Description
Claims (15)
- 自由端部(3)を有するシャンク(2、2’、2’’)と、
前記シャンク(2、2’、2’’)を通って前記自由端部(3)に延び、長手軸(C)と、チャネルを外側と接続する前記シャンクの壁部内の少なくとも1つの開口部(9)とを有するチャネル(6、6’、6’’)とを備え、
前記チャネルを閉じることなく、前記チャネル内に導入される骨セメントまたは別の物質が前記自由端部(3)から漏れることを防ぐように前記チャネルの断面を絞る絞り部材(10、10’、10’’)が、前記自由端部(3)またはその近くの領域内において前記チャネル(6、6’、6’’)内に設けられ、
前記絞り部材(10、10’、10’’)は、互いから分離され、前記チャネル(6、6’、6’’)内に突出する自由端部(12a、12a’、12a’’)を有する、少なくとも2つの壁部部分(12、12’、12’’)を備え、
前記自由端部(12a)は、前記チャネル(6)の前記長手軸(C)から離れるように曲がっている、骨アンカー。 - 前記絞り部材(10、10’、10’’)は、前記絞り部材(10、10’、10’’)が前記チャネル(6、6’、6’’)を第1の断面へと絞る第1の構成から、前記絞り部材(10、10’、10’’)が前記チャネル(6、6’、6’’)を前記第1の断面よりも大きい第2の断面に絞る第2の構成へと、少なくとも部分的に弾性的に変形可能である、請求項1に記載の骨アンカー。
- 前記自由端部(12a、12a’、12a’’)は、前記シャンク(2、2’、2’’)の前記自由端部(3)から離れる方向を向く、請求項1に記載の骨アンカー。
- 前記自由端部(12a)は、前記シャンク(2)の前記自由端部(3)の方を向く、請求項1に記載の骨アンカー。
- 前記絞り部材(10)は、前記チャネル(6、6’)に挿入可能な別部品である、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の骨アンカー。
- 前記絞り部材(10)は、スリーブ状のピースである、請求項5に記載の骨アンカー。
- 前記スリーブ状のピースは前記チャネル内に圧入される、請求項6記載の骨アンカー。
- 前記自由端部(3)に隣接する前記チャネルのセクションは、前記セクションに隣接する前記チャネルの第2の断面よりも大きい第1の断面を有し、これによって収容スペース(7)を形成し、前記絞り部材(10)は、前記収容スペース(7)内に配置される、請求項5から7のいずれか1項に記載の骨アンカー。
- 前記絞り部材(10)の外の壁部部分と前記収容スペース(7)の内側壁部の間にスペースが設けられる、請求項8に記載の骨アンカー。
- 前記絞り部材(10’、10’’)は、前記シャンク(2’、2’’)の前記壁部とともに一体的な態様で形成される、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の骨アンカー。
- 前記絞り部材(10’)は、前記シャンク(2’)の前記壁部の切り取りによって形成される、請求項10に記載の骨アンカー。
- 前記絞り部材(10’’)は、前記チャネル(6’’)内に突出する、前記シャンク(2’’)の内側壁部の突出する壁部部分(12’’)として形成される、請求項9または10に記載の骨アンカー。
- 前記突出する壁部部分(12’’)は、積層造形法によって製造される、請求項12に記載の骨アンカー。
- 前記絞り部材(10、10’、10’’)は、ガイドワイヤ(100)をガイドするか器具がそこを通ることを可能とするように構成される、請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の骨アンカー。
- 前記絞り部材(10、10’、10’’)は、前記ガイドワイヤ(100)または前記器具がそこを通って延びるときに広がるように、かつ前記ガイドワイヤ(100)または前記器具が除去されるときに広がっていない構成に戻るように構成される、請求項14に記載の骨アンカー。
