Description

The present invention relates to a driving tool, and more particularly, to a driving tool characterized by the configuration of a spike claw for preventing slipping during oblique driving.

When using this type of driving tool, for example, in the case of nailing to a corner portion such as near a wall, there is a case where an operation of driving the nail diagonally (oblique driving) is required with respect to the material to be driven. In the conventional driving tool, a spike claw for oblique driving is provided at the tip of a contact member that comes into contact with the material to be driven, and the spike claw is pierced into the material to be driven and positioned (see, for example, Patent Document 1). ).

As described above, in the structure in which the spike claw is stabbed into the driven material and positioned, if the spike claw is too small in width or protruding amount, it is less likely to be applied to the driven material, and thus it becomes slippery. For this reason, in order to enhance the positioning effect by the spike claw, it is desirable to increase the width and the protrusion amount of the spike claw.

On the other hand, since the spike claw is provided around the injection port, if the outer diameter of the spike claw provided in the circumferential shape is increased, the vicinity of the injection port becomes difficult to see. If it is difficult to see the vicinity of the injection port, it is difficult to aim at the driving position, so the outer diameter of the spike claw cannot be increased without limit. The only way to increase the width and protrusion of the spike claws without increasing the outer diameter is to reduce the number of spike claws. However, if the number of spike claws is reduced, the distance between the spike claws increases and the spike claws are stabilized. There is a problem that the angle that can be stabbed is limited. For example, when positioning is attempted at an angle at which two spike claws pierce the workpiece, both the two spike claws become shallow and there is a problem that positioning is not stable.

Then, this invention makes it a subject to provide the driving tool which can increase the angle which a spike nail stabs stably, improving the positioning effect by a spike nail.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and is characterized by the following.

The invention according to claim 1 is a driving tool in which a fastener is injected from an injection port and driven into a workpiece, and includes a contact portion that contacts the workpiece when the fastener is driven, and the contact portion A plurality of claw portions are formed so as to surround the injection port, and the plurality of claw portions include a main claw portion and an auxiliary claw portion smaller than the main claw portion, A flat portion that is disposed between the main claw portions and forms a surface perpendicular to the direction in which the fastener is driven out is provided, and the flat portion protrudes in the distal direction from the main claw portion and the auxiliary claw portion. It is characterized by.

The invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that, in addition to the feature point of the invention according to claim 1, the auxiliary claw portion has a protruding amount smaller than that of the main claw portion.

The invention described in claim 3 is characterized in that, in addition to the feature of the invention described in claim 1 or 2, the auxiliary claw portion has a width smaller than that of the main claw portion.

Wherein the invention is claimed in claim 4, in addition to the feature point of the invention according to any of claims 1 to 3 described above, the auxiliary hooked portion which protrudes to the outer peripheral side of the main pawl portion And

The present invention is as described above, and the contact portion is formed with a plurality of claw portions so as to surround the injection port, and the plurality of claw portions include a main claw portion and an auxiliary claw portion smaller than the main claw portion. The auxiliary claw portion is disposed between the main claw portions. According to such a configuration, the positioning effect can be enhanced by the main claw portion having a large width and protrusion amount. Moreover, since the auxiliary nail | claw part is provided, the space | interval of a spike nail does not spread. Therefore, it is possible to avoid the problem that the angle at which the spike claw is stably stuck is reduced.

For example, in the case where large spike claws are provided at regular intervals as in the prior art, if two spike claws are positioned at an angle at which the spike nails pierce the workpiece, both of the two spike claws become shallower. There was a problem that positioning was not stable. In this regard, according to the present invention, when the two main claws are to be positioned at an angle that pierces the workpiece, the auxiliary claw portion disposed between the main claws can also pierce the workpiece. In addition, stable positioning can be performed at three or more points.

As a mode of making the auxiliary claw part smaller than the main claw part, for example, the auxiliary claw part may be formed so that the protruding amount is smaller than the main claw part. Moreover, you may form an auxiliary nail | claw part so that a width | variety may become smaller than a main nail | claw part.

The auxiliary claw portion may be projected to the outer peripheral side of the main pawl portion. If comprised in this way, since an auxiliary | assistant nail | claw part will become easy to catch, more stable positioning can be performed.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

The driving tool 10 according to the present embodiment drives a fastener using compressed air, gas, or the like. The driving tool 10 is provided with a drive mechanism (not shown) so that a fastener can be driven by a driver when the drive mechanism is activated.

As shown in FIG. 1, the driving tool 10 includes a nose portion 11 for injecting a fastener, and the driver described above is guided to be slidable in the direction of the nose portion 11. A fastener supply mechanism (not shown) is provided behind the nose portion 11, and fasteners are sequentially supplied to the nose portion 11 by this fastener supply mechanism.

A contact portion 12 that contacts the workpiece 20 when the fastener is driven is disposed at the tip of the nose portion 11. The contact portion 12 according to this embodiment is slidably attached to the tip of the nose portion 11, and is connected to a contact arm that constitutes a safety device of the driving tool 10. When the contact portion 12 is pressed against the workpiece 20 and slides, the contact arm integrally moves up. When the contact arm moves up, the safety device is released and the fastener can be driven.

Specifically, when the trigger is operated with the contact portion 12 pressed against the workpiece 20 (or when the contact portion 12 is pressed against the workpiece 20 with the trigger operated), the drive mechanism is activated. The fastener is driven out by the driver.

The injection port 13c through which the fastener is driven is formed at the tip of the contact portion 12, and the inner peripheral surface of the contact portion 12 up to the injection port 13c forms an injection path for the fastener. When the fastener is driven out, the posture of the driver and the fastener is stably guided by the inner peripheral surface of the contact portion 12.

