Description

The present invention relates to a temporary fixing bracket for a sliding bearing, for example, which connects a lower shoe and an upper shoe when transporting a sliding bearing device used for a seismic isolation structure or the like and restricts relative movement of the upper shoe with respect to the lower shoe. The present invention relates to a sliding bearing device using the same and a method for temporarily fixing the sliding bearing device.

Conventionally, for example, between a pier and a main girder of a bridge, or between a foundation and a building of a high-rise building, a lower shoe fixed to a lower structure such as a pier or a foundation, a main girder, A sliding structure that consists of an upper shoe that is fixed to an upper structure such as a building, and that allows the lower and upper shoe to slide with the contact surface between the lower and upper shoe as a sliding surface. A bearing device is provided (see Patent Document 1).

In such a sliding bearing device, the relative position of the upper shoe to the lower shoe is determined so that the relative position of the upper structure to the lower structure does not shift. For this reason, the sliding bearing device is often shipped and transported with the relative position of the upper shoe relative to the lower shoe adjusted in advance.

Therefore, there has been proposed a temporary fixing bracket for sliding support for connecting and temporarily fixing the lower and upper shoes in a state where the relative position of the upper and lower shoes is adjusted.
For example, Patent Literature 1 discloses that a flange having a through hole 8 through which a temporary fixing bolt 10 screwed to a side surface of a base spot 2 (upper shoe) and a side surface of a base plate 3 (lower shoe) can be inserted has a T-shaped cross section. A temporary fixing metal fitting 1 (temporary fixing metal fitting for sliding support) provided at both ends of a main body 5 in a shape of a letter is described.

According to Patent Literature 1, when the sliding bearing device is shipped and transported, the temporary fixing bracket 1 can restrict the upper shoe from sliding relative to the lower shoe, and the relative position of the upper shoe to the lower shoe is adjusted. It is said that you can maintain.

Further, the temporary fixing bracket 1 of Patent Document 1 includes an upper support plate 11 that presses the side surface of the upper shoe and a lower support plate 12 that presses the side surface of the lower shoe with a position adjusting bolt 14 screwed to the flange. Have. For this reason, the temporary fixing bracket 1 of Patent Literature 1 makes it possible to finely adjust the relative position of the upper shoe with respect to the lower shoe by rotating the position adjusting bolt 14.

By the way, the slide bearing device may be fixed to another upper structure by, for example, changing the relative position of the upper shoe with respect to the lower shoe. That is, even if the upper structure and the lower structure are different, the sliding bearing device may be shared by merely making the relative positions of the lower shoe and the upper shoe different. In the case of such a sliding bearing device, the lower shoe and the upper shoe are temporarily fixed while being adjusted to a relative position corresponding to the upper structure and the lower structure.

However, in this case, the interval between the fixed portion of the upper shoe and the fixed portion of the lower shoe to which the temporary fixing bracket for sliding support is fixed is different depending on the relative position between the lower shoe and the upper shoe. For this reason, in the conventional sliding support temporary fixing bracket, the relative position of the lower shoe and the upper shoe cannot be shared for the connection of the lower shoe and the upper shoe in the sliding bearing device different from each other, and the fixed portion of the upper shoe is not fixed. It was necessary to prepare a plurality of types of temporary fixing brackets for sliding bearings according to the distance between the lower part and the fixed part of the lower shoe.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and has an interval between the fixed portion of the upper shoe and the fixed portion of the lower shoe. It is an object of the present invention to provide a sliding bearing device using the same and a method for temporarily fixing the sliding bearing device.

The present invention comprises a lower shoe fixed to a lower structure and an upper shoe fixed to an upper structure, and a sliding surface on which a contact surface of the lower shoe and the upper shoe can slide. A temporary fixing bracket for sliding support for connecting and temporarily fixing the lower shoe and the upper shoe in a plurality of locations in the sliding bearing device constituted by: and fixed to a fixed portion of the lower shoe. A first fixing member having a first fixing portion at one end and a substantially flat first flat plate portion at the other end, and a second fixing portion fixed to the fixed portion of the upper shoe at one end; A second fixing member having a substantially flat second flat plate portion at the other end is connected to the first flat plate portion and the second flat plate portion, and along a direction substantially parallel to the sliding surface. A connection means capable of adjusting an interval between the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion is provided.

The fixed portion of the lower shoe and the fixed portion of the upper shoe are a fixed portion formed on a surface facing the lower shoe and the upper shoe, or a fixed portion formed on a side surface of the upper shoe and the lower shoe. And so on.
The first flat plate portion and the second flat plate portion have a thickness in a direction substantially perpendicular to a sliding surface of the sliding bearing device, or a direction substantially parallel to the sliding surface of the sliding bearing device. It may be a flat plate having a thickness.

The connection means may be a plurality of insertion holes formed in the first flat plate portion and the second flat plate portion, a bolt inserted into the insertion hole, and a nut to which the bolt is screwed. The bolt may be a hexagonal bolt, stud bolt, eye bolt, U bolt, or the like.
Alternatively, the connecting means includes a holding member that holds the first flat plate portion and the second flat plate portion in a state where the uneven portions are formed on the facing surface portions of the first flat plate portion and the second flat plate portion, and the uneven portions are engaged with each other. And so on.

