FIG. 3) formed between the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 31 of the inner tray housing case 21 and the outer peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 44 of the inner tray 22 is assumed to be 1. Then, the overlapping width B of the first concave groove 28 (first engaging portion) of the container body 20 and the ridge 32 (first engaged portion) of the inner plate housing case 21 is 1.2 to 3 .5 must be set.

That is, in the ratio of A and B, if B is larger than the above range with respect to A, the container body 20 and the inner plate housing case 21 are in a state of being engaged too deeply, The attachment and detachment of the storage case 21 becomes difficult, and the usability is poor. Further, since the width of the inner plate housing case 21 shifted in the horizontal direction when an external impact is applied, the inner plate 22 may be affected by moving too much more than the gap width A between the inner plate 22 and the inner plate 22. On the contrary, if B is smaller than the above range with respect to A, the engagement between the container body 20 and the inner plate housing case 21 is too shallow as compared with the engagement between the inner plate housing case 21 and the inner plate 22. Therefore, there is a possibility that the inner plate housing case 21 may fall off from the container body 20 when receiving an external impact, which is not suitable.

In addition, in order for the ratio of A and B to work effectively and to provide excellent impact resistance, the inner plate accommodating case 21 must be sufficiently flexible. The housing case 21 must be made of resin, and the thickness other than the portion where the protruding ridges 32 and the engagement claws 42 are provided must be set to 0.4 to 1 mm. Incidentally, in the above example, the thickness is set to 0.6 mm. Since the ridges 32 and the engaging claws 42 need to have a rigid and thick shape, they must be entirely obtained by injection molding.

In the present invention, the engagement between the container main body 20 and the inner plate housing case 21 and the engagement between the inner plate housing case 21 and the inner plate 22 are not limited to the above example, but may be any engagement structure. It does not matter. However, the ratio of the gap width A between the inner plate housing case 21 and the inner plate 22 and the overlap width B at the engaging portion between the container body 20 and the inner plate housing case 21 formed by the engagement therebetween is as described above. Must be set within the specified range. Further, in the above-mentioned inner dish storage case 21, a flange portion 33 is formed so as to be outwardly inclined upward from an upper edge portion of the peripheral wall 31, and a lower surface of the flange portion 33 is similarly formed to be outwardly upwardly inclined. It must be engaged in contact with the step surface 29a provided in the concave portion 25 of the container body 20.

In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, assuming that the entire height of the inner plate housing case 21 is H, the concave groove 28 (first engagement portion) of the container body 20 and the inner plate housing case 21 It is necessary that the position of the engagement surface P at which the ridge 32 (first engaged portion) engages with each other is arranged at a height higher than half the height of H. That is, when the height h of the engagement surface P is a value larger than 0.5 when H is set to 1, when the inner plate accommodating case 21 is fitted into the concave portion 25 of the container body 20, Since the ridges 32 of the dish storage case 21 are more easily bent inward, the inner dish storage case 21 is easily fitted. Then, when the inner plate 22 is fitted inside the inner plate housing case 21 after fitting, the peripheral wall 44 of the inner plate 22 prevents the peripheral wall 31 of the inner plate housing case 21 from bending inward. In order to stably hold this, the middle plate 22 and the middle plate storage case 21 have an excellent effect of being hard to fall off the container body 20.

In the above in the dish accommodating case 21 (see FIG. 3) the angle θ at the time of the flange portion 33 to the tapered outwardly upward slope, Ru is set to 5 to 45 ° with respect to the horizontal plane. That is, if θ is less than 5 °, the dispersion efficiency of the impact is reduced, and the shock absorbing performance may be insufficient. Conversely, if θ is more than 45 °, the cosmetic may be subjected to a shock or a cosmetic puff. This is because, for example, when the material is scooped, the inner plate housing case 21 may be deeply fitted into the concave portion 25 of the container body 20 and the usability may be deteriorated. The angle θ may be provided to the entire flange portion 33 as in the above example, or only the lower surface of the flange portion 33 may be tapered outward and upward.

