Description

The present invention relates to a casing device. More specifically, the present invention relates to an improvement in the structure of a casing device for excavating the ground.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a casing device that excavates a ground without or without low soil has been used (for example, see Patent Document 1). The casing device is used, for example, in excavation work when installing a heat collecting tube (ground heat exchanger) for collecting ground heat that can be used for snow melting, air conditioning and the like in the ground.

In order to efficiently excavate harder ground with such a casing device, in addition to excavation in forward rotation, re-excavation by temporarily combining pulling up in reverse rotation and excavating while loosening the ground Going is effective.

However, the conventional casing device basically has a structure suitable for applying a force in the pushing direction, and if a temporary pull-up is performed regardless of forward or reverse rotation, the lid member at the leading end of the casing is detached. there is a possibility.

The present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a casing device for excavating a ground without soil removal or low soil removal. It is an object of the present invention to provide a casing device.

The present invention, which has been conceived by the present inventors to solve such a problem, is a casing device for excavating ground,

It is characterized by having.

The attachment / detachment projections of the lid fixing member advance and retreat from the lid fixing member in a radial direction or an oblique direction with respect to the lid fixing member. Even if the casing is temporarily pulled up during excavation, it does not retreat. Therefore, even if the casing is temporarily pulled up, the engagement state of the lid member at the tip of the casing can be reliably maintained.

Further, according to this casing device, the attachment / detachment projection of the lid fixing member can be retracted, passed through the inside of the casing, and the fixed lid can be recovered from the base end opening of the casing.

Further, the casing device has an interlocking mechanism formed at a vertically upper portion of the lid fixing member for lifting the lid fixing member and retracting the detachable projection radially inward of the lid fixing member. And may be further provided.

A mechanism for retracting the detachable protrusion to the inside in the radial direction of the lid fixing member in conjunction with a movement when the pulled upper portion is pulled upward or pushed in from above; It may be. According to this casing device, the engagement state of the lid member at the front end of the casing can be reliably released only by an operation such as pulling up the lid fixing member.

The interlocking mechanism may include a wire connecting the driven portion and the detachable projection.

The interlocking mechanism may include a link member that connects the driven portion and the detachable projection.

The interlocking mechanism includes a pair of the attachment / detachment projections, and a retraction restricting member that is disposed between the pair of attachment / detachment projections and regulates that these attachment / detachment projections are retracted radially inward of the lid member. May be.

The casing device may further include a lid fixing member recovering machine that passes through the inside of the casing from a base end opening of the casing, pulls up and recovers the lid fixing member.

The lid fixing member collecting machine may lift up the lid fixing member using magnetic force.

According to the present invention, the engagement state of the lid member at the casing tip of the casing device can be made more reliable.

Hereinafter, the configuration of the present invention will be described in detail based on an example of an embodiment shown in the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of a casing device 1 according to the present invention. The casing device 1 is a device including the casing 2, and further includes a lid member 3, a lid fixing member 8, and the like that are detachable from the casing 2.

The casing 2 has a distal end opening 2a and a proximal end opening 2c formed at both ends (see FIG. 11 and the like). The size of the casing 2 is equal to or larger than the diameter of a steel pipe pile, a concrete ready-made pile, the heat sampling pipe 30, and the like to be constructed after the casing 2 is buried. Further, the casing 2 can be provided with an excavation claw 2e at its tip or a spiral 2f on the outer periphery to improve excavation properties (see FIGS. 1, 13 and the like).

On the inner peripheral surface of the casing 2, there is provided a lid locking groove 21 to which the attaching / detaching projection 81 of the lid fixing member 8 is engaged and disengaged. The shape and size of the lid locking groove 21 are not particularly limited, as long as the attachment / detachment projection 81 of the lid fixing member 8 is disengaged. For example, in the case of the casing device 1 of the present embodiment, the lid locking groove 21 is formed by a pair of opposed rectangular holes penetrating in the radial direction of the main body 2 b of the casing 2. The pair of rectangular holes have their outer openings closed by a curved plate 22 attached to the outer periphery of the main body 2b by welding or the like (see FIGS. 2 and 4).