According to the present invention, it is possible to share the upper and lower shoes in a sliding bearing device in which the distance between the fixed portion of the upper shoe and the fixed portion of the lower shoe is different.
Specifically, the temporary fixing fitting for sliding support causes the gap between the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion in a direction intersecting the sliding surface by the connecting means for connecting the first flat plate portion and the second flat plate portion. The distance between the first fixed portion and the second fixed portion in a direction substantially parallel to the sliding surface can be easily adjusted without changing.

Further, the distance between the fixed portion of the lower shoe and the fixed portion of the upper shoe is more accurate in a direction substantially parallel to the sliding surface than in a crossing direction intersecting the sliding surface, for example. Easy to measure.
For this reason, for example, in the case of a connecting means capable of adjusting the distance between the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion along the intersecting direction intersecting with the sliding surface, the first fixing portion of the temporary fixing bracket for sliding support is used. There is a problem that it is difficult to adjust the interval between the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion to a desired interval.

On the other hand, since the distance between the first fixed portion and the second fixed portion can be adjusted along a direction substantially parallel to the sliding surface, the connecting means reduces the distance between the first fixed portion and the second fixed portion. It can be precisely and easily adjusted to the desired spacing.

Thereby, the temporary fixing bracket for the sliding bearing can be applied not only to the sliding bearing device in which the interval between the fixed portion of the upper shoe and the fixed portion of the lower shoe is different, but also to the upper and lower shoe of the sliding bearing device. Can be connected in a desired relative position.

Furthermore, for example, in the case of a configuration in which a first flat plate portion and a second flat plate portion having a thickness in a direction substantially parallel to the sliding surface of the slide bearing device are fastened and fixed with bolts and nuts, In addition, the opposing surface portions of the first flat plate portion and the second flat plate portion can intersect with the rotation direction of the upper shoe whose rotation axis is a direction substantially orthogonal to the sliding surface.

For this reason, when transporting the sliding bearing device using a vehicle, a crane, or the like, even when the load of the upper shoe in the rotating direction is applied to the connecting means, the temporary fixing bracket for the sliding bearing does not have a sliding surface. Can prevent bolts and nuts from loosening.

Accordingly, the temporary fixing bracket for sliding support is formed by connecting means capable of adjusting the distance between the first fixing portion fixed to the lower shoe and the second fixing portion fixed to the upper shoe. It can be commonly used for connecting the upper and lower shoes in a sliding bearing device having a different distance from the fixed portion of the shoe.

As an aspect of the present invention, the first flat plate portion and the second flat plate portion may be formed in a substantially flat plate shape having a thickness in a direction substantially perpendicular to the sliding surface.
According to the present invention, the temporary fixing bracket for sliding bearing can maintain the connected state in which the upper and lower shoes are connected until the sliding bearing device is fixed to the upper structure and the lower structure.

Specifically, for example, the end of the first flat plate and the end of the second flat plate which have a thickness in a direction substantially parallel to the sliding surface of the slide bearing device are higher than the upper shoe. When projecting to the structure side, the end of the first flat plate portion and the end of the second flat plate portion interfere with the upper structure. Until the upper shoe and the lower shoe are connected, the connected state cannot be maintained.

On the other hand, the provision of the first flat plate portion and the second flat plate portion having a thickness in a direction substantially perpendicular to the sliding surface of the slide bearing device makes it possible to temporarily fix the sliding bearing. The first flat plate portion and the second flat plate portion can be suppressed from protruding toward the upper structure side from the upper shoe.

For this reason, the temporary fixing bracket for the sliding bearing can prevent interference between the first flat plate portion and the second flat plate portion and the upper structure, and hinder the fixing of the sliding bearing device to the upper structure and the lower structure. There is no.
Therefore, the temporary fixing bracket for sliding bearing is provided on the upper structure and the lower structure by the substantially flat first and second flat plate portions having a thickness in a direction substantially perpendicular to the sliding surface. Until the device is fixed, the upper shoe and the lower shoe can be maintained in a connected state.

As an aspect of the present invention, the first flat portion of the first fixing member may be formed at a position offset toward the upper shoe with respect to the first fixing portion.
The shape in which the first flat plate portion is offset to the upper shoe side means, for example, a shape bent in a crank shape, a shape bent in a Z shape, or the like.

According to the present invention, the sliding support temporary fixing bracket can secure a predetermined space between the lower shoe and the first flat plate portion. For this reason, the temporary fixing metal fitting for sliding support can easily secure a work space for adjusting the distance between the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion in a state where the lower shoe and the upper shoe are connected.

Alternatively, for example, when a substantially flat second fixing member having a thickness in a direction substantially perpendicular to the sliding surface is fixed to the surface of the upper shoe opposed to the lower shoe, the temporary fixing bracket for sliding support is Thus, a work space for attaching and detaching the second fixing member can be secured.
This makes it possible to improve the workability of the temporary fixing fitting for sliding support by adjusting the distance between the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion by the connecting means and attaching and detaching the second fixing member.

