Description
The present invention relates to a urinal, and more particularly, to a urinal that receives and discharges urine.
Normally, in urinals that receive and discharge urine, urine stones attached to a drain trap that forms water sealing downstream of a drain port at the bottom of a bowl portion that forms a bowl surface for receiving urine are used for cleaning. The brush can be removed to some extent by inserting the brush into the drain trap and performing normal cleaning in which the brush is cleaned.
However, the urine stones attached to the connection pipe connected to the rear side (downstream side) of the drain trap and the connection between the connection pipe and the drain pipe outside the urinal, and further deposited, Because it is also a part where normal cleaning such as cleaning by inserting a cleaning tool such as a brush into these conduits is difficult, the attached urine stones gradually grow and the accumulation amount increases, and finally, There is a problem that the connection pipe and the drain pipe may be blocked.
When urine stones adhere to and accumulate in a connection pipe connected to the rear side (downstream side) of such a drain trap or a connection between the connection pipe and a drain pipe outside the urinal. Since it is difficult to perform normal cleaning such as cleaning by inserting a cleaning tool as described above, the urinal is temporarily removed from the urinal once every predetermined period in order to remove such urine stone. After being removed from the road, it is necessary to dissolve the urine stone with a chemical, pass through a tool like a grindstone for abrading the urine stone, or remove it by high-pressure cleaning.
However, such a removal process is not only costly, but also makes it impossible to use the toilet during a maintenance operation, so that it is a large-scale processing operation and cannot be easily performed.
Therefore, in order to solve such a problem, for example, in the conventional urinal described in
Further, in the conventional urinal described in
However, in the conventional urinal described in
Similarly, also in the conventional urinal described in
Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems of the conventional technology, and prevents urine stones from adhering to a cleaning port and a closing tool, thereby preventing a problem in attaching / detaching the blocking tool to / from the cleaning port. It is intended to provide a urinal that can be prevented.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention relates to a urinal for receiving and discharging urine, a bowl portion forming a bowl surface for receiving urination, and a bowl formed at the bottom of the bowl portion and draining the bottom surface. A drain port where a mouth is formed, a drain trap section formed below the drain port, and forms water sealing downstream of the drain port of the drain port, and a rear side of the drain trap section. A drain chamber formed to wash the bowl surface and discharge the washing water discharged from the drain trap to a discharge section outside the urinal; a wall defining the drain port and the drain chamber; A cleaning port is formed so as to penetrate the drain section, and a cleaning means is inserted into the drain chamber through the cleaning port from the drain port side, thereby cleaning at least the flow path in the drain chamber and the downstream side thereof. The cleaning opening that allows A closing device that is attached to the cleaning port so as to close the cleaning port, wherein the drainage chamber part partially forms a passage connecting the drainage trap part and the discharge part outside the urinal. A lower end portion of the cleaning port of the cleaning port portion is located above an upper edge portion of a connection portion between the connection path portion and the discharge portion outside the urinal; An overflow surface when the water level in the section rises and overflows from the cleaning port to the drain port side is defined, and the drain chamber section has a lower edge of the cleaning port so as to prevent the inside from being filled with water. parts are characterized that you form a space region above the overflow surface stipulated by.
In the invention configured as above, the washing water that has washed the urine in the bowl portion flows toward the drain port along the bowl surface, flows into the drain trap portion from the drain port of the drain port, and then drains. The water is discharged into the drain chamber on the rear side (downstream side) of the trap section, and is discharged from the connection passage portion of the drain chamber to the discharge section outside the urinal. In particular, the lower edge of the cleaning port of the cleaning port is located above the upper edge of the connection between the connection passage of the drainage chamber and the discharge section outside the urinal, and the water level in the drainage chamber is Is defined as the overflow surface when the water rises and overflows from the cleaning port to the drain port side, so that the washing water containing urine flowing into the drain chamber from the rear side (downstream side) of the drain trap section is drained. Even if the water level rises in the chamber, the water level remains at most at the water level corresponding to the upper edge of the connection between the connection passage portion of the drainage chamber and the discharge portion outside the urinal. Therefore, the washing water containing urine in the drainage chamber is located below the cleaning port of the cleaning port located above the upper edge of the connection between the connection passage of the drainage chamber and the discharge part outside the urinal. Since the urine is discharged from the connection passage of the drainage chamber to the discharge portion outside the urinal without reaching the overflow surface defined by the edge portion, the urolith adheres to the cleaning port of the cleaning port and its vicinity and the obturator. Can be suppressed. Therefore, when attaching and detaching the obturator from the cleaning port with the cleaning of the urinal, it is possible to prevent a problem of detachment from being caused by urine stones adhering to the obturator and the cleaning port of the cleaning port. it can.
In addition, since the drain chamber has a space above the overflow surface defined by the lower edge of the cleaning port to prevent the inside of the cleaning port from being filled with water, the cleaning port of the cleaning port and its vicinity are formed. It is possible to suppress the urine stones from adhering to the whole or the obturator. Therefore, when attaching and detaching the obturator from the cleaning port with the cleaning of the urinal, it is possible to prevent a problem of detachment from being caused by urine stones adhering to the obturator and the cleaning port of the cleaning port. it can.
