Description
The present invention relates to a refrigeration cycle apparatus including a fin-and-tube heat exchanger with improved drainage.
Conventionally, a fin-and-tube heat exchange provided with a plurality of plate-like fins arranged side by side with a predetermined fin pitch interval and a plurality of heat transfer tubes penetrating the fins along the direction in which the fins are arranged in parallel. The vessel is known.
The heat transfer tube used in such a heat exchanger is, for example, a heat transfer tube having a substantially circular cross section. Further, for example, the heat transfer tube used in such a heat exchanger is a heat transfer tube whose cross section is a flat shape such as a substantially elliptical shape or a substantially oval shape. A plurality of openings such as through holes or notches are formed in the plurality of fins, and heat transfer tubes are inserted into these openings. Thereby, the some heat exchanger tube has become the state which penetrated the fin along the parallel arrangement direction of a fin. The end of each heat transfer tube is connected to a distribution pipe or header that forms a refrigerant flow path together with the heat transfer tube. In the heat exchanger, heat is exchanged between a heat exchange fluid such as air flowing between the fins and a heat exchange fluid such as water or refrigerant flowing in the heat transfer tube.
Conventionally, a heat exchanger is known in which cut and raised pieces called slits or louvers that are open in the direction in which air mainly flows are formed. Furthermore, conventionally, a heat exchanger is known in which a protrusion called a scratch or waffle that protrudes in a direction in which air mainly flows is formed. In such a heat exchanger, the surface area to which heat is exchanged is increased by the cut and raised pieces or the protrusions, thereby improving the heat exchange performance.
Furthermore, conventionally, a heat exchanger in which a plurality of flow paths are formed inside a heat transfer tube, a heat exchanger in which a groove is formed on the inner surface of the heat transfer tube, and the like are known. Such a heat exchanger also increases the surface area for heat exchange by a plurality of flow paths or grooves, thereby improving the heat exchange performance.
By the way, when a heat exchanger functions as an evaporator, the water | moisture content in air adheres to a heat exchanger as condensed water. Therefore, the condensed water adhering to the heat exchanger falls downward along the surfaces of the fins and the heat transfer tubes, and is discharged below the heat exchanger.
Here, conventionally, the size of the heat exchanger may not be able to be manufactured with a sufficient size for the mounting unit. In such a case, a heat exchanging unit including a plurality of plate-like fins arranged in parallel with a predetermined fin pitch interval and a plurality of heat transfer tubes penetrating the fins along the parallel arrangement direction of the fins. Prepare several. And these heat exchange parts are combined and a heat exchanger is comprised. Thus, when comprising a heat exchanger by a some heat exchange part, when a heat exchange part is put in order and arranged in the up-and-down direction, a crevice is made between these heat exchange parts. For this reason, when a heat exchanger functions as an evaporator, the condensed water stagnated in the lower end part of the fin of the heat exchange part arrange | positioned upward, and there existed a subject that drainage property fell.
Therefore, in the conventional heat exchanger in which the heat exchange parts are arranged in the vertical direction, a water guide member is provided between the heat exchange parts, and the condensate is prevented from staying between the heat exchange parts. Has also been proposed (see Patent Document 1).
However, the heat exchanger described in Patent Document 1 has the following problems because the drainage of the heat exchanging section disposed below is not sufficient. In describing the problem below, the heat exchanging section is divided into two regions (drainage region and heat transfer tube region) in the lateral direction. A drainage area | region is an area | region between the side edge part of a fin, and a heat exchanger tube, and is an area | region in which the heat exchanger tube is not provided. The heat transfer tube region is a region constituted by fin surface portions positioned above and below the heat transfer tube and the heat transfer tube.
In an air conditioner that is one of the refrigeration cycle apparatuses, a heat exchanger installed in an outdoor unit functions as an evaporator during heating operation. At this time, moisture in the air adheres as frost to the heat exchanger installed in the outdoor unit. For this reason, the air conditioner performs a defrosting operation and melts frost attached to a heat exchanger installed in the outdoor unit. When the frost is melted to form water droplets, the water droplets are discharged below the heat exchanger in the same manner as the condensed water.