In addition, by replacing the first fixing member with a first fixing member having a different distance between the first fixing portion and the first flat plate portion in a direction substantially orthogonal to the sliding surface, the temporary fixing metal fitting for sliding support is substantially parallel to the sliding surface. It is possible to easily adjust the distance between the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion in a direction substantially perpendicular to the sliding surface as well as in the proper direction.

Further, or when, for example, the second fixing member is a substantially flat plate having a thickness in a direction substantially perpendicular to the sliding surface, the temporary fixing bracket for sliding support includes a first fixing member bent in a crank shape, The number of bent portions of the second fixing member can be reduced as compared with the temporary fixing bracket for sliding bearing constituted by the second fixing member bent in a crank shape and the connecting means.

Accordingly, the sliding support temporary fixing bracket can improve the rigidity of the second fixing member. For this reason, when the load of the upper shoe is applied to the temporary fixing fitting for sliding support due to the rocking caused by transportation using, for example, a vehicle or a crane, it is possible to prevent the deformation of the second fixing member.

Therefore, the temporary fixing bracket for sliding bearing can improve the workability and the rigidity of the second fixing member at the same time, and can fix the fixed portion of the upper shoe and the fixed portion of the lower shoe in a direction substantially perpendicular to the sliding surface. It can also be used to connect the upper and lower shoes of the sliding bearing device with different distances from the fixed part.

Further, as an aspect of the present invention, the first fixing member and the second fixing member are configured so that the first flat plate portion and the second flat plate portion are formed in a superimposable shape. The first insertion hole formed in the first flat plate portion, the second insertion hole formed in the second flat plate portion, the first insertion hole, and the second insertion hole through the second insertion hole. It can be composed of a first fixing member and a bolt and a nut for fastening and fixing the second fixing member.

The first insertion hole and the second insertion hole may have a substantially circular shape, a substantially oblong shape long in a direction substantially parallel to the sliding surface, or the like. Furthermore, a plurality of first insertion holes and second insertion holes can be provided at predetermined intervals along a direction substantially parallel to the sliding surface.

According to the present invention, the temporary fixing fitting for sliding support not only facilitates the connection between the first flat plate portion and the second flat plate portion, but also facilitates the adjustment of the interval between the first fixed portion and the second fixed portion. be able to.

Further, the connection means can make the interval between the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion in a direction substantially parallel to the sliding surface substantially the same between the plurality of temporary fixing brackets for sliding support. For this reason, for example, when arranging the upper shoe approximately at the center of the lower shoe, the temporary fixing bracket for sliding support can easily connect the upper shoe and the lower shoe at a desired relative position.

Therefore, the temporary fixing fitting for sliding support can more easily adjust the interval between the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion in a direction substantially parallel to the sliding surface, and can also displace the relative position between the lower and upper shoe. And the upper shoe and the lower shoe can be connected.

Further, as an aspect of the present invention, at least three first insertion holes are provided at predetermined intervals in a direction substantially parallel to the sliding surface, and the second insertion hole is provided with respect to the sliding surface. At least three bolts are provided at predetermined intervals in a substantially parallel direction, and the first flat plate portion and the second flat plate portion are provided with two sets of the bolts through the first insertion hole and the second insertion hole. And a configuration in which the nut is fastened and fixed.

It is arranged in.

As shown in FIG. 1, such a sliding bearing device 1 is mounted on a lower shoe 10 fixed to a lower structure 2, at a predetermined position on the upper surface of the lower shoe 10, and fixed to an upper structure 3. And the upper shoe 20 to be used.

Further, the slide bearing device 1 uses the contact portion between the lower shoe 10 and the upper shoe 20 (the contact portion between a smooth surface 12a of the lower shoe 10 and a smooth surface 22a of the upper shoe 20 described later) as a sliding surface. It is configured to be slidable in a direction along a plane, that is, in a horizontal direction.

More specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the lower shoe 10 includes a base plate 11 having a substantially square shape in a plan view mounted and fixed to the lower structure 2, and a slide plate 12 mounted and fixed on the upper surface of the base plate 11. are doing.

On the other hand, the upper shoe 20 is fixed to the upper structure 3 while being placed substantially at the center of the lower shoe 10 in plan view. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the upper shoe 20 includes a bay spot 21 fixed to the upper structure 3, and a bearing 22 mounted and fixed to a lower surface of the bay spot 21.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the base pot 21 is made of, for example, steel such as SS400 or stainless steel, and extends downward from the pot upper part 211 fixed to the upper structure 3. And the pot lower part 212 is formed integrally.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the pot upper part 211 has an outer diameter smaller than that of the slide plate 12 of the lower shoe 10, and is formed in a substantially disk shape having a predetermined thickness in the vertical direction. Twelve bolt insertion holes 21a into which the fixing bolts 6 to be screwed into the upper structure 3 are inserted, and temporary fixing bolts 7 for fixing the temporary fixing brackets 30 to be described later are screwed into the pot upper part 211. And two temporary fixing screw holes 21b.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the bolt insertion holes 21 a are formed at regular intervals along the circumferential direction of the pot upper part 211.
As shown in FIG. 3, the temporary fixing screw holes 21 b are arranged at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the pot upper part 211 so as to be located between the bolt insertion holes 21 a adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction of the pot upper part 211. Has formed.