In the present invention, the overflow surface defined by the lower edge of the cleaning port is preferably located above the upper end of the drain port of the drain port.
In the invention configured as described above, the overflow surface defined by the lower edge of the cleaning port is located above the upper end of the drain port of the drain port, so that the obturator closes the cleaning port. Even if the water level rises in the drainage chamber and reaches the overflow surface, and overflows from the cleaning port to the drain port side, the drain water that overflows to the drain port side is drained despite the state Water can be smoothly drained from the mouth into the drain trap section.
In the present invention, preferably, the drainage chamber portion includes a connection passage portion that partially forms a passage connecting the drainage trap portion and the discharge portion outside the urinal, and the drainage trap portion includes the drainage trap portion, A downward pipeline extending downward from the drainage port of the drainage port, and a rising pipeline folded upward from the lower end of the downward pipeline and extending upward, the upstream end of the connection passage portion having the upstream end The cleaning port is connected to the rear end of the ascending conduit of the drain trap section, and a projection surface of the cleaning port, which projects an opening cross section along the central axis toward the connection passage section, is provided on a bottom surface of the connection passage section. It is formed in the cleaning port as it is formed.
In the invention configured as described above, the projection surface obtained by projecting the opening cross section of the cleaning port of the cleaning port along the central axis toward the connection passage portion is small in size with the rear end of the ascending conduit of the drain trap portion. When the urinal is cleaned, the entire urinal is discharged from the urinal outside by being formed on the bottom surface of the connection passage of the drainage chamber that forms a passage connecting the urinal outside. By simply removing the obturator from the cleaning port without removing it, for example, the cleaning means can be inserted from the drain port side into the drain chamber via the cleaning port. This makes it possible to easily and reliably clean the vicinity of the bottom surface of the connection passage portion of the drainage chamber portion formed on the rear side (downstream side) of the drain trap portion. Therefore, it is possible to prevent urine stones from adhering and depositing near the bottom surface of the connection passage portion of the drainage chamber portion on the rear side (downstream side) of the rear end portion of the ascending conduit of the drainage trap portion. To prevent the drainage clogging of the connection passage portion discharged from the drainage trap portion.
In the present invention, preferably, the drainage chamber portion includes a connection passage portion that partially forms a passage connecting the drainage trap portion and the discharge portion outside the urinal, and the cleaning port has an opening. The cleaning port is formed such that a projection surface obtained by projecting a cross section toward the connection passage along the central axis is formed at a downstream end of the connection passage.
In the invention configured as described above, the projection surface obtained by projecting the opening cross section of the cleaning port of the cleaning port toward the connection passage along the central axis is provided at the downstream end of the connection passage of the drainage chamber. By forming the urine stones, it is easy to remove the obturator from the cleaning port in the connection passage, where the urine stones easily adhere and accumulate, in particular, the downstream end of the connection passage connected to the discharge unit outside the urinal. Thus, it is possible to more reliably confirm whether urine stones are attached to the inside of the connection passage (particularly, the downstream end of the connection passage) by simple visual observation. Also, when cleaning the urinal, without removing the entire urinal from the discharge section outside the urinal, just removing the obturator from the cleaning port, for example, cleaning means from the drain port side to the cleaning port And can be inserted into the drainage chamber section. This makes it possible to easily and reliably clean the vicinity of the downstream end of the connection passage in the drainage chamber to which the discharge section outside the urinal is connected. Therefore, it is possible to prevent urine stones from adhering and accumulating near the downstream end of the connection passage portion of the drainage chamber portion, and to wash the bowl surface and discharge the drainage of the connection passage portion discharged from the drain trap portion. Clogging can be prevented.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to the urinal of this invention, by preventing urine stone from adhering to a cleaning port and a closure, the trouble of attaching / detaching the closure with respect to a cleaning port can be prevented.

It should be noted that the upper edge of the connection portion between the connection passage portion and the discharge portion outside the urinal according to the present invention is not limited to the front end

Next, as shown in FIG. 4, in a state where the lower

Next, regarding the
Then, a cleaning tool (not shown) such as a brush or a nozzle for high-pressure cleaning water is inserted into the opened cleaning
Then, urine stones adhering to the
Instead of using a high-pressure washing water nozzle (not shown), a chemical may be introduced through the opened cleaning
By simply removing the closing
Therefore, even in a public restroom space where there are many users, such as a rest area on an expressway, the user can use the
Next, when the cleaning of the
Then, after rotating the
Then, finally, the
According to the
In particular, as shown in FIG. 4, the position P1 of the height H1 of the front

Therefore, when the
Further, according to the
Further, according to the
Further, according to the
Therefore, it is possible to prevent urine stones from adhering and accumulating near the
