〔Example〕
FIG. 1 (A) is a front view of a scaffolding ladder 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 1 (B) is a view taken along arrow IB of FIG. 1 (A), and FIG. FIG. 1 (A) is a plan view of FIG. 1 (A), and FIG. 2 is a side view showing the scaffolding ladder 1 in a folded state. FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the scaffolding ladder 1 shown in FIG. 1 in a state where it is mounted on the temporary scaffold 101.

The scaffolding ladder 1 of the present embodiment can be mainly placed on the first end 34 that can be attached to the pipe member 103 (see FIG. 3) and the ground (in this embodiment, the floor F of the building). The top member connected to the leg member 3 having the second end portion 33, the top end portion 52 that can be attached to the pipe member 107 (see FIG. 3), and the third end portion 31 of the leg member 3. A top plate member 5 having the other end 51. Furthermore, a virtual center line T1 (see FIG. 3) extending in the longitudinal direction of the leg member 3 and passing through the center of the horizontal cross section extends in the longitudinal direction of the tube member 103 and passes through the center of the horizontal cross section T2 (see FIG. 3). 3).

The leg member 3 includes two leg pillar portions 30 and 30 extending in parallel with each other in the vertical direction of FIG. 1A, and a columnar member connecting the leg pillar portions 30 and 30 in the left-right direction of FIG. And four connecting portions 32, 32, 32, 32. The connecting portion 32 functions as a ladder for an operator to put his feet on and climb the leg member 3. The pedestal portion 30 includes a third end portion 31 located above the pedestal portion 30 in FIGS. 1A to 1C and a second end portion located below in FIG. 1A. 33. In addition, in the second end portion 33 of the pedestal portion 30, an expansion / contraction portion 35 that protrudes from the lower end portion of the second end portion 33 that opens or returns to the second end portion 33 is disposed. Yes.

The pedestal part 30 of the present embodiment includes two pedestal constituent parts 300 that are C-shaped members, and connecting fittings 71 and 71 that connect the two pedestal constituent parts 300 in a foldable manner. One end of the connection fitting 71 is attached to one end of the pedestal constituting part 300, and the other end of the connection fitting 71 is pivotally supported by the shaft member 77. Accordingly, the other end of the two connecting fittings 71 is pivotally supported by the shaft member 77, so that the lower pedestal component 300 (see FIG. 1B) is the upper leg as shown in FIG. It can be swung in a direction approaching the column component 300.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1 (B), in the state where the pedestal 30 is upright, the clamp engagement in which the clamp 73 protrudes in order to fix the two pedestal components 300 and 300 is performed. Locked to the portion 75. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 1B, the scaffolding ladder 1 in a state where the lower pedestal component 300 is folded is a length dimension of the pedestal component 300 and the top plate member 5 in a side view. Since it is the structure dimensioned substantially the same, it is easy for an operator to carry the scaffold crossing ladder 1.

従って、設置する床面F(図3参照。) The telescopic portion 35 of the pedestal 30 has a base 351 that can be installed on the ground (corresponding to the floor surface F in FIG. 3) and a support portion 353 that is connected to the base 351. The base 351 has a substantially frustoconical shape, and is dimensioned so that the diameter dimension gradually increases with respect to the lower side in the H direction in FIGS. Further, the support portion 353 is slidably mounted in the internal space of the pedestal column portion 30 in a nested manner. Further, the support portion 353 is provided with a plurality of fixing holes 355 at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction. Further, the base 351 can adjust the angle of the support portion 353 with respect to the base 351 by holding the spherical portion of the connecting member connected to the support portion 353 so as to be swingable. Therefore, even if the floor surface F to be installed (see FIG. 3) is inclined, the base 351 can reliably contact the floor surface F.

Furthermore, the through hole 37 is provided in the pedestal part 30, and when the fixing rod 39 attached to the connecting part 32 is inserted into the fixing hole 355 through the through hole 37, the support part 353 is formed into the pedestal part. 30 and the length of the stretchable portion 35 in the longitudinal direction is set. In addition, the support part 353 and the pedestal part 30 are comprised concentrically.

The top plate member 5 functions as a footrest for passing to the temporary scaffold 101, and the operator's feet climbing the connecting portion 32 are placed thereon. The top plate member 5 is pivotally attached to the third end portion 31 of the pedestal portion 30. The top plate member 5 includes a tread base 51 and a tread stretcher 52 that is slidably connected to the tread base 51. The footboard base 51 and the footboard expansion / contraction part 52 are composed of a rectangular plate-like member in a plan view of FIG.

A first engagement member 53 that can be engaged with the tube member 103 constituting the temporary scaffold 101 is provided at one end portion (one end portion of the top plate) of the tread board expansion / contraction portion 52. The first engaging member 53 of the present embodiment includes a C-shaped hook member and a closing member for narrowing the opening in which the hook member bends. With the hook member engaged with the outer peripheral surface of the pipe member 107, the opening of the hook member is closed by the closing member, whereby the first engagement member 53 is fitted to the pipe member 103, and the first It is possible to prevent the engaging member 53 from being detached from the pipe member 107 unexpectedly.

The tread board expansion / contraction part 52 has a recess that is slidably mounted on the convex part of the tread board base 51, and the tread board expansion / contraction part 52 is in the arrow D direction (depth direction) of FIG. Can be moved to. Further, the tread board expansion / contraction part 52 has a protrusion on the upper surface thereof, and when the protrusion is accommodated in the expansion / contraction fixing hole 57 that penetrates the tread board expansion / contraction part 52, the movement of the tread board expansion / contraction part 52 is engaged by the tread base part 51. Stopped. Thus, the dimension of the top plate member 5 in the direction of arrow D can be adjusted by moving the tread board expansion / contraction part 52 in the left-right direction of FIG.