As shown in FIG. 3, the pot lower part 212 has a substantially cylindrical shape having an outer diameter smaller than that of the pot upper part 211, and is integrally formed so as to be disposed substantially coaxially with the pot upper part 211. An elastic piston (not shown) made of, for example, synthetic rubber is fitted in the inside of the pot lower part 212.

As shown in FIG. 3, the bearing 22 has a substantially circular shape in bottom view smaller than the pot lower part 212 of the base spot 21 and is attached to a lower surface of a piston disposed inside the pot lower part 212. The bearing 22 has a self-lubricating property and a substantially sheet-like shape having a smooth surface 22a having a low coefficient of friction, and is made of a filled PTFE material or a polyamide material having high compressive strength.

The upper shoe 20 having the above-described configuration is placed on the lower shoe 10 in a state where a position in a rotation direction about a vertical direction as a rotation center is located at a desired position. Then, the sliding bearing device 1 is shipped and transported in a state where the relative positions of the lower shoe 10 and the upper shoe 20 are adjusted.

For example, as shown in FIG. 4, the upper shoe 20 is placed on the lower shoe 10 in a state where the screw holes 21 b for temporarily fixing the upper shoe 20 are located on a diagonal line of the lower shoe 10 in plan view. The position of the upper shoe 20 with respect to the lower shoe 10 is defined as a first predetermined position.

Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 5, the upper shoe 20 is opposite to the first predetermined position in plan view such that the bolt insertion hole 21 a of the upper shoe 20 is located on a diagonal line of the lower shoe 10 in plan view. The upper shoe 20 is placed on the lower shoe 10 while being rotated clockwise by 15 °. The position of the upper shoe 20 with respect to the lower shoe 10 is defined as a second predetermined position.

As described above, even if the lower bearing 10 and the upper shoe 20 have the same shape and the same size, the sliding bearing device 1 can change the position of the upper shoe 20 in the rotation direction to thereby lower the lower shoe 10. The space between the temporary fixing screw hole 11c and the temporary fixing screw hole 21b of the upper shoe 20 can be made different.

The distance between the temporary fixing screw hole 21b of the upper shoe 20 and the temporary fixing screw hole 11c of the lower shoe 10 in plan view is smaller than that in the case where the upper shoe 20 is located at the first predetermined position. It is assumed that the case where 20 is located at the second predetermined position is longer.

Next, the temporary fixing bracket 30 in the present embodiment will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.

FIG. 8 is an exploded perspective view of the temporary fixing bracket 30 at the second fixing portion interval L2, and FIG. 9 is an explanatory diagram illustrating the interval between the first fixing portion 311 and the second fixing portion 321 in the longitudinal direction X. Is shown.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the temporary fixing bracket 30 in the present embodiment includes a temporary fixing screw hole 21 b of the upper shoe 20 located at the first predetermined position or the second predetermined position, and the lower shoe 10. And the temporary fixing screw hole 11c.

In a plan view, along a virtual straight line that connects the temporary fixing screw hole 21b of the upper shoe 20 and the temporary fixing screw hole 11c of the lower shoe 10, a direction substantially parallel to the sliding surface of the slide bearing device 1 is defined. In the longitudinal direction X, the temporary fixing screw hole 21b side of the upper shoe 20 in the longitudinal direction X is inward, and the temporary fixing screw hole 11c side of the lower shoe 10 in the longitudinal direction X is outward. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the first fixing member 31 has a predetermined thickness in the vertical direction, and has a substantially band-shaped flat plate having an upper surface and a lower surface that are substantially parallel to the sliding surface of the slide bearing device 1. , And are formed in a shape that is bent substantially in a crank shape. The first fixing member 31 is formed of a steel material such as SS400 or stainless steel.

Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the first fixing member 31 includes a first fixing portion 311 having a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view, which is fixed to the upper surface of the base plate 11, and a first fixing portion 311. An extending portion 312 extending inward in the longitudinal direction X upward, and a plan view longer than the first fixing portion 311 from an upper end of the extending portion 312 inward in the longitudinal direction X. It is integrally formed with the first flat plate portion 313 extending in a rectangular shape.

The three insertion holes are a first lower insertion hole 313a, a second lower insertion hole 313b, and a third lower insertion hole 313c in order from the inner side in the longitudinal direction X.

6 and 7, the second fixing member 32 has a predetermined thickness in the vertical direction and has an upper surface and a lower surface that are substantially parallel to the sliding surface of the slide bearing device 1 in plan view. It is formed in a substantially rectangular substantially flat plate shape. The second fixing member 32 is formed of, for example, a steel material such as SS400 or stainless steel.

It is integrally formed with the second flat plate portion 322 extending outward in the longitudinal direction X.

As shown in FIG. 7, the second fixing portion 321 has one bolt insertion hole 321 a through which the temporary fixing bolt 7 screwed into the temporary fixing screw hole 21 b of the base spot 21 is inserted.

Here, the distance between the bolt insertion hole 311a of the first fixing portion 311 and the bolt insertion hole 321a of the second fixing portion 321 in the longitudinal direction X is such that the screw hole for temporarily fixing the upper shoe 20 located at the first predetermined position. An interval that is substantially equal to the interval in plan view of the temporary fixing screw holes 11c of the lower shoe 10 and the temporary shoe 21b is defined as a first fixing portion interval L1 (see FIG. 9A).