The lid member 3 is a member that closes the distal end opening 2 a of the casing 2 and that is detachable from the casing 2. The term “blockage” as used in this specification means that (1) the tip end opening 2a of the casing 2 is completely closed, and (2) the tip end opening 2a is not completely closed. Includes a state in which the intrusion of earth and sand into the casing 2 can be reduced as compared with the case where the lid member 3 is not provided.

The cover member 3 may be in a plate shape or a conical shape, for example, as long as the cover member 3 can be inscribed in the casing 2 and can close the distal end opening 2 a of the casing 2. For example, the lid member 3 of the present embodiment is formed of a circular plate-shaped member. The plate member is formed, for example, by plug welding two circular plates 35 (see FIG. 3). At the center of the lid member 3, a through hole 36 through which a screw portion 86a of a bolt 86 described later is passed is provided (see FIG. 4). An O-ring 38 interposed between the lid member 3 and the inner peripheral surface of the casing 2 is provided on a side portion of the lid member 3 (see FIG. 4).

Further, the lid member 3 includes a locking piece 31 and a locking hole 32 (see FIG. 3). The locking hole 32 is a hole provided so that the attachment / detachment projection 81 of the lid fixing member 8 enters and exits, and is formed in each of the pair of locking pieces 31 (see FIG. 3). The locking piece 31 is formed by, for example, a pair of opposed plate-like members that stand up from the side of the lid member 3 toward the main body 2b of the casing 2 (see FIG. 3).

In the present embodiment, the inner peripheral surface on the distal end side of the casing 2 has a stepped shape as a surface having a larger diameter than other portions (see FIG. 4 and the like). The lid 3 with the O-ring 38 is accommodated in this step (see FIG. 5 and the like).

The lid fixing member 8 is a member used when the lid member 3 is attached to and detached from the front end of the casing 2. The lid fixing member 8 includes a detachable projection 81, an interlocking mechanism 82, a pulled upper portion (driven portion) 88, and the like (see FIG. 4 and the like).

The attachment / detachment projection 81 can be advanced and retracted in the radial direction on the pedestal 83 of the lid fixing member 8, and engages with the lid locking groove 21 while projecting from the lid fixing member 8, thereby attaching the lid 3 to the casing 2. These are projections to be locked to the front end of the (see FIG. 2). In the present embodiment, the pair of attachment / detachment projections 81 are arranged at intervals of 180 degrees in accordance with the arrangement of the pair of lid locking grooves 21 facing each other (see FIG. 5B and the like). It may be a configuration. When the attachment / detachment projection 81 retreats inward in the radial direction of the lid fixing member 8, the locked state at the distal end of the casing 2 is released, and the lid member 3 can be dropped off and the lid fixing member 8 can be pulled up. (See FIG. 9 etc.).

In the present embodiment, the attachment / detachment protrusion 81 that moves in the radial direction is described. However, this is only a preferable example, and the attachment / detachment protrusion 81 may be one that moves in the oblique direction with respect to the radial direction. Good. In short, as long as the lid member 3 and the lid fixing member 8 are engaged with the distal end portion of the casing 2 by moving forward and backward, the attaching / detaching projection 81 is not limited to the one that moves straight in the radial direction.

The pulled upper portion 88 is a member that is used when the lid fixing member 8 is pulled up and collected, and is formed above the lid fixing member 8. Here, as an example, the pulled upper portion 88 is a metal member that is attracted by the magnetic force of the lid fixing member recovery device 40 having the magnet 41 (see FIG. 8 and the like). Note that the magnet may be provided on the pulled upper portion 88 side.

The interlocking mechanism 82 is a mechanism that retreats the detachable projection 81 radially inward of the lid fixing member 8 in conjunction with the movement when the pulled upper portion 88 is pulled upward. Hereinafter, the interlocking mechanism 82 of the present embodiment will be described (see FIGS. 4 and 9). In the present embodiment, the pulled upper portion 88 and the detachable projection 81 are connected by a link member 85.

Each of the pair of link members 85 is pin-coupled to the detachable projection 81, and the pair of link members 25 is also pin-coupled to the pulled upper portion 88 at substantially the center of the casing 2 (FIG. 4 and the like). reference). When the pulled upper portion 88 is pulled upward, the attachment / detachment protrusion 81 is pulled inward in the radial direction via the link member 85 and retracts while sliding (see FIGS. 8 and 9).

