Description

The present invention relates to a wall construction material used as a skirting board or a peripheral edge.

Conventionally, a baseboard provided with a fixing member and a covering member has been proposed (see Patent Document 1).
The skirting board described in Patent Literature 1 includes a fixing member and a covering member (“fixing portion” and “decorating portion” in the text) and an unevenness adjusting portion. The fixing member is screwed to the wall. The unevenness adjusting portion is soft and is arranged between the fixing member and the floor to absorb unevenness (unevenness) on the floor. The covering member covers the fixing member, thereby concealing traces of the screwing of the fixing member.

Japanese Patent No. 3945478

If the unevenness adjusting portion is omitted from the skirting board described in Patent Document 1, the number of members constituting the skirting board is reduced, so that the manufacturing cost of the skirting board is reduced.
The user looks at the skirting board from diagonally above. Therefore, if the skirting board is separated from the floor by an appropriate length, the unevenness below the skirting board is hidden by the skirting board, and even if there is no unevenness adjustment part, it is difficult for the user to see.
However, it is difficult to position the skirting board so that it is separated from the floor by an appropriate length. That is, the workability of the baseboard is poor.

This invention is made | formed in view of such a situation, The main objective is to provide the wall surface construction material which can make the reduction of manufacturing cost and improvement of workability compatible.

A cap engaging portion that engages with the joint portion, and a cap abutting portion that abuts against the fixed engaging portion when the cap engaging portion engages with the fixed engaging portion, and the end portion and The cap member further includes a cap member that blinds the end portion on the end portion side, and the cap member is provided with a reinforcing rib so as to be adjacent to the cap contact portion. .

The wall surface construction material according to the present invention includes each of the two fixing members and the covering member, the two fixing members are abutted at the entrance corner or the exit corner, and the two covering members are two pieces. The fixing member is attached to a portion excluding the two end portions that face each other, and the fixed engaging portion is provided in the two end portions and the portion excluding the two end portions. A corner engaging portion that engages with the fixed engaging portion provided at the two ends, and the fixed engaging portion when the corner engaging portion engages with the fixed engaging portion. And a corner abutting portion that abuts the gap between the two fixing members and the gap between the two covering members.

The wall surface construction material according to the present invention includes the two covering members, and the two covering members are abutted at other than the entrance corner and the exit corner, and the two abutting ends of the two covering members It is characterized by further comprising a suppressing member that is attached over the portions and suppresses relative movement between the end portions.

In the present invention, when fixing the fixed main body of the fixing member to the wall, the operator positions the fixed main body with respect to the floor (or ceiling) using the spacer of the fixed main body.
Next, the operator covers the fixing member with the covering main body of the covering member by engaging the covering engaging portion of the covering member with the fixing engaging portion of the fixing main body. At this time, it is not necessary to position the covering member.
As a result of the above, the wall surface construction material is separated from the floor (or ceiling) by an appropriate length, so that the unevenness below (or above) the wall surface construction material is hidden by the wall surface construction material and is difficult for the user to see.
Since the unevenness adjustment part is not provided, the process of arranging this is unnecessary.

In the present invention, it is difficult to stand out if a flat spacer is arranged along the wall.

In the present invention, the two fixing members are abutted at the entrance corner or the exit corner. The corner member blinds the gap between the two fixing members and the gap between the two covering members attached to the two covering members at the entrance corner or the exit corner.
Since the two fixing members are both fixed to the wall, the two end portions of the two fixing members that are brought into contact with each other (hereinafter, the two fixed end portions) according to changes in temperature or humidity. ) Is prevented from coming into contact with each other.
On the other hand, since the two covering members are attached to the fixing member by engagement, the end portions of the two covering members close to the two fixed end portions (hereinafter, referred to as “temperature” or “humidity”). There is a risk that the two coated end portions will come in contact with each other.

However, the distance between the two coated end portions is longer than the distance between the two fixed end portions. This is because the two covering members are not attached to the two fixed ends. Therefore, even if the two coated end portions approach each other, there is no possibility that unnecessary collision occurs between them.
Further, even if the two covering end portions are separated from each other and the gap between the two covering end portions is widened, the gap between the two covering members is hidden by the corner member, so there is no particular problem. .