The distance between the bolt insertion hole 311a of the first fixing portion 311 and the bolt insertion hole 321a of the second fixing portion 321 in the longitudinal direction X is such that the temporary fixing screw hole 21b of the upper shoe 20 located at the second predetermined position. An interval that is substantially equal to the interval of the temporary fixing screw holes 11c of the lower shoe 10 in plan view is defined as a second fixing portion interval L2 (see FIG. 9B).

As shown in FIG. 7 to FIG. 9, the second flat plate portion 322 is in a state where the interval between the first fixing portion 311 and the second fixing portion 321 is the first fixing portion interval L1 or the second fixing portion interval L2. , The first fixing member 31 extends from the second fixing portion 321 on the upper surface of the first flat plate portion 313 so as to be overlapped with the length in the longitudinal direction X.

As shown in FIG. 7, three insertion holes through which the connecting bolts 33 are inserted are formed on the outer side of the second flat plate portion 322 in the longitudinal direction X, along the longitudinal direction X. The three insertion holes are referred to as a first upper insertion hole 322a, a second upper insertion hole 322b, and a third upper insertion hole 322c in order from the outer side in the longitudinal direction X.

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 9A, the first upper insertion hole 322a is in a state in which the distance between the first fixing portion 311 and the second fixing portion 321 in the longitudinal direction X is the first fixing portion interval L1. An opening is formed at a position communicating with the third lower insertion hole 313c of the first fixing member 31.

The third upper insertion hole 322c is formed at a position where the distance from the first upper insertion hole 322a is shorter than the distance between the first lower insertion hole 313a and the third lower insertion hole 313c in the longitudinal direction X. I have.

More specifically, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9B, the third upper insertion hole 322c is formed such that the distance between the first fixing part 311 and the second fixing part 321 in the longitudinal direction X is equal to the distance between the second fixing part. In the state of L2, an opening is formed at a position communicating with the first lower insertion hole 313a of the first fixing member 31.

As shown in FIGS. 7 to 9, the second upper insertion hole 322 b is formed in a substantially elliptical shape in plan view, which is long in the longitudinal direction X. The second upper insertion hole 322b has an insertion hole opened at a position communicating with the second lower insertion hole 313b when the third lower insertion hole 313c and the first upper insertion hole 322a communicate with each other, and a first lower insertion hole. In a state where the hole 313a and the third upper insertion hole 322c communicate with each other, an insertion hole opened at a position communicating with the second lower insertion hole 313b is formed by integrally opening.

Then, when mounting on the slide bearing device 1 in which the upper shoe 20 is located at the first predetermined position, as shown in FIG. The other connecting bolt 33 is inserted through the insertion hole 313c and the first upper insertion hole 322a, and is inserted into the second lower insertion hole 313b and the second upper insertion hole 322b on the inner side in the longitudinal direction X. The first fixing member 31 and the second fixing member 32 are connected.

In addition, when the temporary mounting bracket 30 is mounted on the sliding bearing device 1 in which the upper shoe 20 is located at the second predetermined position, as shown in FIG. The other connecting bolt 33 is inserted through the insertion hole 313a and the third upper insertion hole 322c, and is inserted outside the second lower insertion hole 313b and the second upper insertion hole 322b in the longitudinal direction X. The first fixing member 31 and the second fixing member 32 are connected.

That is, the first lower insertion hole 313a, the second lower insertion hole 313b, and the third lower insertion hole 313c of the first fixing member 31, and the first upper insertion hole 322a and the second upper insertion hole 322b of the second fixing member 32. , And the third upper through-hole 322c, the two sets of connecting bolts 33, and the connecting nuts 34, the temporary fixing bracket 30 moves along the longitudinal direction X, which is substantially horizontal to the sliding surface of the slide bearing device 1, A connecting means capable of adjusting an interval between the first fixing portion 311 and the second fixing portion 321 is configured.

The temporary fixing bracket 30 in which the distance between the first fixing portion 311 and the second fixing portion 321 is adjusted as described above is used for the upper shoe 20 and the lower shoe 10 located at the first predetermined position or the second predetermined position. And are temporarily fixed.

The temporary fixing bracket 30 having the above-described configuration includes the upper shoe 20 and the lower shoe in the sliding bearing device 1 in which the distance between the temporary fixing screw hole 21b of the upper shoe 20 and the temporary fixing screw hole 11c of the lower shoe 10 is different. Can be shared for 10 connections.

Specifically, the temporary fixing bracket 30 is connected to the first fixing part 311 and the second fixing part 321 in a direction intersecting the sliding surface by a connecting means for connecting the first flat part 311 and the second flat part 321. Can be easily adjusted without changing the distance between the first fixing portion 311 and the second fixing portion 321 in a direction substantially parallel to the sliding surface.

Further, the interval between the temporary fixing screw hole 11c of the lower shoe 10 and the temporary fixing screw hole 21b of the upper shoe 20 is substantially parallel to the sliding surface, for example, as compared with the cross direction intersecting the sliding surface. Direction is easier to measure more accurately.