A support portion 81 is connected to the other end portion of the tread board base portion 51, and the support portion 81 is pivotally connected to the third end portion 31 of the pedestal column portion 30 via a connection support portion 38. At the same time, the support portion 81 can be fixed at a predetermined position. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 1B and 1C, the tread base 51 can be fixed to the pedestal 30 at an angle of about 90 degrees. Further, by pivoting the support portion 81, the locking member 62 that is pivotably attached to the first end portion 34 is moved in a state where the top plate member 5 is close to the pedestal portion 30. It can be locked to the protrusion 63 of the plate 7. Thus, since the moving plate 7 and the pedestal 30 can be fixed, the scaffolding ladder 1 can be easily transported. In the present embodiment, the angle of the tread base 51 to the pedestal 30 can be set to 90 degrees, but it goes without saying that the set angle can be changed as appropriate.

As shown in FIG. 1A, second engaging members 41, 41 are mounted on the left and right pedestal portions 30, 30, respectively. The 2nd engaging member 41 is comprised from the C-shaped clamp member which can be opened and closed. The second engaging member 41 is fixed by a fastening member such as a bottle so as to engage with the outer peripheral surface of the tube member 103 (see FIG. 3).

Further, the tread base 51 is mounted on the end close to the leg member 3 so that the movable plate 7 can pivot. As shown in FIGS. 1B and 1C, the movable plate 7 is configured to be pivotable so as to be able to maintain an upright state in the vertical direction with respect to the tread base 51. In the state where the movable plate 7 is erected, the movable plate 7 functions as an entry blocking member for preventing entry into the top plate member 5.

Furthermore, a covering member 61 for preventing entry into the leg member 3 can be attached to the scaffolding ladder 1 of this embodiment (see FIG. 1A). The cover member 61 is formed of a quadrangular banner-like member in a front view so as to cover the entirety of the plurality of connecting portions 32 constituting the leg member 3, and the end portion of the cover member 61 is known to the leg pillar portion 30. It is fixed by the fixing member. By using the covering member 61, it is possible to prevent an unexpected intruder such as a child from climbing the connecting portion 32 and using the scaffolding ladder 1. In addition, although the covering member 61 of a present Example is the structure which covers all the connection parts 32, it can change suitably, such as a structure which covers only the 1 or 2 connection part arrange | positioned below FIG. 1 (A). Needless to say.

[Usage mode]
With reference to FIG. 3, a process of mounting the scaffold ladder 1 to the temporary scaffold 101 will be described. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a state in which the scaffold crossing device 1 shown in FIGS. 1A to 1D is attached to the temporary scaffold 101.

As shown in FIG. 3, the first engagement members 53, 53 of the top plate member 5 are engaged with the tube member 107 that constitutes the temporary scaffold 101 and extends in the horizontal direction. Further, the second engagement member 41 is engaged with the tube member 103 that constitutes the temporary scaffold 101 and extends in the vertical direction. As the first and second engaging members 53 and 41 are engaged with the pipe members 107 and 103, the scaffolding ladder 1 is fixed to the temporary scaffold 101.

Moreover, the scaffolding ladder 1 in FIG. 3 is in a state where the stretchable portion 35 does not contact the floor F. Thus, even when the stretchable portion 35 is separated from the floor surface F, the first and second engaging members 53 and 41 are fixed to the pipe members 107 and 103, so that the operator can The transit ladder 1 can be used to move to the temporary scaffold 101. Moreover, in this state, since the expansion / contraction part 35 is separated from the floor surface F, it is possible to prevent the ladder crossing ladder 1 from hindering walking of pedestrians and workers walking on the floor surface F.

On the other hand, when the length of the support portion 353 is set by the fixing rod 39 so that the stretchable portion 35 of the scaffolding ladder 1 is in contact with the floor surface (passage surface in this embodiment) F, the resistance of the scaffolding ladder 1 is improved. Since the load can be increased, the scaffolding ladder 1 can be used even when an operator carries a relatively heavy load.

In the present embodiment, the handrail G of the building is configured to extend substantially in the vertical direction. In addition, the pipe member 103 of the temporary scaffold 101 is configured to extend in the vertical direction. Therefore, the virtual center line T1 of the pedestal column 30 parallel to the virtual center line T2 of the tube member 103 extends in the vertical direction. Since the scaffolding ladder 1 and the handrail G exhibit the above positional relationship, the support portion 353 of the leg member 3 extends, and the support portion 353 is close to the handrail G even when the base 351 is in contact with the floor surface F. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the scaffolding ladder 1 from interfering with the traveling of the pedestrian or worker.

Further, in the present embodiment, the handrail G is configured to extend in the vertical direction, and the pipe members 105 and 107 are configured to extend in the vertical direction, so that the pedestal portion 30 extends in the vertical direction. However, when the handrail G is inclined with respect to the vertical direction, for example, by arranging the tube member 107 parallel to the handrail G, the pedestal 30 can be disposed parallel to the handrail G. Needless to say. Thus, by arranging the pedestal part 30 in parallel with the handrail G, it is possible to prevent the scaffolding ladder 1 from hindering the pedestrian or the worker from traveling.

In addition, although a present Example is a structure provided with the two pedestal part 30, the four connection parts 32, the two 1st engaging members 53, and the four 2nd engaging members 41, this invention is the said Needless to say, the number of the pedestal portions, the connecting portions, and the engaging members can be appropriately changed without being limited to the configuration.

As mentioned above, although the Example of this invention was described, this invention is not limited to these Examples, A various deformation | transformation and change are possible within the range of the summary.