Both the covering engaging portion of the covering member and the corner engaging portion of the corner member engage with the fixed engaging portion of the fixing member. That is, the fixing member does not have an engaging portion to be engaged with the corner engaging portion separately from the fixed engaging portion. Therefore, for example, one long fixing member can be divided into two short fixing members.

When the worker engages the corner engaging portion with the fixed engaging portion, the fixed engaging portion comes into contact with the corner contact portion of the corner member. That is, the external force applied to the wall surface construction material when the corner engaging portion engages with the fixed engaging portion is received by the corner abutting portion. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of unnecessary deformation or damage to the wall surface construction material due to the external force applied at the time of engagement.

In the present invention, substantially one long covering member can be obtained by abutting two short covering members other than the entrance corner and the exit corner.
There is no possibility that the two end portions of the two covering members that are brought into contact with each other are brought into contact with or separated from each other with a change in temperature or humidity. This is because the suppression member attached across the two ends suppresses relative movement between the two ends.

In the present invention, the cap member blinds the lengthwise end of the baseboard or the peripheral edge of the fixing member and the lengthwise end of the baseboard or the peripheral edge of the covering member.
Both the covering engaging portion of the covering member and the cap engaging portion of the cap member engage with the fixed engaging portion of the fixing member. That is, the fixing member does not have an engaging portion to be engaged with the cap engaging portion separately from the fixed engaging portion. Therefore, for example, even if one long fixing member is divided into two short fixing members, the cap member can be attached to the end of the base plate or the circumferential edge of each short fixing member.

When the operator engages the cap engagement portion with the fixed engagement portion, the fixed engagement portion comes into contact with the cap contact portion of the cap member. That is, the external force applied to the wall surface construction material when the cap engagement portion engages with the fixed engagement portion is received by the cap contact portion. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of unnecessary deformation or damage to the wall surface construction material due to the external force applied at the time of engagement.

In the case of the wall surface construction material according to the present invention, the manufacturing cost of the wall surface construction material is reduced by the amount not provided with the uneven surface adjustment portion, compared to the conventional wall surface construction material provided with the fixing member and the covering member and the uneven surface adjustment portion. can do.
Moreover, since the number of members is small compared with the conventional wall surface construction material, a construction man-hour can be reduced. Furthermore, if the spacer which a fixing member has is utilized, it is easy to position a wall surface construction material so that it may be separated from a floor or a ceiling for a suitable length. As a result, the workability of the wall surface construction material can be improved.

Next, attachment of the wall surface construction material 1 to the walls W1 and W2 will be described.
An operator who attaches the wall surface construction material 1 fixes the fixing main body 20 of the fixing member 2 to be the baseboard main body 11 to the wall W1 using the double-sided tape T. Similarly, the operator fixes the fixing main body 20 of the fixing member 2 to be the baseboard main body 12 to the wall W2 using the double-sided tape T.
At this time, the worker brings the surface of the fixing member 2 on the wall side of the fixing main body 20 into contact with the wall W1 or the wall W2 via the double-sided tape T, thereby making the vertical direction with respect to the wall W1 or the wall W2 of the fixing main body 20 Positioning is performed. Further, the operator positions the fixed body 20 in the vertical direction by bringing the spacer 23 of the fixed member 2 into contact with the floor F. Further, the operator attaches the corner-side end of the fixing body 20 of the fixing member 2 to be the baseboard body 11 and the corner-side end of the fixing body 20 of the fixing member 2 to be the baseboard body 12. Butt at the corner.
The fixing main body 20 may be fixed to the walls W1 and W2 by using screws, nails, staples or the like instead of the double-sided tape T. The double-sided tape T, screws, nails, staples or the like may be used. Two or more of them may be used in combination.

Next, the operator attaches the covering member 3 to the baseboard main bodies 11 and 12 other than the entrance corner side end of the fixing member 2. Here, the range in which the covering member 3 is not attached to the end portion on the corner side of the fixing member 2 is approximately the same as the lateral length of the corner engaging portion 41 in the lateral direction.
For this purpose, the operator applies an external force to the covering member 3 on the wall side so that the fixed engaging portions 21 and 22 are pushed between the covering engaging portions 31 and 32.