For this reason, for example, in the case of a connecting means capable of adjusting the distance between the first fixing portion 311 and the second fixing portion 321 along the intersecting direction intersecting the sliding surface, the first fixing portion in the temporary fixing bracket 30 There has been a problem that it is difficult to adjust the interval between 311 and second fixing portion 321 to a desired interval.

On the other hand, since the distance between the first fixing portion 311 and the second fixing portion 321 can be adjusted along a direction substantially parallel to the sliding surface, the connecting means is composed of the first fixing portion 311 and the second fixing portion 321. Can be accurately and easily adjusted to a desired interval.

Thereby, the temporary fixing bracket 30 can be applied not only to the sliding bearing device 1 in which the distance between the temporary fixing screw hole 21b of the upper shoe 20 and the temporary fixing screw hole 11c of the lower shoe 10 is different, but also to the sliding bearing device. The upper shoe 20 and the lower shoe 10 can be connected at a desired relative position.

Accordingly, the temporary fixing bracket 30 is temporarily fixed to the first fixing portion 311 fixed to the lower shoe 10 and the second fixing portion 321 fixed to the upper shoe 20 by a connecting means capable of adjusting the interval. The gap between the screw hole 21b for use and the screw hole 11c for temporary fixing of the lower shoe 10 can be used commonly for the connection of the upper shoe 20 and the lower shoe 10 in the sliding bearing device 1.

Further, the provision of the first flat plate portion 313 and the second flat plate portion 322 formed in a substantially flat plate shape having a thickness in the vertical direction allows the temporary fixing bracket 30 to slide on the upper structure 3 and the lower structure 2. Until the device 1 is fixed, the connected state in which the upper shoe 20 and the lower shoe 10 are connected can be maintained.

Specifically, for example, the end of the first flat plate and the end of the second flat plate having a thickness in the horizontal direction that is substantially parallel to the sliding surface of the slide bearing device 1 are connected to the upper shoe 20. In the case of protruding more upward, the end of the first flat plate portion and the end of the second flat plate portion interfere with the upper structure 3. Until the upper shoe 20 and the lower shoe 10 are connected, the connected state cannot be maintained.

On the other hand, the provision of the first flat plate portion 313 and the second flat plate portion 322 having a thickness in the vertical direction makes the temporary fixing metal fitting 30 upward from the upper shoe 20. And it can suppress that the 2nd flat plate part 322 protrudes.

For this reason, the temporary fixing bracket 30 can prevent the first flat plate portion 313 and the second flat plate portion 322 from interfering with the upper structure 3, and fix the slide bearing device 1 to the upper structure 3 and the lower structure 2. Does not hinder.

Therefore, in the temporary fixing bracket 30, the sliding bearing device 1 is fixed to the upper structure 3 and the lower structure 2 by the first flat plate portion 313 and the second flat plate portion 322 having a thickness in the vertical direction. Until then, the connected state in which the upper shoe 20 and the lower shoe 10 are connected can be maintained.

Further, a first fixing member having a substantially flat second fixing member 32 having a thickness in the vertical direction and a substantially flat first flat plate portion 313 formed at a position offset upward with respect to the first fixing portion 311. By the member 31, the temporary fixing bracket 30 can secure a predetermined space between the lower shoe 10 and the first flat plate portion 313.

For this reason, the temporary fixing bracket 30 can easily secure a work space for adjusting the interval between the first fixing portion 311 and the second fixing portion 321 in a state where the lower shoe 10 and the upper shoe 20 are connected. .
Further, the temporary fixing bracket 30 can secure a work space for attaching and detaching the second fixing member 32 fixed to the lower surface of the lower shoe 20.

Thereby, the temporary fixing bracket 30 can improve the workability of adjusting the distance between the first fixing portion 311 and the second fixing portion 321 by the connecting means and attaching and detaching the second fixing member 32.

In addition, by replacing the first fixing member 31 with a different distance between the first fixing portion 311 and the first flat plate portion 313 in the vertical direction, the temporary fixing bracket 30 is not only in the longitudinal direction X but also in the vertical direction. The distance between the first fixing part 311 and the second fixing part 321 can be easily adjusted.

Furthermore, the temporary fixing bracket 30 has a second fixing member 32 compared with a temporary fixing bracket including a first fixing member bent in a crank shape, a second fixing member bent in a crank shape, and a connecting means. Can be reduced.

Thereby, the temporary fixing bracket 30 can improve the rigidity of the second fixing member 32. For this reason, the temporary fixing bracket 30 can prevent the second fixing member 32 from being deformed when the load of the upper shoe 20 is applied by the rocking caused by the transportation using, for example, a vehicle or a crane.

Therefore, the temporary fixing bracket 30 can improve the workability and the rigidity of the second fixing member 32 at the same time, and can also provide the temporary fixing screw hole 21b of the upper shoe 20 and the temporary fixing screw of the lower shoe 10 in the vertical direction. It can also be used for the connection of the upper shoe 20 and the lower shoe 10 of the sliding bearing device 1 having different distances from the hole 11c.

Also, a first lower insertion hole 313a, a second lower insertion hole 313b, and a third lower insertion hole 313c formed in the first flat plate portion 313, and a first upper insertion hole formed in the second flat plate portion 322. 322a, the second upper insertion hole 322b, and the third upper insertion hole 322c, and two sets of the connection bolts 33 and the connection nuts 34, constitute the connection means. By changing the combination, the distance between the first fixing portion 311 and the second fixing portion 321 in the longitudinal direction X can be easily adjusted by switching.

