Claims (9)
- タービンエンジン用の翼(10)であって、
翼内部(11)を画定する外壁(12)であって、該外壁(12)は、前記タービンエンジンの半径方向(R)において翼幅方向に延びており、前縁(18)および後縁(20)で接続された正圧面(14)および負圧面(16)によって形成されており、前記正圧面(14)と前記負圧面(16)との間の中央に延びる翼弦軸線(30)が規定されている、外壁(12)と、
前記後縁(20)に向かって前記翼内部(11)に配置された複数のピン(22a〜22l)であって、各ピンは、前記正圧面(14)から前記負圧面(16)まで延び、さらに半径方向(R)に細長くなっており、前記複数のピン(22a〜22l)は、前記翼弦軸線(30)に沿って離隔された複数の半径方向の列(A〜L)内に配置されており、各列内の前記ピン(22a〜22l)は、ピンの間に冷却材通路(24a〜24l)を画成するように互いに離隔されている、複数のピン(22a〜22l)と、
前記ピン(22l)の最後の列(L)の後方に配置された、半径方向に離隔された隔壁(26)の列であって、各隔壁(26)は、前記正圧面(14)から前記負圧面(16)まで延びかつ略軸方向に細長くなっており、前記後縁(20)において終わるように前記翼弦軸線(30)に沿って延びており、隣接する前記隔壁(26a,26b)の間の間隙に、軸方向に延びる冷却材出口スロット(28)が画成されており、該冷却材出口スロット(28)は、前記ピン(22l)の前記最後の列(L)から出た冷却材を、前記翼(10)から高温ガス通路内へ排出されるように方向付ける、半径方向に離隔された隔壁(26)の列と、
を備え、
前記隔壁(26)は、前記ピン(22l)の前記最後の列(L)内の冷却材通路(24l)に対してずらされた半径方向位置を占めている、
タービンエンジン用の翼(10)。 - 隣接する列内の前記ピン(22a〜22l)は、前記半径方向(R)でずらして配置されている、請求項1記載の翼(10)。
- 前記隔壁(26)はそれぞれ、前記ピン(22l)の前記最後の列(L)内のそれぞれの前記ピン(22l)の中間部分と整列した半径方向位置を占めている、請求項1または2記載の翼(10)。
- 1つまたは複数のタービュレータ(34a,34b,36a,36b)が、それぞれ前記正圧面(14)および前記負圧面(16)における各出口スロット(28)に配置されている、請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の翼(10)。
- 前記正圧面(14)および前記負圧面(16)における前記タービュレータ(34a,34b,36a,36b)は、前記翼弦軸線(30)に沿ってずれている、請求項4記載の翼(10)。
- 前記正圧面(14)および前記負圧面(16)における前記タービュレータ(34a,34b,36a,36b)は、前記翼弦軸線(30)に対して横方向で重なり合っている、請求項4記載の翼(10)。
- 前記タービュレータ(34a,34b,36a,36b)は、前記出口スロット内の冷却材流を隣接する前記隔壁(26a,26b)に向かって案内するように角度付けられている、請求項4から6のいずれか1項記載の翼(10)。
- 前記正圧面(14)および前記負圧面(16)はそれぞれ、半径方向外側の隣接する前記隔壁(26a)に向かって角度付けられた少なくとも1つのタービュレータ(34a,36a)と、半径方向内側の隣接する前記隔壁(26b)に向かって角度付けられた少なくとも1つのタービュレータ(34b,36b)とを有する、請求項7記載の翼(10)。
- 前記半径方向外側の隣接する隔壁(26a)に向かって角度付けられた前記タービュレータ(34a,36a)は、前記翼弦軸線(30)に沿って、前記半径方向内側の隣接する隔壁(26b)に向かって角度付けられた前記タービュレータ(34b,36b)と交互に位置している、請求項8記載の翼(10)。