Then, the inclined surface of the covering engagement portion 31 of the covering member 3 slides on the inclined surface of the fixed engaging portion 21 of the fixing member 2 and gets over the engaging main body portion 212 of the fixing engaging portion 21, The distal end portion of the 31 engagement main body portion 312 engages with the boundary portion between the engagement support portion 211 and the engagement main body portion 212. Further, the inclined surface of the covering engagement portion 32 of the covering member 3 slides on the inclined surface of the fixed engaging portion 22 of the fixing member 2 and gets over the engaging support portion 221 of the fixing engaging portion 22, The distal end portions of the 32 engagement main body portions 322 engage with the boundary portion between the engagement support portion 221 and the engagement main body portion 222. The covering member 3 is positioned by the engagement of the covering engaging portions 31 and 32 with the fixed engaging portions 21 and 22.

As a result, the fixed main body 20, the fixed engaging portions 21 and 22, and the upper portion of the spacer 23 excluding the end portion on the corner side of the fixed member 2 are covered by the covering member 3 from the upper side, the near side, and the lower side.

Next, an operator attaches the corner member 4 to the corner part end part of the fixing member 20 of each of the baseboard main bodies 11 and 12.

For this purpose, the operator can use the first engaging portion 21, 22 of the fixing member 2 at the corner end of the baseboard body 11 (and the baseboard body 12) as the first portion 4 a ( And an external force is applied to the wall side with respect to the corner member 4 so that it may be pushed between the corner engaging parts 41 and 42 in the 2nd part 4b).

Then, the inclined surface of the corner engaging portion 41 of the corner member 4 slides on the inclined surface of the fixed engaging portion 21 of the fixing member 2 and gets over the engaging main body portion 212 of the fixed engaging portion 21, and the corner engaging portion The front end portion of 41 engages with the boundary portion between the engagement support portion 211 and the engagement main body portion 212. In addition, the inclined surface of the corner engaging portion 42 of the corner member 4 slides on the inclined surface of the fixed engaging portion 22 of the fixing member 2 to get over the engaging support portion 221 of the fixed engaging portion 22, and the corner engaging portion A front end portion of the engagement main body portion 422 is engaged with a boundary portion between the engagement support portion 221 and the engagement main body portion 222. The corner member 4 is positioned by engaging the corner engaging portions 41 and 42 with the fixed engaging portions 21 and 22.

The external force applied to the corner member 4 is transmitted from the corner engaging portions 41 and 42 to the fixed engaging portions 21 and 22 during the engaging operation by the operator. At this time, the fixed engagement portion 21 contacts the corner contact portion 43 and supports each other. Similarly, the fixed engagement part 22 contacts the corner contact part 44 and supports each other. Therefore, deformation or breakage of the fixing members 2 and 2 or the corner member 4 due to an external force during the engagement operation is suppressed.

As a result of the above, the fixing members 2 and 2 that are abutted at the corners, the upper portions of the stationary main body 20, the stationary engagement portions 21 and 22, and the spacer 23 at the respective corner end portions, and the covering members 3 and 3 Each entry corner side end is covered by the corner member 4 from the upper side, the near side, and the lower side. Here, the corner-side end portion of each covering member 3 is covered with a half of the corner member 40 on the non-corner side of the first portion 4 a or the second portion 4 b of the corner body 40.
That is, the corner member 4 blinds the gap between the fixing members 2 and 2 and the gap between the covering members 3 and 3 at the corner.

Since the lower part of the spacer 23 is not covered by the covering member 3 or the corner member 4 and the floor F on the lower side of the wall surface construction material 1 is not covered by the wall surface construction material 1, both are exposed. However, the spacer 23 has a flat plate shape along the wall W1 or the wall W2, and the user of the wall surface construction material 1 visually recognizes the boundary portion between the walls W1 and W2 and the floor F from the diagonally upper side. In this case, the lower part F of the spacer 23 and the lower floor F of the wall surface construction material 1 are both hidden by the covering member 3 or the corner member 4. Therefore, the unevenness of the floor F on the lower side of the spacer 23 and the wall surface construction material 1 is not conspicuous. In other words, since only the covering member 3 and the corner member 4 covered with the decorative sheet 33 are visible to the user, the aesthetic appearance at the boundary portion and the corner between the walls W1 and W2 and the floor F is improved.

