2.エアゾール剤の製造
表1に示す配合割合からなる5種のエアゾール剤(製剤例2〜3、比較例4〜6)を製造した。

・噴射ボタン:噴射口径φ1.2mm(三谷バルブ製)

3.ゴキブリに対する油剤直接噴霧試験(試験例1)
製剤例1と比較例1〜3の油剤について、図1に示すダイレクトスプレー用チャンバーを用いて、ゴキブリに対する油剤直接噴霧試験を行った。
図1に示すように、上部をナイロンメッシュで蓋をしたカップ1にクロゴキブリ10頭を入れ、ステンレス製チャンバー2の底面部中央に設置した。製剤例1又は比較例1〜3の油剤をよく振盪させた後、ステンレス製チャンバー2の天面に設けたスプレーガン3にて、カップ1に向けて各油剤2.5mLを直接噴霧処理した。噴霧後、経時的にノックダウン(KD)虫数を調査し、噴霧後30秒経過時のKD率(%)と、全数がKDに至るまでの時間(秒)を記録した。試験は3回行い、平均値を採用した。

プラカップ内に供試虫を10匹入れ(ムカデのみ、1匹ずつ入れた)、上記2で作製したエアゾール製品を用いて、製剤例2または比較例3〜5のエアゾール剤を50cm離れた位置から2秒間噴霧した。噴霧後、経時的にノックダウン(KD)虫数を調査し、噴霧後90秒経過時のKD率(%)と、全数がKDに至るまでの時間(秒)を記録した。試験は3回行い(ムカデのみ5回実施)、平均値を採用した。
