Claims (10)
- 対象に睡眠段階への移行を促す刺激を前記対象に与えるシステムであって、前記システムは、
前記対象の脳活動に関連する1又は複数のパラメータに関する情報を伝達する1又は複数の出力信号を生成する1又は複数のセンサと、
コンピュータプログラムモジュールを実行する1又は複数のプロセッサと、
を有し、
前記コンピュータプログラムモジュールは、
第1の周波数帯におけるパワーを示す第1のスペクトルパラメータと第2の周波数帯におけるパワーを示す第2のスペクトルパラメータとを決定するパラメータ決定モジュールと、
前記対象に刺激を与える刺激源と、
前記対象に刺激を与えるように前記刺激源を制御する制御モジュールと、
を有し、
前記第1及び第2のスペクトルパラメータは、前記生成された1又は複数の出力信号に基づき、
前記第1の周波数帯の平均周波数は、前記第2の周波数帯の平均周波数よりも高く、
前記刺激源は、前記対象に聴覚刺激を与え、
前記刺激源の制御は、前記刺激の強度を調整することを含み、
前記調整は、前記第1のスペクトルパラメータと前記第2のスペクトルパラメータとに基づく、
システム。 - 前記刺激はさらに、視覚刺激及び/又は触覚刺激を含む、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記1又は複数の出力信号の1つは、脳波記録(EEG:electroencephalography)を通じて得られた情報を伝達する、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記パラメータ決定モジュール及び前記制御モジュールは、前記1又は複数のセンサが、更新された出力信号を生成するように、継続中の態様で動作し、前記制御モジュールは、前記刺激の強度の減少が、前記第1の周波数パラメータの減少及び/又は前記第2の周波数パラメータの増加のいずれか又は両方に応じて発生するように構成される、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記制御モジュールは、前記刺激の強度が、対象特有の要因に基づくように構成される、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 対象に睡眠段階への移行を促す刺激を前記対象に与えるシステムであって、前記システムは、
前記対象の脳活動に関連する1又は複数のパラメータに関する情報を伝達する1又は複数の出力信号を生成する手段と、
前記生成された1又は複数の出力信号に基づく、第1の周波数帯におけるパワーを示す第1のスペクトルパラメータを決定する手段と、
前記生成された1又は複数の出力信号に基づく、第2の周波数帯におけるパワーを示す第2のスペクトルパラメータを決定する手段と、
前記対象に刺激を与える手段と、
前記対象に刺激を与えるように前記刺激を与える手段を制御する手段と、
を有し、
前記第1の周波数帯の平均周波数は、前記第2の周波数帯の平均周波数よりも高く、
前記刺激を与える手段は、前記対象に聴覚刺激を与え、
前記刺激を与える手段の制御は、前記刺激の強度を調整することを含み、
前記調整は、前記第1のスペクトルパラメータと前記第2のスペクトルパラメータとに基づく、
システム。 - 前記刺激はさらに、視覚刺激及び/又は触覚刺激を含む、請求項6記載のシステム。
- 前記1又は複数の出力信号の1つは、脳波記録(EEG)を通じて得られた情報を伝達する、請求項6記載のシステム。
- 前記出力信号を生成する手段は、継続中の態様で動作し、前記刺激を与える手段を制御する手段は、前記刺激の強度の減少が、前記第1の周波数パラメータの減少及び/又は前記第2の周波数パラメータの増加のいずれか又は両方に応じて減少するように構成される、請求項6記載のシステム。
- 前記刺激を制御する手段を制御する手段は、前記刺激の強度の調整が、対象特有の要因に基づくように構成される、請求項6記載のシステム。
