Description

The present invention relates to a washing and drying machine that heats laundry and the like to remove ticks and the like.

Conventional washing and drying machines have a function of heating and drying laundry, and in addition to an operation method of continuously performing washing to drying, the laundry is heated to a predetermined temperature to remove ticks and the like. A configuration is adopted in which a dead mite carcass is efficiently removed from the laundry by performing a pre-drying process and then a washing process (for example, see Patent Document 1).

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 3-128078

However, in the above-mentioned conventional configuration, since the operating conditions are controlled in accordance with the result of the air flow detection by the air flow sensor, the pre-drying step for removing ticks and the like cannot be optimally performed. This is because the optimal drying control differs between the case where the temperature of the dry laundry is raised and the case where the temperature of the wet laundry is raised. That is, even for laundry of the same weight, since the bulk is smaller in the wet state than in the dry state, the heavy laundry and the small dry laundry are the same in the rotating tub. In the case of occupying a volume, there is a problem that the same air flow is detected and optimal drying control cannot be performed for each.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and has as its object to suppress unnecessary noise generation and energy consumption, and to efficiently perform predrying.

In order to solve the conventional problem, a washing and drying machine of the present invention includes a water tub for storing washing water, a rotary tub rotatably disposed in the water tub, a motor for driving the rotary tub, A drain provided in the lower part of the water tub, a drying means for drying the laundry, a blowing means for blowing hot air into the rotary tub, and washing and drying in a series of steps of washing, rinsing, dehydrating and drying Control means for controlling the operation, the control means having a pre-drying step of killing ticks and the like by blowing warm air to the laundry in the rotating tub by the drying means prior to the washing step. Washing, rinsing, dehydrating, washing-drying operation in which drying is continuously operated, and pre-drying-drying operation in which washing, rinsing, and dehydrating operation are continuously performed after the pre-drying step is completed, The blowing means during the pre-drying step The rotational speed, is to set lower than the rotational speed of the air blowing means of the drying process of the washing-drying operation.

With such a configuration, generation of useless noise and energy consumption can be suppressed, and pre-drying can be performed efficiently.

Hereinafter, a washing and drying machine according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The following embodiments are examples embodying the present invention, and do not limit the technical scope of the present invention.

(Embodiment 1)
Hereinafter, Embodiment 1 of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a schematic structure of the washing / drying machine according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a time chart showing the operation of the washing / drying machine according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention.

In FIG. 1, a water tank 2 having a bottomed cylindrical shape is elastically supported in a housing 1. A rotating tank 4 having a bottomed cylindrical shape is rotatably disposed in the water tank 2. The rotation axis 10 of the rotary tub 4 substantially coincides with the cylindrical center line of the rotary tub 4 and also substantially coincides with the cylindrical center line of the water tub 2.

The water tank 2 and the rotary tank 4 are provided with openings 5 and 6 on the front side, respectively. With the opening 5 side of the water tank 2 facing the front of the housing 1, the rotation axis 10 of the rotation tank 4 is supported by being inclined upward (for example, 10 to 20 degrees) from the horizontal direction. By inclining the rotation axis 10 upward, a deep water storage state can be obtained on the bottom 11 side of the rotation tank 4 with a small amount of water, and water saving can be improved. However, the rotation axis 10 may be horizontal unless water saving is taken into consideration.

A door 7 that can be opened and closed is provided on the front surface of the housing 1 so as to face the opening 5 of the water tank 2 and the opening 6 of the rotating tank 4. The user can put laundry in and out of the rotary tub 4 by opening the door 7. Around the opening 5 of the water tank 2, there is provided a bellows 8, which is formed of a flexible elastic material such as rubber. When the door 7 is closed, one end of the bellows 8 is pressed against the inner surface of the door 7 to seal the opening 5 and the door 7.

A motor 9 for rotating and driving the rotary tub 4 is attached to the end face of the water tub 2 opposite to the opening 5. The rotor of the motor 9 is connected to the rotary tub 4 at a rotary axis 10 of the rotary tub 4, and the rotation of the motor 9 is transmitted to the rotary tub 4 by the rotary axis 10. A plurality of protrusions 12 are provided on the peripheral wall of the rotating tub 4 so as to protrude toward the rotation axis 10. As the rotating tub 4 rotates, the laundry is hooked by the protrusions 12 and lifted upward, and a stirring operation of dropping the laundry from a certain height is performed.

