Claims (9)
- 第一のスイッチ回路が配置された第一の画像領域と、
第二のスイッチ回路が配置された第二の画像領域と、
前記第一のスイッチ回路に接続され、第一の映像信号を供給する第一のデータ線と、
前記第二のスイッチ回路に接続された第二のデータ線と、
一定の電位が付与された定電位線と、
切り替え信号を供給する切り替え信号線と、
前記切り替え信号に基づいて、前記第二のデータ線の接続先を、前記第一のデータ線と、前記定電位線と、の間で切り替える切り替え回路と、
を有し、
前記第二のデータ線は、切り替え回路によって、前記第一の映像信号、又は、前記一定の電位のいずれか一方を供給する表示装置。 - 前記第二の画像領域が前記第一の画像領域との間に位置するように配置された第三の画像領域を更に有し、
前記第一の画像領域の画像を第1視点に供給し、前記第三の画像領域の画像を第2視点に供給する画像分離体を形成する分離部を更に有し、
前記第二の画像領域の前記第二のデータ線の接続先が前記定電位線に切り替わるタイミングに合わせて、前記画像分離体が形成される
請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 第一のモードで表示が行われるときには、前記分離部に前記画像分離体が形成され、前記第二の画像領域に設けられた前記第二のデータ線の接続先は、前記定電位線に切り替えられ、
第二のモードで表示が行われるときには、前記分離部に前記画像分離体は形成されず、前記第二の画像領域に設けられた前記第二のデータ線の接続先は、前記第二の画像領域と隣り合う前記第一の画像領域に設けられた前記第一のデータ線に切り替えられる
請求項2に記載の表示装置。 - 観察者の位置情報に基づいて、前記画像分離体が形成される位置を制御する分離体制御部を有する
請求項2または3に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第二の画像領域が前記第一の画像領域との間に位置するように配置された第三の画像領域と、
前記第二の画像領域と前記第三の画像領域の間に位置するように配置された第四の画像領域と、
前記切り替え信号に基づいて、前記第四の画像領域に配置された第四のスイッチ回路と接続された第四のデータ線の接続先を、前記第三の画像領域に配置された第三のスイッチ回路と接続された第三のデータ線と、前記定電位線と、の間で切り替える第二の切り替え回路と、を更に有し、
前記第三のデータ線には、第二の映像信号が供給され、
前記第四のデータ線は、切り替え回路によって、前記第二の映像信号、又は、前記一定の電位のいずれか一方を供給する
請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置。 - 第三のスイッチ回路が配置された第三の画素領域と、
前記第三のスイッチ回路に接続された第三のデータ線と、を有し、
前記第三のデータ線は、前記第二のデータ線に接続されている
請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第一のデータ線と電気的に接続される第一の副画素の表示面積は、前記第二のデータ線と電気的に接続される第二の副画素の表示面積よりも大きい
請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置。 - 第1個数の前記第一の画像領域と、前記第1個数より少ない第2個数の前記第二の画像領域を有する
請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第二のデータ線と電気的に接続された副画素が表示する色は、前記第二のデータ線の接続先となる前記第一のデータ線と電気的に接続された副画素が表示する色と同じである