Further, the interlocking mechanism 82 also functions as a mechanism for sliding (moving) the detachable projection 81 outward in the radial direction. For example, in this embodiment, the screw portion 86a of the bolt 86 inserted through the through hole 36 of the lid member 3 from below is screwed into the female screw portion 88a formed on the bottom surface of the pulled upper portion 88 of the lid fixing member 8. (See FIG. 4 etc.). According to this interlocking mechanism 82, the pulled upper portion 88 is pulled down by tightening the bolt 86, and the detachable projection 81 slides radially outward via the link member 85 (see FIGS. 5 and 6).

Note that the above-described interlocking mechanism 82 is merely a preferable example. Hereinafter, other specific examples of the interlocking mechanism 82 will be described (see FIG. 14 and the like).

Another example (second specific example) of the interlocking mechanism 82 is shown (see FIG. 14). Here, the pulled upper portion 88 and the detachable projection 81 are directly or indirectly connected by a wire. As a specific example of the wire, a wire 87 can be cited, but other various connecting members such as a chain, a cable, and a nylon sling can be used.

The wire 87 is provided between a part of the attachment / detachment projection 81 (a radially inner portion as a preferable example) and the pulled upper portion 88, and directly or indirectly connects them (FIG. 14B )reference). When the pulled upper portion 88 is pulled upward, the attachment / detachment projection 81 is pulled radially inward via the wire 87 and retracts (see FIG. 14A).

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 14 and the like, when a crank-shaped link member 85 is pin-connected to the attachment / detachment projection 81 and the pulled upper portion 88 fastening the wire 87 to the link member 85 is pulled upward, The link member 85 pulled by the wire 87 retracts the detachable projection 81 while rotating about the point where the pin is connected.

A third specific example of the interlocking mechanism 82 is shown (see FIG. 15). Here, the pulled upper portion 88 and the attachment / detachment projection 81 are connected by link members 85 and 89.

Each of the pair of link members 85 is pin-connected to the detachable projection 81, and the pair of link members 85 is also pin-connected to a link member 89 connected to the pulled upper portion 88 at substantially the center of the casing 2. (See FIGS. 15A and 15B). When the pulled upper portion 88 is pulled upward, the attachment / detachment projection 81 is pulled radially inward via the link member 85 and retracts while sliding (see FIG. 15C).

A fourth specific example of the interlocking mechanism 82 is shown (see FIG. 16). In FIG. 16, only the cross section of the casing 2 is shown, and the cover member 3 and the like are also schematically shown. Here, a tension member (evacuation restricting member) 90 is provided between the detachable protrusions 81 and the detachable protrusions 81 to prevent the detachable protrusions 81 from unintentionally retreating inward in an engaged state (FIG. 16 (A)). After the completion of the operation of embedding the casing 2, the engaging member 90 is lifted to release the engaged state (see FIG. 16B). Then, the attachment / detachment projection 81 is disengaged inward by the action of a member (not shown) that urges inward naturally due to weight balance or by elasticity (see FIG. 16C). Note that the attachment / detachment projection 81 and the tension member 90 may be connected by a wire or the like.

Next, an example of a work flow at the time of construction using the casing device 1 of the present embodiment (see FIG. 12) will be described together with a state of attaching and detaching the lid fixing member 8 and the lid member 3 (see FIG. 4 and the like).

The lid member 3 is attached to the distal end opening 2a of the casing 2 using the lid fixing member 8 (see FIG. 4 and the like). First, the lid fixing member 8 and the lid member 3 with the detachable projections 81 retracted inward in the radial direction are installed in the distal end opening 2a of the casing 2. At this time, the attachment / detachment projection 81, the locking hole 32 formed in the locking piece 31 of the lid member 3, and the lid locking groove 21 on the inner peripheral surface of the casing 2 are linearly arranged. Adjust the position of each member (see FIG. 5).