Under the present circumstances, the time until it is discharged below the heat exchanger differs between the water droplets adhering to the heat transfer tube region and the water droplets adhering to the drainage region. Specifically, the water droplets adhering above the heat transfer tube in the fin surface portion serving as the heat transfer tube region fall on the upper surface of the heat transfer tube due to gravity. The water droplets wrap around the lower surface of the heat transfer tube along the surface of the heat transfer tube. Thereafter, the water droplet falls on the upper surface of the heat transfer tube provided below. Water droplets adhering to the fin surface in the heat transfer tube region repeat this process and flow out downward of the heat exchanger. On the other hand, the water droplets adhering to the fin surface portion that becomes the drainage area do not have an obstacle such as a heat transfer tube below, and thus continue to fall while maintaining a constant speed, and flow out below the heat exchanger. . That is, since the water droplets adhering to the heat transfer tube region are prevented from dropping by an obstacle called the heat transfer tube, the water droplets adhering to the drainage region take longer to be discharged below the heat exchanger.
For this reason, when water droplets remain in the heat transfer tube area when the defrosting operation is finished and the heating operation is started, the water droplets freeze again and grow. Therefore, when the defrosting operation is completed and the heating operation is started, if water droplets remain in the heat transfer tube region, the reliability of the heat transfer tube is reduced. Moreover, since the circumference | surroundings of a heat exchanger tube are block | closed with frost, it influences the increase in ventilation resistance and the fall of frost yield strength. Moreover, at the time of the next defrosting operation, it is necessary to melt not only the frost adhering to the heat exchanger during the heating operation but also the frozen water droplets. For this reason, the fall of the comfort by increase in defrost time and the fall of the average heating capability in the fixed time by repeating heating operation and defrost operation are caused.
That is, the heat exchanger described in Patent Document 1 has the above-described problems because the drainage of the heat transfer tube region in the heat exchange section disposed below is not sufficient.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a refrigeration cycle apparatus provided with a heat exchanger that has improved drainage than before.
The refrigeration cycle apparatus according to the present invention is a refrigeration cycle apparatus provided with a heat exchanger, wherein the heat exchangers are arranged in parallel at intervals, and the plate-shaped first fin and the first fin that are long in the parallel arrangement direction. A first heat transfer tube that passes through the first fin and has a flat cross-section, and a second heat transfer tube that passes through the second fin and has a flat cross-section . A first end and a second end that are ends in the short direction, and the second fin is a third end that is an end on the first end side of the ends in the short direction. And a drainage region that is a region between the third end and the second heat transfer tube, and the first fin is disposed above the second fin, 1 end, to the third end, the second being arranged offset in the direction towards the first end from the end portion, the first end of the first heat transfer pipe Side end portion of are those that are located above the drainage area.
By implementing the heat exchanger according to the present invention as a fin fund tube type heat exchanger, the drainage from the heat exchanger can be improved as compared with the conventional case. Specifically, by adopting the first fin according to the present invention as the fin of the heat exchanging portion disposed above and adopting the second fin according to the present invention as the fin of the heat exchanging portion disposed below, A fin fund tube type heat exchanger with improved drainage can be obtained.
This is because when a certain amount of water droplets staying at the lower end of the first fin, which is the fin of the heat exchanging unit arranged above, is discharged downward due to the influence of gravity, the fin of the heat exchanging unit arranged below Falls to the second fin. At this time, the first end portion of the first fin is displaced in the direction from the second end portion toward the first end portion with respect to the third end portion of the second fin. For this reason, the water | moisture content of a 1st end part among the water droplets staying at the lower end part of a 1st fin concentrates on the 3rd end part of a 2nd fin, and falls. That is, a large amount of water in the water droplets falling on the second fin flows in the vicinity of the third end serving as a drainage region, so that drainage performance is improved. Further, since a large amount of moisture flows in the vicinity of the third end portion, a force is generated that draws the water droplets that have dropped onto the heat transfer tube region of the second fin into the moisture flow in the vicinity of the third end portion. For this reason, the water droplet which fell to the heat exchanger tube area | region of the 2nd fin also flows into the drainage area | region of the 3rd end part vicinity, and drainage property improves.
Therefore, the heat exchanger according to the present invention and the refrigeration cycle apparatus provided with the heat exchanger can improve drainage performance as compared with the related art.