Further, even if the fixing member 2 is fixed to the wall W1 or the wall W2 with screws, nails, staples, or the like, the trace of fixing with screws, nails, staples, or the like is caused by the covering member 3 or the corner member 4. Since it is blindfolded, the beauty of the wall construction material 1 is improved.

The covering engagement portions 31 and 32 of the covering member 3 are releasably engaged with the fixed engaging portions 21 and 22 of the fixing member 2, and the corner engaging portions 41 and 42 of the corner member 4 are engaged with the fixing member 2. Since the fixed engagement portions 21 and 22 are detachably engaged with each other, the covering member 3 and the corner member 4 can be attached to and detached from the fixed member 2.

Since the fixing member 2 is fixed to the wall W1 or the wall W2, lateral expansion and contraction due to changes in temperature, humidity, and the like are unlikely to occur.
On the other hand, since the covering member 3 is attached to the fixed member 2 by engagement, lateral expansion and contraction is likely to occur due to changes in temperature or humidity.

When the covering members 3 and 3 of the skirting boards 11 and 12 extend together, the gap between the covering members 3 and 3 narrows, but the covering members 3 and 3 do not collide with each other. This is because the length of extension of the covering member 3 is shorter than the length of the corner engaging portion 41 in the lateral direction, and the corner end of the covering member 3 is lateral than the corner end of the fixing member 2. It is because it does not protrude.
When the covering members 3 and 3 of the skirting boards 11 and 12 contract together, the gap between the covering members 3 and 3 widens, but the gap between the covering members 3 and 3 is not exposed. This is because the contraction length of the covering member 3 is shorter than the lateral length of the half of the first portion 4a or the second portion 4b of the corner body 40 on the non-entering corner side, and the covering member 3 has the inward corner side. This is because the end portion does not retreat to the non-entering corner side from the non-entering corner side end portion of the corner member 4.

By the way, if the length of the spacer 23 in the vertical direction is too long, the effect of blindfolding by the covering member 3 and the corner member 4 is reduced. However, if the vertical length of the spacer 23 is too short, it is difficult to attach the covering member 3 and the corner member 4 to the fixing member 2. Therefore, the length of the spacer 23 in the vertical direction is appropriately designed so that the certainty of the blinding by the covering member 3 and the corner member 4 and the ease of attachment of the covering member 3 and the corner member 4 are compatible.

Since the wall surface construction material 1 as described above is not provided with a material corresponding to a conventional unevenness adjusting portion, a step of arranging it is not necessary. And the wall surface construction material 1 can be positioned easily using the spacer 23 of the fixing member 2. That is, the workability of the wall surface construction material 1 is improved. Moreover, since the number of parts has decreased compared with the wall surface construction material provided with the unevenness adjustment part, the manufacturing cost of the wall surface construction material 1 is low.

The covering member 3 and the corner member 4 are both attached to the fixing member 2 by the engagement of the fixing member 2 with the fixed engaging portions 21 and 22. That is, in the fixing member 2, since the engaging portion related to the covering member 3 and the engaging portion related to the corner member 4 are made common, the engaging portion related to the covering member 3 and the engaging portion related to the corner member 4 are separated. The shape of the fixing member 2 can be simplified as compared with the case where the fixing member 2 is provided.
The fixing member 2 (or covering member 3) of the skirting board main body 11 and the fixing member 2 (or covering member 3) of the skirting board main body 12 may be formed by, for example, individual extrusion molding, or obtained by extrusion molding. The structure obtained by dividing | segmenting one obtained long fixing member (or coating | coated member) into 2 may be sufficient.

Embodiment 4 FIG.
FIG. 11 is an exploded perspective view schematically showing the configuration of the wall surface construction material 1 according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention.
The wall surface construction material 1 of the present embodiment has substantially the same configuration as the wall surface construction material 1 of the first embodiment. Hereinafter, differences from the first embodiment will be described, and other parts corresponding to those of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof will be omitted.

The wall surface construction material 1 of this Embodiment is applied as a baseboard, and is attached to the boundary part with the floor F of wall W1. The wall surface construction material 1 includes a skirting board main body 13.
The skirting board body 13 has substantially the same configuration as the skirting board body 11, but has a length twice that of the skirting board body 11. For this purpose, the skirting board main body 13 includes two fixing members 2 and 2, covering members 3 and 3, and a suppressing member 8.