Further, the screw portion 86a of the bolt 86 is inserted into the through hole 36 of the lid member 3 from the bottom side (tip side), and the screw portion 86a is screwed into the female screw portion 88a, and the bolt 86 is connected to the bottom side (tip side). (See FIG. 6). With this operation, the attachment / detachment projection 81 slides radially outward via the link member 85, passes through the locking hole 32, and fits into the lid locking groove 21. Thus, the lid member 3 is attached to the casing 2 via the locking pieces 31 and the detachable projections 81. Thereafter, the bolt 86 is turned and removed from the lid fixing member 8, and the mounting operation of the lid member 3 is completed (see FIG. 7).

The ground is excavated by the casing device 1 to which the lid member 3 is attached as described above (see FIG. 12A). After the end of the excavation, the casing 2 is rotated in the reverse direction and lifted by a predetermined amount (for example, 0.5 m) to form a lid dropping space for dropping the lid member 3 (see FIG. 12B).

Subsequently, the lid fixing member 8 is removed using the lid fixing member recovery machine 40. In the present embodiment, a magnet 41 is provided at the bottom, and the lid fixing member collection device 40 suspended by the wire 42 is lowered from the base end opening 2c of the casing 2 into the main body 2b. And the lid fixing member 8 is pulled up (see FIG. 12C). According to such a lid fixing member recovery machine 40, the labor of sequentially adding operation rods as in the conventional apparatus is not required, and the operation is relatively simple.

Here, an operation of removing the lid member 3 when the lid fixing member 8 is collected will be described (see FIG. 8 and the like).

With the attracted upper portion 88 attracted by the magnet 41 of the lid fixing member collecting device 40 (see FIG. 8), the lid fixing member collecting device 40 is pulled up. Then, the pulled upper portion 88 is pulled up, and the attachment / detachment projection 81 slides radially outward via the link member 85, retreats from the lid locking groove portion 21, and further locks the locking piece 31. It also retreats from the hole 32 (see FIG. 9). Thereby, the lid member 3 attached to the casing 2 can be removed.

When the lid fixing member collecting machine 40 is further pulled up, only the lid fixing member 8 is pulled up, and the lid member 3 remains in the distal end opening 2a of the casing 2 (see FIG. 10). The lid fixing member 8 is pulled up to the base end opening 2c of the casing 2 as it is, and is collected on the ground surface (see FIG. 12C).

Subsequently, water is injected into the casing 2 (see FIG. 12D). In the present embodiment, a depth measuring device 44 is installed in the casing 2. When water is injected into the casing 2, the lid member 3 is disengaged from the opening 2a at the tip end of the casing 2 by water pressure, and descends to the lid dropping space (see FIG. 12E). The fact that the lid member 3 has fallen out of the distal end opening 2a of the casing 2 can be detected from a change in the depth measured by the depth measuring device 44 that descends with the lid member 3.

In a hole excavated using the casing device 1, for example, a heat sampling tube (ground heat exchanger) that collects ground heat from the ground can be installed. That is, as described above, the ground is excavated using the casing device 1 (dry excavation using a spiral steel pipe is performed), and the lid member 3 is lowered (see FIGS. 13A and 13B). A heat collection tube (U tube) 30 and a filler (silica sand as an example) are charged (see FIG. 13C), and the casing 2 is reversely rotated and pulled up from the ground (see FIG. 13D). The pulling and the filling of the filler may be alternately repeated, or may be performed simultaneously (see FIG. 13E).

As described above, according to the casing device 1 according to the present embodiment, the casing 2 is rotationally press-fitted or press-fitted into the ground in a state where the lid member 3 is attached to the tip end opening 2a (tip closed state), so that no soil removal is performed. Alternatively, the casing 2 can be buried to a predetermined position with low earth removal. At this time, since the soil does not enter the inside of the casing, the inside of the casing 2 is hardly soiled.

In addition, in order to excavate the harder ground efficiently, in addition to the excavation by rotating the casing 2 in the normal direction, the excavation is performed while the earth is loosened by temporarily rotating the casing 2 in the reverse direction and combining the lifting operation. However, according to the casing device 1 of the present embodiment, there is no possibility that the lid member 3 comes off at the time of pulling, so that the excavation can be efficiently performed by appropriately combining the pulling operations.