Further, in the above-described example, the space for accommodating the inner plate accommodating case 21 is provided as the concave portion 25 in the container main body 20; however, the space for accommodating the inner plate accommodating case 21 does not necessarily require a bottom wall. Therefore, for example, as shown in FIG. 5, a completely penetrating opening 60 is provided in the container body 20 as a space for accommodating the inner plate housing case 21, and the inner plate housing case 21 is engaged with the opening 60. It can be held. According to this configuration, by pushing up the bottom surface of the inner plate housing case 21 from below the opening 60, the inner plate housing case 21 can be easily taken out. Further, the weight of the entire cosmetic container can be reduced. However, when turned over, there is a problem that the bottom surface of the inner plate housing case 21 can be seen from the opening on the back surface of the container body 20 and the appearance is slightly inferior.

In the above-described example, the recess 26 for the makeup tool is provided on the right side of the recess 25 into which the inner plate housing case 21 is fitted. However, this is not always necessary. The configuration having only the concave portion 25 (or the opening portion 60 instead thereof) may be used.

Further, in the above example, the engagement between the container body 20 and the lid 23 is performed by the hook 50 and the projection 51 provided at the front ends of the both. However, the engagement means is not limited to this, and may be either left or right. It may be of a type that can be attached and detached on the side surface portion, one that slides back and forth by sliding the lid 23, one that simply covers the lid 23 from above, one that opens and closes by screw engagement, and the like. .

Also, like the container body 20, the inner plate housing case 21 does not necessarily have to be a shallow plate shape, but is, for example, a frame-like body having no bottom wall and having an opening for engaging the inner plate 22. No problem. However, according to this configuration, although the degree of freedom of the inner plate housing case 21 is high and the shock absorbing performance is high, the durability when used repeatedly is slightly inferior, so it is preferable to provide a bottom wall.

In addition, the shallow dish-shaped middle dish storage case 21 having the bottom wall and the peripheral wall 31 can hold the middle dish 22 in a stable form, and is superior in durability as compared with the frame-shaped body. However, although it has a degree of freedom derived from its own flexibility, since the rising portion of the peripheral wall 31 is formed integrally with the bottom wall, the degree of freedom is limited, and the shock absorbing performance is slightly inferior. Therefore, in such a shallow dish-shaped middle dish accommodating case 21, by providing the cutout portion in a specific arrangement, the degree of freedom of the peripheral wall 31 can be increased, and the shock absorbing performance can be enhanced. An example is shown in FIG.

The inner dish storage case 21 'includes a bottom wall 61 and a peripheral wall 62. As shown in FIG. 6A, which is a plan view, the plan view shape is a rectangular shape with rounded corners. Has become. 6 (a), and FIG. 6 (b), which is also a view taken along the line BB 'in FIG. 6 (a). As shown, it is the same as the inner-plate receiving case 21 used in the examples shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, and the same portions are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof will be omitted.

Of the middle plate receiving case 21 ′, the corners of the four corners with the radius are cut out in a substantially 1/4 arc shape, of the portion straddling the peripheral portion of the bottom wall 61 and the root portion where the peripheral wall 62 rises. Four notches 70 (finely hatched portions, the same applies hereinafter) are formed. These notches 70 are formed not only in the peripheral edge of the bottom wall 61 but also in the lower end, which is the root portion of the peripheral wall 62, along the circumferential direction, so that these notches 70 are formed. The portion of the peripheral wall 62 having a high degree of freedom.

Also, the bottom wall 61 itself is less likely to be affected by the movement of the peripheral wall 62 having a higher degree of freedom due to the cutouts 70, and even if an excessive force is applied to the bottom wall 61, the bottom wall 61 can easily absorb this. ing.

Therefore, even if the cosmetic container incorporating the inner plate housing case 21 'falls and receives a strong impact on the corner, the shock absorbing performance of the inner plate housing case 21' is high, and Influence is less likely.