The fixing members 2 and 2 are juxtaposed in the lateral direction and fixed to the wall W1. The right end portion of the left fixing member 2 and the left end portion of the right fixing member 2 may be in close contact with each other or may be in contact with each other with a slight gap.
On the left side of FIG. 11, fixing members 2 and 2 fixed to the wall W1 are shown.
Each covering member 3 is attached to the fixing member 2. Accordingly, the covering members 3 and 3 are juxtaposed in the lateral direction. The right end portion of the left covering member 3 and the left end portion of the right covering member 3 are in close contact with each other.
The right side of FIG. 11 shows the attachment of the covering members 3 and 3 to the fixing members 2 and 2 fixed to the wall W1.

The restraining member 8 is a horizontally long rectangular plate-like member having a vertical posture using a wood material or a synthetic resin. The length of the restraining member 8 in the vertical direction is shorter than the length between the fixed engaging portions 21 and 22 of the fixing member 2.
The restraining member 8 has a wall-side surface bonded with an adhesive over the fixing main bodies 20 and 20 of the fixing members 2 and 2, and a front-side surface extending over the covering main bodies 30 and 30 of the covering members 3 and 3. Are bonded with adhesive.
When forming the skirting board main body 13, the operator attaches the fixing members 2 and 2 to the wall W1, adheres the restraining member 8 to the fixing members 2 and 2, and fixes the covering members 3 and 3 to the fixing members 2 and 2. Attachment to 2 and adhesion to the restraining member 8 are performed in this order.

The suppression member 8 may be bonded to the fixing member 2 and the covering member 3 with a double-sided tape. Further, the suppressing member 8 itself may be a double-sided tape or an adhesive.
Further, instead of the two fixing members 2, 2, a fixing member having a length twice that of the fixing member 2 may be used.

The wall surface construction material 1 as described above has the same effects as the wall surface construction material 1 of the first embodiment.
In addition, the restraining member 8 bonded to the adjacent covering members 3 and 3 restrains the contact and separation of the covering members 3 and 3 (that is, relative movement between the covering members 3 and 3) due to expansion and contraction of the covering members 3 and 3. To do.
Therefore, the gap between the contracted covering members 3 and 3 is suppressed from expanding. Moreover, it is suppressed that the extended coating | coated members 3 and 3 collide.

Embodiment 5 FIG.
FIG. 12 is a perspective view schematically showing the configuration of the wall surface construction material according to Embodiment 5 of the present invention. FIG. 12 corresponds to FIG. 4 of the first embodiment.
The wall surface construction material 1 of this Embodiment is applied as a surrounding edge.
The wall surface construction material 1 of this Embodiment is applied as a surrounding edge, and is attached to the boundary part with the ceiling C of the wall W1. The wall surface construction material 1 includes a skirting board main body 14.
The skirting board main body 14 has a configuration in which the base of the skirting board main body 11 is reversed. That is, the skirting board main body 14 includes the fixing member 2 whose top and bottom are reversed, and the covering member 3 attached to the fixing member 2 in a posture where the top and bottom are reversed.

At least a part of the spacer 23 of the fixing member 2 is in contact with the ceiling C. That is, the spacer 23 is interposed between the fixed body 20 and the ceiling C. When fixing the fixing member 2 to the wall W1, the operator positions the fixing main body 20 in the vertical direction by bringing the spacer 23 of the fixing member 2 into contact with the ceiling C.
The user of the wall surface construction material 1 visually recognizes the boundary portion between the wall W1 and the ceiling C from obliquely below. In this case, both the spacer 23 and the upper ceiling C of the wall surface construction material 1 are hidden by the covering member 3. Therefore, the unevenness of the ceiling C on the upper side of the wall construction material 1 is not conspicuous. In other words, since only the covering member 3 covered with the decorative sheet 33 is visible to the user, the aesthetic appearance at the boundary portion between the wall W1 and the ceiling C is improved.

The wall surface construction material 1 as described above has the same effects as the wall surface construction material 1 of the first embodiment with respect to the ceiling C instead of the floor F.