A plurality of small holes 13 are provided on the peripheral wall of the rotary tub 4 over the entire circumference. When the washing water in the water tub 2 accumulates at a predetermined water level, the washing water enters the rotary tub 4 from the small holes 13. It is configured as follows.

Above the water tank 2, a detergent container 14 for containing a detergent is provided. The detergent container 14 is connected to a water supply valve 15 that is connected to a tap of the tap, and supply and stop of tap water to the detergent container 14 are performed by opening and closing the water supply valve 15.

At the lower part of the inner bottom of the water tank 2, a concave drain groove 3 is provided. At the bottom of the drain groove 3 and near the lowermost point of the water tub 2, a drain port 17 for discharging the washing water in the water tub 2 is provided, and the washing water discharged from the drain port 17 is discharged to the outside of the housing 1. A drainage path 18 for guiding is provided. A drain valve 19 for opening and closing the drain path 18 is provided in the middle of the drain path 18.

The drain 3 is provided with a heater 3a for heating the washing water, and can heat the washing water to a desired temperature.

The water tub 2 is in communication with a drying unit for drying the laundry, and the drying unit includes a drying fan 20 as a blowing unit and a dehumidifying heating unit 21. In the drying step, the hot air, which has been dehumidified and heated and dried by the dehumidifying and heating means 21 by the action of the drying fan 20, flows through the air outlet 23 provided at the upper position on the back of the water tank 2 and the water tank 2 and the rotating tank. 4, and squirts toward the inside as shown by arrow a in FIG. After that, the dried warm air exchanges heat with the laundry in the rotating tub 4 to dry the laundry, and then becomes a wet and low-temperature state. Then, as shown by the arrow b, the process returns to the dehumidifying and heating means 21, and after being dehumidified, is heated again. This cycle is repeated. In addition, yarn waste generated from the laundry in the drying process is collected by the removable drying filter 22 and discarded by the user.

Although the air outlet 23 is formed in the upper part of the back surface of the water tank 2, it may be formed in any position of the upper half of the back surface of the water tank 2. Further, the air outlet 23 may be formed at the upper part of the periphery of the opening 6 of the rotary tub 4, or may be formed at any position in the upper half of the periphery of the opening 6.

In the housing 1, the heater 3a, the motor 9, the water supply valve 15, the drain valve 19, the drying fan 20, and the like are controlled, and the operations of the washing, rinsing, dehydrating, and drying processes are controlled based on a set program. Control means 25 is provided.

The operation and operation of the washing and drying machine configured as described above will be described below. FIG. 2 is a time chart showing the operation of the washing / drying machine according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention.

FIG. 2A is a time chart showing the operation of the washing / drying machine when the “washing-drying” operation is selected. When the user opens the door 7 and puts the laundry into the rotating tub 4 to start the operation, the control means 25 starts the washing process and detects the amount of the loaded laundry. Thereafter, the water supply valve 15 is opened, the washing water dissolves the laundry detergent stored in the detergent container 14, and the washing water is supplied into the water tub 2.

The washing water stored in the water tub 2 is detected by water level detection means 16 communicating with the lower part of the water tub 2. When the water amount set according to the amount of the laundry is accumulated, the control means 25 stops supplying water. The rotating tub 4 is driven to rotate forward and reverse by a motor 9, and the laundry stored in the rotating tub 4 is lifted in the rotation direction by the protrusions 12 and then falls, and the laundry is washed by the action of slap washing. Washed.

When a predetermined washing time has elapsed, the drain valve 19 is opened, and the washing water in the water tub 2 is drained through the drain passage 18. After the drainage is completed, washing water for rinsing is newly supplied, and the rinsing process is started. The operation of the rotating tub 4 in the rinsing step is the same as in the washing step.