The notch 70 for increasing the degree of freedom of the peripheral wall 62 is not limited to the above example. That is, the notch 70 only needs to be provided in at least two portions of the portion extending over the peripheral edge of the bottom wall and the root portion where the peripheral wall rises. The arrangement is preferably provided at least at four corners when the planer shape of the inner-plate receiving case 21 'is a substantially rectangular shape such as a rectangular shape or a square shape as in the above example. Some modifications of the notch 70 are described below with reference to the drawings.

For example, as shown in FIG. 7A, a continuous notch 70 including two corners adjacent to each other can be formed on both left and right sides to form two notches 70. According to this configuration, since the left and right portions of the peripheral wall 62 are separated from the bottom wall 61 over a long distance, the degrees of freedom of each other are further increased, and more excellent shock absorbing performance can be exhibited. .

Also, as shown in FIG. 7B, similarly to the example shown in FIG. 6, notches 70 are provided at the four corners, and a notch 71 is also provided at the center of the bottom wall 61. Can be. According to this configuration, the degree of freedom of the bottom wall 61 is further increased as compared with the configuration shown in FIG. 6, and more excellent shock absorbing performance can be exhibited.

Further, as shown in FIG. 7 (c), notches 70 formed along the peripheral edge of the bottom wall 61 are formed not only at the four corners but also between the corners. You may. By providing the notch 71 also at the center of the bottom wall 61, the bottom wall 61 can be supported like a grid-like rib to support the peripheral wall 62. According to this configuration, both the bottom wall 61 and the peripheral wall 62 have a higher degree of freedom, and more excellent shock absorbing performance can be obtained.

Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 7D, the width of the notch 70 can be further reduced to form a curved shape along the rising portion of the peripheral wall 62. According to this configuration, a high degree of freedom can be obtained with respect to the peripheral wall 62, and the durability of the inner-plate receiving case 21 'can be sufficiently ensured while leaving a large area of the bottom wall 61. Of course, in this example, a notch 71 can be provided at the center of the bottom wall 61.

When such a notch 70 (including 71) is provided in the inner plate housing case 21 ', the area of the entire bottom wall 61 including the notch 70 is S, and the cutout opening in the bottom wall 61 is S. Assuming that the total area of the notched portions 70 is S ', the ratio of S' to S is preferably 10 to 90%, and more preferably 30 to 80%. If the ratio of S 'is too small, the effect of improving the impact resistance due to the notch 70 may not be sufficiently obtained. Conversely, if the ratio of S' is too large, the notch 70 may be more than provided. This is because it is more economical to make the dish storage case 21 'a frame.

In addition, in the above series of examples, the shape of the inner dish storage case 21 (including 21 ′) is substantially rectangular in plan view, but the shape of the inner dish storage case 21 and thus the entire cosmetic container in plan view is rectangular. Not limited to the shape, it can be set to any shape, such as circular or elliptical, depending on its function or design. For example, in the case where the notched portion 70 as shown in FIG. 6 and the like is provided in the middle plate accommodating case 21 having a polygonal plan view, the arrangement is such that the corner portions of the polygon are improved in terms of enhancing the shock absorbing performance. Is preferably provided. Further, in the case where the notch 70 is provided in the inner tray housing case 21 having a shape having no corners such as a circle or an ellipse in a plan view, the notch 70 is arranged as evenly as possible along its periphery. Preferably, a plurality of notches 70 are provided.

The material of the container body 20, the inner plate housing case 21, and the inner plate 22 constituting the present invention is not particularly limited, and any resin material that can be formed into a desired shape is used. There is no problem. Also, the molding method is not particularly limited with respect to the container body 20 and the inner plate 22. However, the inner plate accommodating case 21 has a thin "ground", 22 is limited to injection-molded products because it is necessary to provide an uneven portion serving as an engaging portion and an engaged portion for engaging with each of the 22. In addition, the inner plate receiving case 21 of the present invention is not limited to a polyester resin modified to be suitable for injection molding, but has a shape that can be molded even with an unmodified polyester resin. The use of an injection molded product of, for example, polyethylene terephthalate) is preferable because it is inexpensive and has excellent durability.