Further, the connecting means can make the interval between the first fixing portion 311 and the second fixing portion 321 in the longitudinal direction X substantially the same between the plurality of temporary fixing brackets 30. For this reason, when arranging the upper shoe 20 substantially at the center of the lower shoe 10, the temporary fixing bracket 30 can easily connect the upper shoe 20 and the lower shoe 10 at a desired relative position.

Therefore, the temporary fixing bracket 30 can more easily adjust the distance between the first fixing portion 311 and the second fixing portion 321 in the longitudinal direction X, and further suppresses the relative position shift between the lower and upper shoes 10. Thus, the upper shoe 20 and the lower shoe 10 can be connected.

In addition, the lower shoe 10 and the upper shoe 20 are connected at a plurality of positions by the above-described temporary fixing bracket 30, so that the relative position between the lower shoe 10 and the upper shoe 20 is adjusted to a desired position. In the above, the sliding support device 1 in which the lower shoe 10 and the upper shoe 20 are temporarily fixed can be configured.

In addition, although the sliding support device 1 has the upper shoe 20 disposed substantially at the center of the lower shoe 10 in plan view, the present invention is not limited to this, and a position offset by a predetermined distance from the substantially center of the lower shoe 10 in plan view. It is good also as a sliding bearing device which arranged upper shoe 20 in. In this case, the lower shoe 10 and the upper shoe 20 are connected by combining temporary fixing brackets 30 having different intervals between the first fixing portion 311 and the second fixing portion 321 in the longitudinal direction X.

In addition, the lower shoe 10 and the upper shoe 20 are connected by the four temporary fixing brackets 30. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and a configuration in which at least two or more, more preferably three or more temporary fixing brackets 30 are connected. I just need.
Further, the first fixing member 31 is fixed to the upper surface of the base plate 11 in the lower shoe 10, but is not limited thereto, and may be a first fixing member fixed to the side surface of the base plate 11.
Further, the second fixing member 32 is fixed to the bottom surface of the pot upper part 211 in the upper shoe 20. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the second fixing member 32 may be fixed to the side surface of the pot upper part 211.

Further, the second fixing member 32 has the second upper insertion hole 322b having a substantially elliptical shape in plan view, but is not limited to this, and the third lower insertion hole 313c and the first upper insertion hole 322a communicate with each other. In the state where the substantially circular insertion hole opened in a plan view and opened at a position communicating with the second lower insertion hole 313b, the first lower insertion hole 313a, and the third upper insertion hole 322c communicate with each other, the second lower insertion hole The second fixing member may have a substantially circular insertion hole in a plan view that is opened at a position communicating with 313b.

In addition, the first fixing member 31 and the second fixing member 32 are connected by using two sets of connecting bolts 33 and connecting nuts 34, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the first fixing member 31 or the second fixing member 32 may be connected. The first fixing member 31 and the second fixing member 32 may be connected by a stud bolt provided on one of them and a nut screwed to the stud bolt. Alternatively, the first fixing member 31 and the second fixing member 32 may be connected by using an eye bolt or a U bolt.

In addition, the temporary fixing bracket 30 that can adjust the interval between the first fixing portion 311 and the second fixing portion 321 in the longitudinal direction X to two types, that is, a first fixing portion interval L1 and a second fixing portion interval L2. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and a temporary fixture that can adjust the interval between the first fixing portion 311 and the second fixing portion 321 in the longitudinal direction X to three or more types of intervals may be used. Even in this case, it is preferable that the first fixing member 31 and the second fixing member 32 are connected using at least two sets of connection bolts 33 and connection nuts 34.

Further, the temporary fixing member 30 is formed by connecting the first fixing member 31 bent substantially in a crank shape and the second fixing member 32 having a substantially flat plate shape. However, the present invention is not limited to this. If the second flat plate portion 322 is configured to be superimposed on the first flat member 322, a temporary fixing bracket including a first fixing member and a second fixing member having appropriate shapes may be used.

For example, like the temporary fixing bracket 40 of FIG. 10A showing an explanatory view for explaining another temporary fixing bracket having a different first fixing member and second fixing member, a portion between the upper shoe 20 and the lower shoe 10 is used. The first flat plate portion 413 and the second flat plate portion 422 can be overlapped at substantially the center in the up-down direction in FIG. The configuration may be such that the first fixing member 41 is connected to the second fixing member 42 having a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view in which a portion between the second fixing portion 421 and the second flat plate portion 422 is bent in a substantially crank shape.

Alternatively, the first fixing portion 511 and the first flat plate portion, such as the temporary fixing bracket 50 in FIG. 10B showing an explanatory view illustrating another temporary fixing bracket having different first fixing members and second fixing members. The first fixing member 51 having an inclined portion 514 inclined between the first fixing member 513 and the second fixing member 52 having an inclined portion 523 inclined between the second fixing portion 521 and the second flat plate portion 522 are connected. It may be.