Further, according to the casing device 1 of the present embodiment, not only the lid member 3 is made detachable using the lid fixing member 8, but also the lid fixing member 8 is recovered after excavation, so that every time the ground is excavated, The lid fixing member 8 can be reused.

Further, according to the casing device 1 of the present embodiment, the lid member 3 can be stably removed inside the hollow casing 2 by using the lid fixing member recovery device 40 and the interlocking mechanism 82.

In addition, according to the casing device 1 of the present embodiment, the operation rod and the like are unnecessary, and the locking state of the cover member 3 can be released by lowering the cover fixing member collection device 40 after excavation, Work is simple.

Further, according to the casing device 1 of the present embodiment including the pulled upper portion 88 and the interlocking mechanism 82, the mounting state of the lid member 3 at the tip of the casing 2 is reliably released only by the operation of pulling up the lid fixing member 8. can do. As described above, after the mounting state is released, the lid fixing member collecting machine 40 is simply pulled up as it is, so that the construction efficiency is excellent. When the lid fixing member 8 is collected, it may be pulled out as described above or may be pressed.

In addition, the lid fixing member recovery machine 40 has the following advantages. In other words, the type that collects the tip shoe as in the past is used when excavating at most about 10 m, and since it is assumed that the shoe is collected, a high level of water stopping performance is required. (For example, if the O-ring is provided on the shoe, it will be difficult to collect), whereas the casing device 1 of the present embodiment works on the lid member 3 to excavate a relatively deep ground of 20 m or more. In order to transmit the pressing force from the lid member 3 to the casing 2 side so that the earth pressure and the groundwater pressure are large and the lid member 3 and the locking piece 31 are not damaged, the lid member 3 is fitted into the step at the tip of the casing 2. The cover member 3 is provided with an O-ring 38 so that water does not enter through the gap. That is, by dispersing the roles of the lid member 3 and the lid fixing member 8, the workability of collection, the structural problem of preventing the damage of the lid member 3, the locking piece 31, and the like, and the problem of water stoppage are solved. It has such a structure.

Here, the following can be cited as an example of the method of disengaging and collecting by pushing. That is, in the case of the link-type interlocking mechanism 82 using the link members 85 and 86, the link members 85 and 89 can be pulled out of engagement by pulling them upward (see FIG. 15). In the case of the push-in method, the link members 85 and 89 are installed in the opposite direction (that is, so as to move in the opposite direction), and a member corresponding to or corresponding to the pulled upper portion 88 is pushed in by the push member 60 such as a bar. Thus, a structure in which the engagement is released can be obtained (see FIGS. 17A and 17B). In this case, the lid fixing member 8 can be pulled up by hooking the hook 71 at the tip of the wire 70 or the like (see FIG. 17C). Alternatively, the attachment / detachment projection 81 is engaged with the holding member 90 (see FIG. 18A), and when the pushing member 60 such as a stick is pressed in, the holding member 90 comes off and falls (see FIG. 18B). Accordingly, a structure in which the engagement state of the attachment / detachment projection 81 is released may be employed (see FIG. 18C).

Note that the above-described method of releasing the engagement by pulling or pushing is only a good example. That is, in addition to retracting the detachable projection 81 by changing a linear motion such as pulling or pushing into a radial motion, for example, rotating the rod-shaped member on the long axis of the casing 2 and converting this motion by a screw pair. Then, the detachable projection 81 is pulled inward in the radial direction, or the detachable protrusion 81 in the regulated state is released by using a slope so that the detachable projection 81 can be moved in the radial direction. You may make it evacuate.

The above embodiment is an example of a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the form in which the heat collection tube 30 is buried in the hole excavated by using the casing device 1 has been exemplified. However, as a method using ground heat, there is a method of directly collecting water. . For your information, there is a heat exchange method of assembling water from one well and using that water for heat exchange. A direct circulation method (closed type (antifreeze solution, water circulation method), FIG. 19) ) Or an open-loop method (open-type method (a method in which groundwater is pumped and heat exchange is performed to return to a reducing well), see FIG. 20).

Alternatively, a hole excavated using the casing device 1 can be used for burying a ventilation pipe used for stabilizing a disposal site (see Japanese Patent No. 4883645).

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention is suitable as a casing device for excavating the ground with no or low earth removal.