Next, examples of the present invention will be described together with comparative examples. However, the present invention is not limited to the following examples.

First, a compact cosmetic container having the configuration of the following Examples and Comparative Examples was prepared. In addition, the same type of solid cosmetic (foundation) was filled in the middle plate of each cosmetic container under the same conditions, and was housed in the middle plate storage case.

(Sample)
<Examples 1 to 6> Cosmetic containers having the structures shown in Figs. 1 to 4 were prepared. However, the container main body and the lid are made of ABS resin, and the inner plate receiving case and the inner plate are made of polyester resin, all of which are injection molded products. The features of each configuration are as shown in Tables 1 and 2 below.
<Example 7> A cosmetic container similar to that of Example 1 was prepared, except that the case for accommodating the inner plate shown in Fig. 6 was used. The features of the configuration are as shown in Table 2 below.

<Comparative Example 1> A container in which the inner shape of the concave portion of the container main body matches the inner shape of the inner plate housing case of Example 1 described above, and directly into the container main body without passing through the inner plate housing case. An inner plate was housed. Other than that is the same as the first embodiment.

<Comparative Example 2> An inner plate containing case having a "ground" thickness of 1.5 mm was manufactured. Then, the concave shape of the container main body was enlarged by that much, so that the inner plate receiving case was accommodated in the container main body. Other than that is the same as the second embodiment.

These examples and comparative examples were subjected to a drop impact test as follows, and the results are shown in Tables 1 and 2 below.

(Drop impact test)
The test was performed by dropping each of the examples and comparative examples on a flat vinyl chloride resin plate under the following drop conditions, and the results were evaluated according to the evaluation criteria described below.

<Drop condition>
Test 1. Horizontal drop: Drop the container from the bottom while keeping the container bottom horizontal.
The falling distance is 40 cm.
Test 2. Side (vertical) drop: Hook side container hand front side or hinge side container back side face down
Drop as it is. The falling distance is 20 cm.
Test 3. Side (horizontal) drop: Falling with the left side or right side of the container facing down
Let it. The falling distance is 20 cm.
Test 4. Free fall: Hold the container in a free form each time and drop it as it is. Fall distance
Is 40 cm.

<Evaluation>
Dropping is performed continuously on the same sample with the upper limit of the number of tests up to 80 times, and each time, the cosmetics in the inner plate are not damaged, such as "crack" or "chip", The lid was opened and checked, and the number of drops leading to damage was counted. The inner plate is replaced with a new one every time a drop test is performed, regardless of whether the cosmetic is damaged or not. Then, in Test 1, a sample whose number of drops exceeded 60 times was determined to be “suitable”, and a sample whose number of drops was 60 times was determined to be “unsuitable”. In Tests 2 and 3, those falling more than 5 times were regarded as “suitable”, and those falling up to 5 times as “unsuitable”. Further, in Test 4, a sample whose number of times of drop exceeded 4 times was “suitable”, and a sample whose number of drops was up to 4 times was “unsuitable”.

From the above results, it can be seen that all of the products of Examples 1 to 6 have the evaluation criteria set to “suitable” for falling in any direction and have excellent impact resistance. In Test 4 by free fall, the corners of the cosmetic container were liable to receive a large impact, but in the product of Example 7 in which the notch was provided in the inner case, the effect was small, and particularly excellent impact resistance was obtained. It is understood that it has the property. On the other hand, it can be seen that Comparative Example 1, which does not use the inner plate storage case, cannot meet the set evaluation criteria, and that the cosmetic is particularly liable to be damaged by dropping in the vertical and horizontal side directions. Further, the product of Comparative Example 2 in which the thickness of the “ground” of the inner plate storage case is 1.5 mm has almost no flexibility in the inner plate storage case and low impact resistance. It turns out that it is easily damaged.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention can be used for a cosmetic container in which an inner plate is housed via an inner plate housing case having excellent impact resistance.