Also, the first lower insertion hole 313a, the second lower insertion hole 313b, and the third lower insertion hole 313c of the first fixing member 31, and the first upper insertion hole 322a and the second upper insertion hole 322b of the second fixing member 32. And the third upper insertion hole 322c, the connecting bolt 33 and the connecting nut 34, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the temporary fixing screw hole 11c of the lower shoe 10 and the temporary fixing of the upper shoe 20 are not limited thereto. Any suitable connection means may be used as long as the connection means can adjust the distance between the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion in the longitudinal direction X according to the distance between the screw holes 21b.

For example, the first fixing member 61 and the second fixing member 62 are connected via the intermediate member 63 like a temporary fixing metal 60 in FIG. May be connected.

In this case, the first fixed member 61 and the second fixed member 62 are in a state where the distance between the first fixed portion 611 and the second fixed portion 621 is the first fixed portion distance L1 or the second fixed portion distance L2. , The first flat plate portion 613 and the second flat plate portion 622 are formed with a length in the longitudinal direction X where they do not overlap.

Further, the temporary fixing bracket 60 has an insertion hole through which the connection bolt 64 for fastening the first flat plate portion 613 and the intermediate member 63 is inserted, and an insertion hole through which the connection bolt 64 fastening the second flat plate portion 622 and the intermediate member 63 is inserted. The hole is formed in a substantially circular shape in plan view.
Then, by replacing the intermediate member 63 with a different length in the longitudinal direction X, the temporary fixing bracket 60 adjusts the distance between the first fixing portion 611 and the second fixing portion 621 in the longitudinal direction X.

That is, the temporary fixing bracket 60 includes the first fixing member 61 and the first fixing member 61 with the insertion hole of the first flat plate portion 613, the insertion hole of the second flat plate portion 622, the intermediate member 63, the connection bolt 64, and the connection nut 65. A connecting means for connecting the second fixing member 62 is formed. Thereby, the temporary fixing bracket 60 can adjust the distance between the first fixing portion 611 and the second fixing portion 621 in the longitudinal direction X.

Alternatively, like the temporary fixing bracket 70 of FIG. 11B showing an explanatory view for explaining another temporary fixing bracket having a different connecting means, the first temporary fixing bracket 70 is disposed substantially at the center in the vertical direction between the upper and lower shoes 20 and 10. A first fixing member 71 having a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view in which the first flat portion 711 and the first flat portion 713 are bent into a substantially crank shape so that the flat plate portion 713 and the second flat plate portion 722 can be superimposed; The configuration may be such that an appropriate holding member 73 is used to connect the second fixing member 721 and the second fixing member 72 having a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view in which the space between the second fixing portion 721 and the second flat plate portion 722 is bent substantially in a crank shape.

Further, on the upper surface of the first flat plate portion 713 of the temporary fixing bracket 70, a lower uneven portion 714 which is an uneven portion continuous in the longitudinal direction X is formed. On the other hand, on the lower surface of the second flat plate portion 722, an upper uneven portion 723 which is continuous along the longitudinal direction X and which can be engaged with the lower uneven portion 714 is formed.

Then, the temporary fixing bracket 70 adjusts the interval between the first fixing portion 711 and the second fixing portion 721 in the longitudinal direction X by changing the engagement position between the lower uneven portion 714 and the upper uneven portion 723.

That is, the temporary fixing bracket 70 includes the lower part 714 of the first flat part 713, the upper part 723 of the second flat part 722, and the holding member 73, and the first fixing member 71 and the second fixing member 72. Are connected to each other. Thereby, the temporary fixing bracket 70 can adjust the distance between the first fixing portion 711 and the second fixing portion 721 in the longitudinal direction X.

Further, the first flat plate portion 313 and the second flat plate portion 322 having a thickness in the vertical direction are connected to each other, but the present invention is not limited to this. It may be configured to be connected.

For example, like the temporary fixing bracket 80 of FIG. 12 showing an explanatory view illustrating another temporary fixing bracket having a different first flat plate portion and second flat plate portion, the first fixing portion 811 is twisted by 90 °. The first fixing member 81 having the formed first flat plate portion 813 may be connected to the second fixing member 82 having the second flat plate portion 822 formed by twisting the second fixing portion 821 by 90 °. Good.

Even in this case, the temporary fixing bracket 80 can adjust the distance between the first fixing portion 811 and the second fixing portion 821 along a horizontal direction substantially parallel to the sliding surface of the slide bearing device 1. it can. Furthermore, the temporary fixing bracket 80 can make the opposing surface portions of the first flat plate portion 813 and the second flat plate portion 822 intersect with the rotation direction of the upper shoe 20 about the vertical direction as the rotation axis.

For this reason, when the sliding bearing device 1 is transported using a crane or the like, even if the load of the upper shoe 20 in the rotating direction is applied to the connecting means, the temporary fixing bracket 80 is connected by the seat slide. Looseness of the bolt 83 and the connection nut can be prevented.

In addition, the first flat plate portion 313 and the second flat plate portion 322 are connected by using two sets of the connection bolts 33 and the connection nuts 34. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and any one of the first flat plate portion and the second flat plate portion is used. It is also possible to provide an insertion hole through which the connecting bolt is inserted and a projection projecting toward the other, and an insertion hole through which the connecting bolt is inserted and an insertion hole through which the projection is inserted.