As shown in FIG. 2, at the tip of the contact portion 12, a cylindrical portion 13 having an injection port 13 c and a plurality of claw portions formed on the outer peripheral portion of the cylindrical portion 13 are provided.

The cylindrical portion 13 includes a tapered portion 13b whose outer diameter gradually decreases toward the distal end direction of the contact portion 12, and a flat portion 13a formed at the distal end of the tapered portion 13b. The flat portion 13a forms a surface that is perpendicular to the fastener launch direction. When a fastener is driven perpendicularly to the workpiece 20, the fastener may be driven by bringing the flat portion 13 a into contact with the workpiece 20. The flat portion 13a is formed so as to protrude in the tip direction from the claw portion. For this reason, when the flat portion 13 a is brought into contact with the workpiece 20, the claw portion does not hit the workpiece 20.

The plurality of claws are used when a fastener is driven obliquely with respect to the workpiece 20 and are formed in a sharp shape that is pointed toward the distal end of the contact portion 12. These claw portions are arranged so as to surround the injection port 13c, and in this embodiment, there are two types of claw portions including a main claw portion 14 and an auxiliary claw portion 15 smaller than the main claw portion 14. Alternatingly arranged. Each nail | claw part which concerns on this embodiment is arrange | positioned so that the space | interval of a front-end | tip part may become equal. In this embodiment, the auxiliary claw portion 15 is formed with a smaller protrusion than the main claw portion 14.

When an oblique driving operation is performed with the driving tool 10, the driving tool 10 is inclined with respect to the surface of the workpiece 20 and the contact portion 12 is pressed against the workpiece 20. As a result, the main claw portion 14 and the auxiliary claw portion 15 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the tip end portion of the contact portion 12 pierce the workpiece 20 and can be positioned with the driving tool 10 tilted. .

For example, when the driving tool 10 is positioned at such an angle that one of the main claws 14 pierces the workpiece 20, the main claw 14 having a large protrusion is deeply pierced, so that the driving tool 10 is positioned firmly. can do.

Further, when the driving tool 10 is positioned at such an angle that the two main claws 14 pierce the workpiece 20, in other words, between the two main claws 14 pressed against the workpiece 20 and positioned. As shown in FIG. 3, the two main claw portions 14 and the auxiliary claw portion 15 disposed therebetween pierce the workpiece 20. In this case, the application of the two main claws 14 becomes shallow, but a sufficient application amount can be obtained by supplementing them with the auxiliary claw 15. Therefore, the driving tool 10 can be firmly positioned.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, the contact portion 12 is formed with a plurality of claw portions so as to surround the injection port 13c, and the plurality of claw portions include the main claw portion 14 and the main claw portion. The auxiliary claw portion 15 is smaller than 14, and the auxiliary claw portion 15 is disposed between the main claw portions 14. According to such a configuration, the positioning effect can be enhanced by the main claw portion 14 having a large width and protrusion amount. Moreover, since the auxiliary nail | claw part 15 is provided, the space | interval of a spike nail does not spread. Therefore, it is possible to avoid the problem that the angle at which the spike claw is stably stuck is reduced.

For example, when the auxiliary claw portion 15 is not provided as in the prior art, if the two spike claws try to be positioned at an angle at which the two spike claws pierce the workpiece 20, both of the two spike claws become shallower. There was a problem that positioning was not stable. In this regard, according to the present embodiment, when the two main claws 14 are to be positioned at an angle that pierces the workpiece 20, the auxiliary claw portion 15 disposed between the main claws 14 is also driven. The material 20 can be stabbed and stable positioning can be performed at three or more points.

In the above-described embodiment, the auxiliary claw portion 15 is formed so that the protruding amount is smaller than that of the main claw portion 14. However, the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto, and the auxiliary claw portion 15 only needs to be formed to have a surface area smaller than at least the main claw portion 14. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, the auxiliary claw portion 16 may be formed with the same protruding amount as the main claw portion 14, and the auxiliary claw portion 16 may be formed to have a width smaller than that of the main claw portion 14.

In the above-described embodiment, the main claw portions 14 and the auxiliary claw portions 15 are alternately arranged. However, the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto. The auxiliary claw portion 15 only needs to be disposed at least at one location between the main claw portions 14, and there may be a portion where the auxiliary claw portion 15 is not disposed between the main claw portions 14. A plurality of auxiliary claw portions 15 may be arranged between the main claw portions 14.

In the above-described embodiment, an example in which one type of auxiliary claw portion 15 is provided has been described. However, the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto, and two or more types of auxiliary claw portions 15 may be provided. Good. For example, two types of auxiliary claw portions 15, that is, a small auxiliary claw portion 15 and a middle auxiliary claw portion 15 may be provided, and the two types of auxiliary claw portions 15 may be disposed between the main claw portions 14.

In the above-described embodiment, the claw portions are arranged so that the distance between the tip portions is uniform. However, the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to this, and the interval between the claw portions is arbitrarily set. Can do.

In the above-described embodiment, the case where the tip of the contact portion 12 has a cylindrical shape has been described. However, the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto, and for example, the cross-sectional shape is substantially elliptical or U-shaped. The contact portion 12 may be used.

In the above-described embodiment, the flat portion 13a is formed so as to protrude in the tip direction from the claw portion. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the claw portion may be formed so as to protrude in the tip direction from the flat portion 13a.

Further, the auxiliary claw portion 15 may be formed so as to protrude to the outer peripheral side from the main claw portion 14. If comprised in this way, since the auxiliary | assistant nail | claw part 15 will become easy to be caught, the more stable positioning can be performed.