[Operation of refrigeration cycle apparatus 501]

As shown in FIG. 1, by driving the

As shown in FIG. 1, by driving the

The low-pressure gas refrigerant sent out from the
When the refrigerant flows into the
Here, in the evaporator, when heat exchange is performed between the air supplied from the fan and the refrigerant flowing inside the heat transfer tubes constituting the evaporator, moisture in the air is condensed, Water droplets form on the surface of the evaporator. Water droplets generated on the surface of the evaporator fall down along the surfaces of the fins and the heat transfer tubes, and are discharged as drain water below the evaporator.
Moreover, the
“Defrosting operation” refers to supplying hot gas (high-temperature high-pressure gas refrigerant) from the

[Details of outdoor heat exchanger 10]
FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing an example of an outdoor heat exchanger in the refrigeration cycle apparatus according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. 3 and 4 are enlarged views of the main part showing a boundary portion between the first heat exchange part and the second heat exchange part in the outdoor heat exchanger shown in FIG.
In FIG. 2 and subsequent figures, the X direction is a lateral direction and represents a direction that is a short direction (width direction) of the

That is, the

The windward

[Drainage of outdoor heat exchanger 10]

The difference between the
In the
6-10 is a figure which shows the process in which the water droplet adhering to the heat exchanger tube area | region of a 1st heat exchange part is discharged | emitted to a 2nd heat exchange part in the outdoor heat exchanger which concerns on a comparative example. These are views observing the same positions as in FIG. 6 to 10, the water droplets are hatched so that the water droplets can be easily recognized.
The water droplets adhering to the heat
The water droplets that have traveled downward from the
Thereafter, when the gravity applied to the water droplet exceeds the upward force in the gravity direction such as the surface tension, the water droplet is not affected by the surface tension or the like, falls off the
Thus, since the water droplets adhering to the heat
FIGS. 11-15 is a figure which shows the process in which the water droplet adhering to the waste_water | drain area | region of a 1st heat exchange part is discharged | emitted to a 2nd heat exchange part in the outdoor heat exchanger which concerns on a comparative example. These are views observing the same positions as in FIG. In FIGS. 11 to 15, the water droplets are hatched so that the water droplets can be easily recognized.
Water droplets adhering to the
However, as described above, there is a gap between the
Thus, since the water droplets adhering to the
16-20 is a figure which shows the process in which a water drop falls from a 1st heat exchange part, and this water drop is discharged | emitted from a 2nd heat exchange part in the outdoor heat exchanger which concerns on a comparative example. These are views observing the same positions as in FIG. 16 to 20, the water droplets are hatched so that the water droplets can be easily recognized.
When the amount of water is small, the water droplets staying at the
Thereafter, when the gravity applied to the water drop exceeds the upward force in the direction of gravity such as the surface tension, the water drop is not affected by the surface tension or the like, and falls off the
Therefore, when this water droplet reaches the uppermost
As described above, in the
On the other hand, in the
FIGS. 21-25 is a figure which shows the process in which a water drop falls from a 1st heat exchange part, and this water drop is discharged | emitted from a 2nd heat exchange part in the outdoor heat exchanger which concerns on Embodiment 1 of this invention. It is. These are views observing the same position as FIG. 3, that is, FIG. 5. 21 to 25, the water droplets are hatched so that the water droplets can be easily recognized.
Similar to the comparative example, the water droplets staying at the
Thereafter, when the gravity applied to the water droplet exceeds the upward force in the gravity direction such as the surface tension, the water droplet is not affected by the surface tension or the like, and falls off the
Here, in the
Therefore, “when water droplets reach the uppermost
Thus, in the
As described above, in the
For this reason, a large amount of water droplets are discharged from the

In the first embodiment, the
FIG. 26 is an essential part enlarged view showing a boundary portion between the first heat exchange unit and the second heat exchange unit in the outdoor heat exchanger according to
In the
The
Subsequently, a drainage process of the
Here, the defrosting operation is generally performed in a state where the
FIGS. 27 to 31 are views showing a process in which water droplets fall from the first heat exchange unit and are discharged from the second heat exchange unit in the outdoor heat exchanger according to
As in the first embodiment, the water droplets staying at the
Thereafter, when the gravity applied to the water droplet exceeds the upward force in the gravity direction such as the surface tension, the water droplet is not affected by the surface tension or the like, and falls off the
And the water droplet which fell from the
Here, in the
Therefore, the
As described above, in the

In Embodiment 1 and
FIG. 32 is a main part enlarged view showing a boundary portion between the first heat exchange unit and the second heat exchange unit in the outdoor heat exchanger according to
In the
Also in the
Here, in the case of the
Embodiment 4 FIG.

FIG. 33 is a main part enlarged view showing a boundary portion between the first heat exchange unit and the second heat exchange unit in the outdoor heat exchanger according to Embodiment 4 of the present invention. FIG. 33 shows a boundary portion between the first
In the
Also in the
Moreover, as for the
Embodiment 5 FIG.
When adopting a heat transfer tube with a flat cross section in a fin-and-tube heat exchanger, considering the insertability of the heat transfer tube into the fin, etc., a notch with one end opened is formed in the fin, and cut from the opening. FIG. 34 is an essential part enlarged view showing the fins of the first heat exchange unit and the fins of the second heat exchange unit in the outdoor heat exchanger according to Embodiment 5 of the present invention.
The
Here, the
In the 1st
As shown in the first to fourth embodiments, the drainage of the
Further, by forming a
Therefore, by changing the mounting configuration of the
Embodiment 6 FIG.

FIG.36 and FIG.37 is a principal part enlarged view which shows the boundary part of the 1st heat exchange part in the outdoor heat exchanger which concerns on Embodiment 6 of this invention, and a 2nd heat exchange part. 36 shows a boundary portion between the first
A plurality of cut and raised
Here, among the cut and raised
In addition, a plurality of cut and raised
The cut-and-raised
A gap FPmin narrower than the fin pitch interval FP is formed between the cut and raised
Under the present circumstances, in the
Furthermore, the
Embodiment 7 FIG.
In the
FIG. 38 is an essential part enlarged view showing a boundary portion between the first heat exchange unit and the second heat exchange unit in the outdoor heat exchanger according to Embodiment 7 of the present invention. FIG. 38 shows a boundary portion between the first
The
Water droplets reaching the
As described above, in the first to seventh embodiments, the