When the rinsing step has been completed a predetermined number of times, the dewatering step is started, and the drain valve 19 is opened to drain the washing water for rinsing in the water tank 2. The rotating tub 4 rotates at a high speed, and the rinse water contained in the laundry is dehydrated. The dehydration step is performed for a predetermined time and the operation is terminated. When the "washing-drying" operation is selected, the drying step is performed following the dehydration step.

FIG. 2B is a time chart showing the operation of the washing / drying machine when the pre-drying operation for removing ticks or the like is selected prior to the “washing-dehydration” operation. When the user opens the door 7 and puts the laundry into the rotating tub 4 to start the operation, the control means 25 starts the pre-drying step. In the pre-drying step, the drying fan 20 and the dehumidifying and heating means 21 operate to supply the dried hot air into the water tank 2 and the rotary tank 4.

After a predetermined pre-drying time has elapsed, the washing process is started. The following is the same as the description of FIG.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the rotation speed of the drying fan 20 in the pre-drying step is set to be lower than the rotation speed of the drying fan 20 in the drying step during the continuous operation from washing to drying. Further, the rotation speed of the drying fan 20 in the pre-drying step is set substantially equal to the rotation speed of the drying fan 20 in the drying step only in the drying operation.

In the present embodiment, for example, the number of revolutions of the drying fan 20 during the pre-drying step is set to 4300 rpm, and the number of revolutions of the drying fan 20 during the drying step of the washing to drying continuous operation is set to 4800 rpm. The rotation speed of the drying fan 20 in the drying step of the operation only is set to 4300 rpm.

In the pre-drying step, dry laundry, for example, a blanket or the like is thrown in. However, since the laundry is dry, it is bulky and has a large gap between the laundry and between the laundry and the rotating tub 4. As a result, the environment is such that warm air from the drying fan 20 can easily pass through.

In addition, since the laundry is dry, even at a low fan rotation speed, the warm air spreads not only to the surface of the cloth but also to a deep portion (overlapping portion), a folded portion, and a deep portion of the fiber.

For this reason, in the pre-drying step, the rotation speed of the drying fan 20 is set low. Thereby, noise and power consumption can be suppressed.

During the drying step of the washing-drying continuous operation, the laundry is in a wet state, the laundry is shrinking, and is dehydrated by centrifugal force by the high-speed rotation of the rotary tub 4 in the immediately preceding dehydration step. Thus, there is little space between the laundry items, and the environment is such that the warm air from the drying fan 20 does not easily pass.

For this reason, in the drying process of the washing-drying continuous operation, unless the air volume from the drying fan 20 is increased, the hot air does not spread to the entire laundry and only the surface of the laundry is dried. Further, since it is wet, it is necessary to increase the rotation speed of the drying fan 20 in order to spread the warm air to the deep part (overlapping part), the folded part, and the back of the fiber.

When the user selects the drying step only in the drying operation, it is presumed that the selection is made when the wet laundry that is not sufficiently dried is dried. Although the laundry in this state is moist, it is assumed that the laundry is more dry than the laundry in the drying process of the continuous washing-drying operation.

In addition, when using the drying step only in the drying operation, since the operation is started after the user puts in the laundry, the operation is continuously performed from the washing to the drying, and the centrifugation is performed by the high-speed rotation of the rotary tub 4. The laundry is bulkier than the laundry dehydrated by force, and a large gap is generated between the laundry and between the laundry and the rotating tub 4, so that the environment in which the warm air from the drying fan 20 easily passes is provided.

For this reason, even when the air volume of the drying fan 20 is low, the warm air spreads not only on the surface of the cloth, but also to the deep part (overlapping part), the folded part, and the back of the fiber.

For this reason, in the drying process only in the drying operation, the rotation speed of the drying fan 20 is set low similarly to the pre-drying process. Thereby, noise and power consumption can be suppressed.

In the present embodiment, the drying unit includes the drying fan 20 and the dehumidifying and heating unit 21 as the blowing unit, but may include a blowing unit such as a drying fan and a heating unit such as a heater.

As described above, since the washing and drying machine according to the present invention can suppress noise and power consumption, it can be adopted not only for home use but also for business use.
